And SP is aroud 6-7 hours (3rd difficulty, that i took=6 hour and 48 minutes for me:)). And if you finished, you will want your personal B.T.

And MP? Better then 1st Titanfall. Amazing new Titans, weapons and skills for pilot. Maps arent big, you can fin your enemy so easy. And if i took pilot vs pilot (one of mode in game and in 1st Titanfall, maybe the "worst" mod, because you cant find other people) i waited around 40 sec. In other mods 20-40 sec.

there are few single-player stories that leave enough of an impact to make you watch through the credits... Titanfall 2 is such a game...
MASTERPIECE! worth the price only for the single player campaign!

Titanfall 2 is a great game. Gameplay is smooth and intuitive. Graphics and sound are awesome. Unlike most modern titles, its 90%+ gameplay instead of 50%+ cutscenes. Even the platforming obstacles aren't annoying, which is rare. Overall, a fun and entertaining game.

There are NO cons to say about this game what so ever. And I would have give it a 10 but because of the campaign short. Although I take quality over quantity but they had the skills to make it longer with that quality.

I don't know if we will get a good Titanfall 3 since EA just bought the Developers and we all know how garbage EA is.

Campaign is nice (not great), with a good story (just good) and some really nice mechanics.

Maps? not many Weapons? some are good, just a bit are excellent, many suck Titans? some are overpowered (Tone, Legion i'm talking to you!) so why 9/10? Because the game is FUN.

Most fun and engaging PvP in FPS i ever had.

    try it. you'll love.

and if you suck at FPS, get a EVA-8 or an Alternator as a weapon, Tone as Titan. You'll rock (yes, the matchmaking is really well made). So no excuses, play this game. You deserve it!

if you're a pro FPS monster (i'm not, i'm noob), you'll get as much adrenaline as you want, sit into your Ronin and/or go gunning with some serious assault rifle.

Titanfall 2 single player is the real highlight of the game. Due to the fact that it was missing in the first one the single player was fun although short. The updates they have done in regarding the multiplayer have been great.

    PROS:
-Perhaps one of the most innovative takes on what has become a tired and stale FPS genre.
-Absolutely exhilarating combat and movement. Between the grappling hook, wall running, double jumping, LITERAL NINJA STAR BLACK HOLES - you feel like a futuristic space ninja.
-Uses the older source engine, and as a result, it manages to run great and look pretty decent doing so.
-The balance between using a titan and playing as a pilot is fantastic, allowing for whatever playstyle you prefer.
-NO SEASON PASS. All future content such as levels (aside from cosmetics) will be free.
-Great single player story mode. I assumed they would just tack on a story mode because people asked for it, but that's not the case here. It's obvious that real attention and care went into crafting an unforgettable journey.

    CONS:
-Story mode is egregiously short. We're talking four hours here. While I would prefer a short, but great story (which we get here) I don't think quality and length are mutually exclusive. I would have much more preferred a long, but great story.
-Some hickups/bugs in single player. I get occasional hickups where my character can still move, but everything else freezes for a bit. It's not dropping frames, but seems more like some strange kind of lag
-Low player count online. This one isn't Titanfall 2's fault, but I feel like it needs to be mentioned. Most likely due in part to it's bafflingly horrible release date being sandwiched between CoD and BF1, the online player count leaves much to be desired. This makes finding full matches in some of the less popular game modes difficult to impossible.

    OVERALL THOUGHTS:
-If you like FPS or you like sci-fi stuff, you should get this game. In my opinion there just aren't enough good sci fi games out there. Or movies for that matter really. It's seriously awesome and completely unexpected in terms of how good it ended up being. Knowing that they'll continue to support the game with free maps and no season pass is the icing on the cake, and really deserves to be supported in today's industry where cutting out half the game to sell as extra has become the norm.

    Buy it.

A game that hugely deserves all the praise it's receiving: The single player campaign is great, if short, and the multiplayer is fast and frantic, relying heavily on agile player movement, and game modes that discourage camping tactics and keeps you moving around the battlefield.

Whether you're on the ground as a pilot, or behind the helm of a one of the titular titans, you never feel ineffective in combat. While a good titan can dominate the battlefield, a good pilot relying on their smaller size and higher mobility can still cause them serious problems, grappling them or mounting them unseen to steal their batteries to cause damage - which can then be used to boost friendly titans - or drop grenades into their chassis, firing at them with anti-titan weapons, sticking them with thermite grenades to blind and damage them, or arc grenades to disrupt their visuals and movement.

Another nice feature of the multiplayer is the lack of downtime. Thanks to NPC units that spawn during multiplayer matches - which can be farmed for points and to reduce your ability cooldown - and because players tend to constantly move around the map, you rarely spawn far from a firefight, so action is pretty much constant during a match. You're also not heavily penalised for dying, aside from granting your opponents some extra points towards victory. Death is a way of the game, brush yourself off, and get back into the fight.

Graphically, the game looks beautiful, and the sound direction backs it up well, with full voice acting provided throughout the single player campaign, suitably epic situational music samples, and general background noise you'd expect - though you'd be strained to hear it over the regular firefights during the game. All weapons seem to have their own unique firing sounds, which is always nice to see.

Another focus of praise has to be the DLC scheme - the paid maps in the first game did little to help the smaller playerbase of the game, as players found themselves fragmented based on what map DLC they'd purchased. Respawn have made it clear that all map and weapon additions to the game will be free to all players, with only non-gameplay affecting cosmetics costing money - and this is on top of the extensive cosmetic skins already present and unlockable in the game through standard gameplay. I'm also pleased to see that they haven't gone down the "loot box" route in regards to premium cosmetic content - you pay your money, you get what you paid for . No frustrating scheme of paying for lootboxes for a chance to "spin the wheel" here.

Downsides? The multiplayer could still do with a little some rebalancing, with certain titans and weapons seeing far more use than others due to them being just being plain better - At the same time though, time-to-kill is low, which whilst important for keeping the action flowing, it means that most automatic weapons in the game are capable of quickly vaporising pilots quickly enough with sustained fire - which makes any unique properties they might possess seem minimal at best.

Some also say that the maps aren't of as high a quality as the first game either, with less focus on verticality in regards to pilot movement, and the popularity of one of the original maps in the first free DLC pack certainly seems to support this. It might have also been nice to see the grappling hook be a standard piece of equipment in the game, rather than an optional pilot ability, since it supports the high focus on player movement well. There have also been a few gripes about the length of the single player campaign, though I might argue that a shorter, high quality campaign is better than a longer one that suffers in quality as a result.

But these are all very minor niggles in what is otherwise a fantastic game. The only other downside I've found? Try playing any other popular multiplayer FPS on the market at the moment after a round of Titanfall 2 - you'll find yourself immediately frustrated at just how *goddamned slow* they are.

Starting off the single player you are quickly introduced to the movement in a small training tutorial that also serves as a gauge for what difficulty to play the game at. For me, it was suggested that I play on hard but I lowered the difficulty to normal simply because I had not played the first game and just wanted to get a feel for the game before I jumped into the multiplayer. So, single player takes you step by step introducing you to your titan, often giving you a new toy to play with just as soon as you get acquainted with the last. The titan has its own AI that will engage in conversation with you making you feel like it is just as much a partner as it is a weapon for war. I will not spoil the story here, but at the end I just felt wanting for more. Not that the story feels incomplete or lacking a true ending, but because most of the story takes play at one location all the while characters hint at a much larger universe. Graphically the game is stylish with large and beautiful terrain of an alien planet. All of which runs at a buttery smooth framerate on my PC, which is still running off of mostly 3 year old parts. One thing that I am compelled to mention is one particular time traveling level where you are seamlessly phasing between two points of time at the press of a button. At one time you are walking through a research facility that appears to have witnessed a catastrophic event over run with unchallenged flora and fauna and the other time point is sometime just prior to the chaos. The two timelines have similar layout but drastically different aesthetic detail that makes the phasing between the two time points all that more impressive. On to the multiplayer side of things, the game is fast, fun, but also cerebral. There are six different types of Titans available each with their own set of abilities. Each titan requiring careful consideration of how to play them, what modes/maps to play them, and how to confront them in titan vs titan combat. For most modes, you may only call in a titan one to three times per match. Enough times that the titans really bring something new to FPS multiplayer, but few enough to make each Titanfall feel like an event. As someone who has primarily played Black Ops 3 over the last year, the thrust jumping, wall running and grapple hook driven mobility was easy to grasp even if it has its own nuances. One problem however is the time to kill a pilot, it feels far too fast meaning that pilot to pilot firefights feel less of a fight and more of a game of hide and seek. Whoever spots the other first and opens fire, will win the encounter. Most frustrating is when you call in your titan only to die before you can climb into it. This does put an emphasis on earning your titan then walking away from the action to call in the titan at relative safety. The titans themselves feel as they should, walking weapons of mass destruction, rightfully capable of one-shoting titanless pilots. Overall Titanfall 2 is great fun and worth the time to play, in this gamers opinion. Expand

The Campaign is fun and finally flushes out some story and much needed background to Titanfall (which was sorely lacking in the first version of this IP) The multiplayer brings me back to the glory days of CoD 4: Modern Warfare... The game that opened the genre to the masses. Modern Warfare was fresh and engaging and had you hooked from the first time you played. TF 2 captures much of that same feeling.

You are able to flush out both your Pilot and Titan to fit exactly your play style, with custom tweaks you can do to their appearance and abilities. Advancement comes relatively easily, and unique features like "Happy Hour" allows you to advance that much quicker. The game is also set up to encourage you to level different class builds. Merits (The games system, of experience) come quicker in low level builds, and the ability to advance the level of your pilot, titan, individual skills and weapons really keeps you engrossed. I find TF2 to be much like playing golf. Even if you aren't very good, you get that round that reminds you why you enjoy playing in the first place.

It is not perfect, but ever since the first Modern Warfare, nothing has quite come as close to a unique and engaging experience to CoD4: Modern Warfare like TF2 has for me. Try it out. It is currently being overshadowed by titles like Battlefield 1 (a great game as well... I would rate it an 8 out of 10) and the next release of CoD: Infinite Warfare (which so far based on early reviews appears to me more of the same)

Titanfall does not have the brand recognition of CoD, but it has a superior pedigree IMHO.

The multiplayer is where I feel the game shines, it great to see something different in this over saturated market of standard fps games that follow a template of design. The game is perfectly paced in my opinion and titan battles are a great spectacle and fun. All in all a great game, it's nice to see some developers making more original entries into this genre. The reason for the 9 instead of 10 is I wish there were more people online. If you see this game on sale you should buy it, you won't be disappointed. Expand

MULTIPLAYER: This is a really FUN game, its fast and you feel like you are able to plan your moves. If you compare with COD black ops 3/infinity this last two games are just bored, COD is like you run like crazy and try to have very fast reflexes (thats all), TITANFALL is like you can move very fast, you can hide, you can stealth, you jump like crazy, you have many way to play theMULTIPLAYER: This is a really FUN game, its fast and you feel like you are able to plan your moves. DLC (all new MAPS) are included as part of the original game...so all new maps are FREE. This is amazing....once again the game is the next levels on Multiplayer shooters....COD is going backwards.... I hope TITANFALL continue as a franchise in the future...the game deserve it!! Expand

This sequel took the best things from TF1 to TF2. Single Player campaign is awesome, interesting story and puzzles to use you brain. The relation to Pilot en Titan feel like a friendship. The Multiplayer is like Titanfall 2, awesome.
Grappling hook, more Titans and other abilities and weapons make this game awesome. I feel this Multiplayer is better than Battlefield 1. So this game isn't horse sh*t

I saw by cd key shops for €22, it's worth every Euro, penny or whatever!

Only downside: sometimes 3000 players online

By addressing the biggest criticisms of the first game, Respawn has managed to improve an already great shooter. Fast-paced, electric single-player campaign along with a full-featured multiplayer has made Titanfall 2 a must play for shooter fans.

The 2nd installment of the Titanfall series continues down the right path yet again. It is truly one of the best First Person Shooters of this generation.

It’s the most enjoyable shooter I’ve played in a long, long time, a brilliant mix of different flavors that you simply need to try. [13/2016, p.52]
