They have reminded us that apocalypse isn't about the physical breakdown of society, but witnessing the delicate threads which hold human beings together come apart. The people, including Clementine have nothing left to hide behind, as they try to survive by any means possible, however dear the cost. In a sense, they have turned into zombies, mindless and selfish, without the actual death and disease. The plague which riddles their hearts is what makes them the real zombies, The Walking Dead. Hard choices and a great ending to Season Two. It does what all good stories should do: leave the reader wanting more. The ending of Season One packed more emotional punch, but the narrative of this ending is better. How the series goes forward Season Three will have every fan on their edge of their seat.

I was a big fan of the first season of this series and instantly fell in love. Although the second season wasn't as good as the first it doesn't disappoint with the finale. There are different endings that ultimately change the story leaving you an emotional mess in the end.

I got the ending in which you don't kill kenny, and honestly it's just as, if not even sadder than season's 1 ending, it's beautifuly executed on it's simplicity and musical aspect.
The fact that Kenny gives his life up just so that you can stay safe at the city with AJ makes it a lot sadder, it's definitely the BEST walking dead episode I've EVER played.

The first part of the episode starts a little bit dull, but then it goes on a crazy roller-coaster ride very few games can produce. The amazing conversations and storytelling, and some of the toughest character drama makes this episode one of the finest in the entire series so far.

I don't want to spoil anything, but there's something really true about TWD game that you can't find it anywhere else. The twisted plots and how everyone lost a dear one puts every character in a pressure and act like bad guys!

I don't like to give out 10s or 0s but I just have to for this game. It was everything I could have asked for. I don't think I felt the pity for certain characters that maybe I was supposed to but this episode had it shares of moments that made me want to stand up and yell at the screen. It of course gets emotional too, I just can't say enough about this game, can't wait for a season 3.

I think i would probably be hating this game if i had killed Kenny but i did not and that lead to very heartwarming ending for me.

The episode made me cry two times: first at the dream sequence with Lee, and at the one of possible endings where Clem and Kenny get to Wellington and we separate at the big metal doors in tears. With five possible endings i'm 100% sure that i will replay them all at my other save slots. I wish now that he made all the episodes but you can't change much now. Anyways fantastic f*cking good job Breckon. I hope he will be back for the 3rd season for more hearthwrenching moments and decisions. Expand

Again, amazing stuff from TellTale. They just have this incredible habit of making you care about the characters and choices you make in the story. Only in this game have I made a hard choice, and thought about it all day afterwards in work. The episode is slightly slow at the start, but pays off HUGELY at the end, so stick with it and be prepared for heart ache.

    Great finale
Part 5 of the second season has become wonderful. After part 3 was better again weak and part 4 has created a beautiful end here.
The decisions are much more difficult here and the feelings of Clementine are very put to the test here.
In the end I had to rush off tears easy. Very hard finish.

Well, this episode was great.Probably the best thing about this is that in this episode the choices were important. The which I really liked was the different endings.I seriously liked when we didn't shot kenny and find the place(whillington?). It was a better ending than the one that we went with jane, and it made me cry again. And I hope the 5 endings make important changes for the next season which I can't wait to play it. I think The walking dead season two was as good as season 1 and it was really better than wolf among us. The only think wrong with this episode and the whole season was gameplay whcih wasn't a lot. But since everything else was amazing that doesn't even matter. I liked that there was more talking than the action. Expand

No Going Back fell a bit flat for me. I don't feel like a much really happens, and I felt like I just walked... walked.. walked.. and had a eternal conversation. But every now and then **** went down, I gasped, I reacted, and I made the hardest choice I've ever done in a videogame, and finally see who my Clementine has become.

This game doesn't really give you choices of what to do in the story. It only gives an illusion of choice. What you do doesn't have a major impact on the game or the ending. I am extremely disappointed.

Good story. Awful game. It plays much more like an adventure game of the 1980s than a modern game. You often have to do the exact right thing in the exact right sequence often involving something barely noticeable at the side of your vision.

The story was really quite compelling and kept me playing even though the game play was arbitrary and boring.

When describing the 3rd episode of the season, In Harm’s Way, I compared Telltale to a maniac who lives to torture his victims. No Going Back only reinforces this impression.

No Going Back is a worthy ending to a strong season. In the final episode you’ll leave a few memorable characters behind. Since you’ve made a lot of choices along the way, that’ll be a lot of personal goodbye’s. The narrative is of high quality, the interactive part not so much. Luckily, The Walking Dead continues to impress, even without having to press any buttons.
