AnonymousMCOct 17, 2007if you dont like this game its because youre always getting dominated.... ive never played tf1, i bought the orange box and played the beta for tf2 and was hooked and im still hooked... best multiplayer game out there because you actually need to have a strategy and use team work...

AnonymousMCOct 16, 2007From incredible beautiful and unique Art style to Extremely Balance classes and game play. In addition, how the game is design is that teamwork is a major skill you need to know to be a good player. No other multiplayer game has it's foundation and core based on this. An easy example is that a Team of bad players can dominate a group of good solo players. Truely Amazing Game player.

ColeG.Oct 16, 2007A great game, hours of fun. Couldn't have asked for a better sequel to my all-time favorite classic online shooter game.

AnonymousMCOct 15, 2007Since I filled in this form already and you set the javascipt to not allow resizing, I lost what I typed in and I won't type it again. Plus, you can't see the next "error" page anyway because most of it is outside of the upper portion of the window. Not very helpful.

AlexB.Oct 15, 2007A game with old fashioned style cartoon that grabs a gamers attention, but quickly follows that up with solid gameplay that has been balanced firmly. This is a game that can be played for hundreds of hours and still seem action packed

ChrisH.Oct 15, 2007Very cool, well balanced multiplayer. I love the cartoony graphics and theam music.

-
AshB.Oct 15, 2007Best FPS ever. this game sets the standard for FPS's now, and will not be a easy thing to beat. the classes are diverse and the gameplay is outstanding, this is not some boring quake frag fest, this is a tactical fast paced FPS that will not be replaced by another game anytime soon.

AnonymousMCOct 15, 2007KICK ASS!!! I loved TFC1 and TFC2 puts it to shame but still keeps that classic love of TFC1 all the maps look kick ass! HL SOURCE OWNS!!! and the Cartoon look of the chars is crazy and flows really well could ask for anything better! Can't wait for ten years from now if there will be a TFC3!

-
BabySealOct 15, 2007While I believe a lot of elements from TFC have been lost and have simplified TF2, TF2 remains a fun, funny, and very enjoyable gaming experience for TFC veterans as well as newly arriving FPS players.

AnonymousMCOct 14, 2007First off, let me persuade you to go out and BUY THIS GAME if you haven't already. You n00bs will have some catching up to do, as the TFC vets have been playin since the beta. And you call yourself a PC Gamer... *phht*
Second, if you already own this game, then why are you reading the review?
TF2 > CS ... ? Maybe, I anticipate some dynamite maps. -

MikeB.Oct 14, 2007Very good! Old School fun with a new twist. I really don't have anything bad to say about TF2, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away from serious pseudo-realistic shooters such as BF2/Quake Wars. A breath of fresh air.

-
TimLingOct 14, 2007More fun than I've had ina game for a long time. Great graphics, animation and sounds. TF2 was worth the wait.

-
Jean-PhilippeD.Oct 14, 2007This is by far the most exciting and fluent FPS I have ever played. I don't generally like shooters, but TF2 REALLY changed that, with it's wide variety of classes to play, wether you like to be in the action, kicking some butt, or supporting your teammates at a distance, or healing them, there's just so many classes, it is hard to find someone who will not like the game!
-
-
SilverFalconOct 14, 2007I'm not sure how to describe it other than as amazingly fun. The art style is awesome, and there are little touches here and there make it an amazing game. And it makes healing fun. Seriously, what other FPS does that?

PaulS.Oct 13, 2007I miss the room-clearing nail grenades my Soldier used to have, but the streamlined gameplay and focus on roles is great. Addictive, hilarious, and fun!
-
-
AlanH.Oct 13, 2007Great game with diversity among the classes. They truly stand apart from one another and force the opposing team to figure out how to offset your teams classes they are using. A blast to play and has added depth over your standard FPS with the depth of the classes.

-
RichardH.Oct 13, 2007Awesome fun, great graphics, well balanced classes and Valves experience of pumping out excellent shooters makes this game pure brilliance!
-
-
SeanM.Oct 13, 2007Absolutly brilliant game, awesome mix between the different classes.
-
-
GregG.Oct 13, 2007Best multiplayer game made for the PC? Brilliant gameplay and endless fun due to the huge variation in character choice and situations.

[Anonymous]Oct 12, 2007The only thing keeping me from giving this game a 9 is the fact that their critical hit system is inperfect and creats a unskillful classic arcadish thing that belongs in a single player rather than multiplayer game. If this was changed along with a lot more different ideas of how to play TF2 besides capture the flag and attack/defend points. Then it would have recieved a 10/10 score from me.

GregJ.Oct 12, 2007I've got three words to describe this game: Fun! Fun! Fun! The detail in incredible, but the game is so simple at the same time. When u are winning, its great, when you are getting pwned, its still great, which I cant say about any other MP game out there.
-
-
RyanB.Oct 12, 2007This game is amazing and far surpases any other fps game out! It is incredibly smooth and faced paced. Good fast fun and great to look at. No complaints!

-
MikeK.Oct 11, 2007Fantastic gameplay, great graphics, great maps. What more could an FPS gamer ask for? Maybe a few more maps, but other than that, this thing is beautiful.
-
-
L.S.Oct 11, 2007A fun game that can end in countless ways each map providing full entertainment.
-
-
AdrienneOct 11, 2007An excellent game. Much better than TFC was in my opinion. All classes are actually playable, fun, and fair. A must have game to all FPS lovers.
-
-
RobinZ.Oct 11, 2007It is a very funny game. I like the comicstyle and the mass of classes to choose ;) Every class has it's + and - Also the maps are nicely done! The balancing is quite well but it can be increased a lil bit more. The spawntime is a bit hard with 15seconds but ok, because otherwise the maps would be flooded with players.

JohnH.Oct 8, 2007I expected this to be a slight modification of Half Life 2 Deathmatch, but it truly is an entirely new game, full of amusing new graphics and a truly team based combat engine capable of running on pretty much any system. It's probably worth the $45 price-tag for the orange box single-handedly, not to say the other games won't be just as good!! Epic Game!!

AceGamezThe marriage of highly stylised retro-spy presentation, fresh, high octane action, deep and varied classes and the underlying twinkle of humour in its metaphorical eye make Team Fortress 2 far more than just your average fragfest. Long after the novelty of the graphics wears thin, we are left with a refined and accessible multiplayer game that simultaneously cultivates new players whilst retaining enough depth to accommodate even the hardiest of veterans.
-
The game also does a lovely job of framing your relationship with other players and nurturing them.

It's one hell of a game. With its powerful artistic style and blazingly quick, yet accessible gameplay, it's enough to melt the icy cynicism imprisoning the hearts of even the most jaded among us. That being said, it's not the most complex shooter out there.
