hnngDec 13, 2009Great, appealing visuals. Despite being released in October 2007, Valve still frequently updates the game and fixes any (major) bugs quickly. After being out for more than 2 years, it's amazing that story is still being built around it (tf2.com). I'd recommend the PC version as it receives the most updates and new content.

JoshuaCDec 11, 2009The War Update demonstrated to me how focused Valve is on building games with dynamic communities that foster the gameplay in it's players. It's this intimacy that makes Valve games, a stand alone experience time and time again.

AngeloBDec 9, 2009I feel the drop system isn't evolving enough. If your gonna play a fav char then drop some thing for that one. Then the more you play the higher the drop rate gets prompting you to switch up. Then when other char drops happen then it should lessen the drop time for the next one you need for that fav char.

ConnorMDec 7, 2009Excellent game, well balanced visually and game wise. The best part about it(which Is what many games now a days tend to forget) is its FUN, which Is what I game should be in the end. It gets a well deserved 10 from me and a must buy.

mattpDec 6, 2009it's an amazing online game and everyone knows that, providing hilarious taunts and speech. with the mumbling pyro to the cocky scout. a game to remember that deserves to have 100 metascore!

NiklasSDec 6, 2009This is by far the greatest game, I have ever played to date. The classes are fun and different, and yet they're still well balanced. There's no classes you can't kill. I've played over 700 hours of this game, in a year, and I normally get pretty tired of a game fast, but this is just awesome. It's worth EVERY little penny, it's simply a must-have.

CloverNov 28, 2009In my opinion one of the best FPS ever made. I cannot count the number of hours I've spent on this game without ever feeling bored. Unlockable weapons and achievements give an incentive to keep playing, and Class updates add content to the game for free.

EdHNov 21, 2009This game is amazing, even when you're being killed its still fun, the only real flaw in it is that it's too easy to get addicted and stay for hours! The nine classes encourage team play which makes it fun to make friends and it's a great social network

BrandonLNov 15, 2009TF2 is an amazing game, i loved it, got it for Xbox AND pc, just because it's such a good game, i HAD to have multiple systems to play it on. I love this game so much, it's so addicting, because every day you can download a new map and it never gets old when you get to play more and more custom maps and build up your own collection.

LukeNNov 14, 2009I don't know why the metascore on this game is only a 92 cause it deserves a 10. The best class based game I have ever played and probably the multiplayer also. This game is a must have if you play online games. Just get the PC version because the 360 version on The Orange Box kinda sucks. The PC version is simply amazing though.

BartekBartekNov 12, 2009This game is very good but in this game is a lot of bugs eg. fire under wather.

NovaNov 10, 2009Innovative, amazing game that requires a new approach to thinking in combat. The characterization is also lovely. And try to play the game for a decent amount of time before you post a review; being noob at a new playstyle is no basis for a bad review.

SamSNov 4, 2009This game is one of the best to exist in a long time. nearly everything is perfect. the only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is because of the drop system that screws with some people.

KingJohnOct 31, 2009This has to be one of the best online, class based games I have ever played. It includes a funky cartoon theme, and tons of humor. What could be better?

DoeJohnOct 31, 2009Team Fortress 2 is an instant classic. Even after two years the Team Fortress 2 team continues to support the game with frequent update and sales. Team Fortress 2 is very fun to play. Certain classes are easier to play than others, but all can be played with ease after a while. While you may get bored with a certain class, there may be an update to that class to bring you back and play it.

TomásFOct 30, 2009This game its just amazing. It has a crappy drop system, BUT the strategy, the skills and the fun you'll get overcomes everything.

AdrianLOct 29, 2009Adding another 10 to the pile. Don't listen to the naysayers, TF2 is an excellent game, much more engaging than your average CS or Halo boomfest, it's also easier to get into than the original TFC. If you're one of the two people left on this planet who hasn't already played this game do yourself a favor and check it out.

-
LSOct 29, 2009Best multiplayer game ever. No questions. Ignore people giving it bad rating because of the new drop system. These people are clearly childish about the fact that there is a new system which randomly gives a player an aesthetic hat. Gives no bonus other than looking cool. This will not affect your love for the game, i can assure you xD

AceGamezThe marriage of highly stylised retro-spy presentation, fresh, high octane action, deep and varied classes and the underlying twinkle of humour in its metaphorical eye make Team Fortress 2 far more than just your average fragfest. Long after the novelty of the graphics wears thin, we are left with a refined and accessible multiplayer game that simultaneously cultivates new players whilst retaining enough depth to accommodate even the hardiest of veterans.
-
The game also does a lovely job of framing your relationship with other players and nurturing them.

It's one hell of a game. With its powerful artistic style and blazingly quick, yet accessible gameplay, it's enough to melt the icy cynicism imprisoning the hearts of even the most jaded among us. That being said, it's not the most complex shooter out there.
