Jan 14, 2014I really like the story and absolutely love the music. The graphics is a bit lacking, the game runs in a really low resolution, but this game isn't about gameplay or beautiful graphics. Playing this game feels a little like reading a story book with pictures and a little bit of interaction.

Feb 21, 2014Incredibly touching, emotional and sincere story of life which won't leave you indifferent. An excellent example of how important is attachment the soul into the game. Developers of AAA titles constantly forget about it.

Feb 16, 2015To the moon is one of my best game.. BGM and story is very good and simple graphics is also good. (before i play this game, i played only good-graphics game.) I anticipate the next game of Freebird Games.

Apr 3, 2014I've never played a better indie game than this. The story and the O.S.T. are fantastic.
If you want a game with a awesome story and really good music you should buy this but if you want more action, you should choose another game! -

Nov 29, 2014I never actually played the game, but I've seen Markiplier play it. Just before the end I couldn't handle my tears. I want to see a sequence. A true love story.

Dec 7, 2014I expected something different from this game. Before I bought it I've read that it had a pretty good story. But after playing it I must say, it's really a masterpiece. Deeply emotional, artwork and soundtrack fit perfectly. Not really a classic computergame, more like an interactive visually presented story. Was definitely worth buying.

Dec 1, 2014I played this game three years ago, but still can't forget the sad feelings it gives. Although the game is quite simple, the story and music are awesome!

Feb 1, 2015There comes a time in one's life when they wonder how they missed out on such an amazing experience until now, that time comes when you play To The Moon. The work is a VN in an RPG, but irregardless it is art, it is one of the media forms that transcend simply a "game" and in our future it is among those that I want our time to be judged by.

May 7, 2015[Spanish Review]
Obra Maestra

Sep 30, 2020The game is amazing. The storytelling is perfect, so emotional . I cried in the end of the game. The graphic is not important when the story is perfect.
-
May 18, 2016I think it is safe to say that this is the best RPG so far this century, not on the level of The Last of Us but still beautiful. Also I'm just going to say that the story and soundtrack is better than Undertale's.

Jan 22, 2017The best game I've played in my entire life. The excitement, the little references and the easter eggs and make love this game with never loved another game in life. The story of the game borders on perfection, can be easily confused with the history of a bestseller book!

Jan 28, 2017One of the best game I've ever played!
The story is very touching and made me cry. The soundtrack is good and the songs will remain in your mind for long time.
For me this isn't just a game, this is an experience.

Oct 27, 2012To The Moon is one of those games you instantly fall in love with. With it's simple, but elegant design, incredible writing, and thrilling, heartfelt tale, To The Moon is more story than game, but what a story it is.
-
Oct 23, 2012To The Moon's charming sense of humor and unabashed ease with tossing around pop culture references (from Dr. Who and Animorphs down to Dragon Ball Z) kept the serious, and at times quite gloomy overtones from feeling too self-serious. And so, with John and River's tale being told, restructured and sent to the moon in a heartfelt and memorable way; I am able to walk away from To The Moon satisfied, and looking forward to the next installment in this world.

Sep 3, 2012If you're into having your tears tugged at, this will definitely be a change from nights spent curling up on the couch spectating those romance flicks that no one else gets. If you're someone who winds up stuck with the aforementioned individual, originally promised beer and tricked into the awkward Kleenex duty, no guilt will be harbored from missing out.
