Demo version of the game for full price! Very greedy company. And where are my previous reviews of this game? This is a question for the site owners.

Сюжетка покупается отдельно - это что-то новенькое, конечно. Диалоги, кст, говно, да и боевка тоже. Это было бы круто году в 2007, сейчас это не конкурент.

It is a half-game. Loading time are extremely long even if you play only offline. There are no interesting game modes, few characters and the mechanics to unlock the characters are horrible, the game also pushes you to spend money to unlock accessories without respect for those who paid for an incomplete and ugly game.

The game is fun, but the issue is the monetization. If you thought microtransactions are bad, this game now has in-game ads. This needs to be stopped before everyone else in the industry catches on and blows it out of proportion.

muy buen juego, pero... INCOMPLETO, pocos personajes para su precio... personajes practicamente imposibles de comprar con "fight money" asi que obligatoriamente tendras que comprarlos por DLC... un fiasco Capcom

Five reasons for street fighters 5 bad review.
    1.Censored the game.
2.The game is now meant for casual players.
    3.Lack of characters and levels.
4.Error codes up the wazoo playing online.
5.Theirs something extremely unpolished about it, like it wasn't finished.

I'm only scoring it higher than zero because of mods support, which makes the game interesting while we wait for Capcoms turn.
Alas, the very fact I had to play this on PC is a good reason for not getting my mouse near the green bar: how do you make a Street Fighter console X or Y exclusive? Damn you, Capcom!

Short story modes with only one or two fighting segments which all were boring
16 characters which Lacked fan favorites like they returned Birdie, Mika, and Karin and Nash from Alpha and new ones like Necalli and Laura.
Barebones offline mode with no Arcade mode,
    No Player vs CPU,
    No Tournament mode
    No Endless Battle
    No Team battle
Bad characters looks like Ken unless you give him a different costume,
    Clipping issues,
and bad online connections (Worst SF with bad Netcodes). Oh and did I forget YOU CAN'T FREAKIN BIND YOUR KEYS ON PC IN 2016-17 ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS CAPCOM NO WONDER YOU'RE CALLED CASHCOM you can Bind Keys in SF4 this is a highway HYPE-ROBBERY of course later on they did add a cinematic story but its cheesy and doesn't stand out. Additional characters like Ibuki (My main from SFIV and Third Strike) Urien, Juri, Akuma,Alex and a new one from Season 2 Krolin. BUUUUUUUTTTT you have to Pay to get all the Characters and Maps 0_0 WUT $4.00 each on PSN but if you want all buy the Season pass for 30$ EACH Season(Year there are 4 seasons) yes Capcom is supporting this game until 2020 to sell it as well as SF4 if you want this game to be good PLZ tell CASHCOM what you want Improved in this game. The game is still Barebones now wait Until 2020 if you are a casual fighting player then you will get everything then. To those who still support this game giving it a 8-10 and GOTY 2016 and say its better than 3 and 4 *SLAP* you should be ashamed of yourself for supporting an boring game.
    Pros:
Fighting is good though not complex as SFIV
At least they tried a cinematic story
    Graphics at times
Rise Up more like Rise up to Cash in a highway robbery

I bought the game at launch for PS4 and PC. I was always a huge fanboy for the series and in general just love fighting games, Capcom and Konami made up the bulk of my childhood gaming.

SFV is pure garbage. It has no soul, is very buggy, the netcode is terrible, the actual fighting system is a downgrade from the SFIV and even earlier titles. I couldn't get any of my friends to sit

I couldn't get any of my friends to sit and play it more than 2 rounds, and that was a painful slog even. The new characters are fine, probably the only redeeming quality to the game. Launched without any features of a complete game, including an arcade mode in a longtime arcade based fighting game series. Would not recommend to anyone.

Capcom's seasonal release DLC characters/stages/costumes/colours/everything **** else is yet another money grab from publishers to sap as much as they possibly can without any give or support to the player or community (excluding the capcom pro tour).

The game offers the player very little in terms of any solo-play features; favoring multi-player in every possible way, even the character story mode and free DLC story really just accentuates the money grabbing repugnance of DLCs characters and the sheer lack abd idiocy of the base characters by making you play them very briefly in a headbangingly generic story filled with very little.. ANYTHING. The only thing that can making the pain in your forehead worse from bashing your head off the closest thing in sight is the lack of an Arcade Mode. Replaced with the utter atrocity that is Survival Mode - a mode so infuriating and boring that every character you do this with you end up hating more and more after every victory.

Even character exclusion and appeal to an newer community can be excused; however there is no way to justify paying 1/10th of game's value just for one character (without any of the alternative costumes; that if you would like to get, you either are forced to pay for it or forced to grind for hours just to get). Or even 1/3rd of the games base price just for one season's pass, meaning that with the release of every season you will need to buy another season pass topping the value that you are spending on this inadequacy of a game to ridiculous levels (and don't even get me started on alternative colours).

My aspirations for this game were cut short with the release of Season's Two Akuma and changes to Ryu as the multi-player feel that every second player has watched the same tutorial on how to play the game. If the sudden realisation that this is only going to get worse, haven't hit, the sour taste in your mouth after another 6 seasons of spending money on characters just to play a game that should have been available on day one release should.

    TL;DR: G I V E U S O U R F U C K I N G A R C A D E M O D E & S T O P M A K I N G U S P A Y T O P L A Y.

game is barebone.no decent value for your money.it feels like a beta.
and the worst thing is you can't even rebind the keyboard. this is UNACCEPTABLE. are you crazy capcom? an absolutely necessary feature like that and it's missing? even more incredibly stupid because SF4 had a proper rebind system. are you going back in time? are you completely incompetent?

Super Street Fighter V is yet another entry in a disturbing trend of incomplete AAA games. If Capcom was trying to get the game out in time for EVO, etc. Fine. This game was certainly not worth $60 for the state it was in at launch. At the very least be up front and transparent that there is no arcade mode. Jim Sterling coined the term Early AAAccess. Its an apt description for what SSFV contained at launch.

There was no arcade mode (A series staple) at launch. The story mode what little there is consisted of poorly drawn graphic novel like stills that can be completed in a few short minutes. The game also lacks a proper training mode, no vs. AI, among other issues like connectivity. Not to mention that the playable roster of characters at 16 seems a bit anemic compared to rosters of other games of the genre.

There are a number of people who might try to defend this game saying its made for the competitive players. I feel this is an excuse that just doesn't fly. You are paying more for less.

The truth of the matter is that the people who grew up with SSF playing its story mode and arcade are the people who were Capcom's bread and butter. Its those fans who have passionately loved the series for so long that have made it a premier fighting game. There was no online back then. Capcom have slapped the fans of SSF in the face. Its a damned shame too because the game plays well; but its high price for lacking content is too much to ignore.

Server stability seems better now. However Capcom themselves admitted it was rushed. Hopefully they continue to improve on what is there. Hopefully they won't repeat the same mistake they made with the release of this game. Hopefully they realize that the casuals are just as important for the health of a fighting game as the professionals.

SF players are such jerks that I don't feel bad for them getting milked like this, but I'm getting off at this stop. Where's Tekken X Street Fighter? *Sigh*, put on hold. Capcom should outsource/franchise this game out and see if someone else will do a better job, but I guess they'll have to drive the SF brand into the ground first. Have they seen the competition? Other games are indistinguishable from anime and others are very close to live action movies. It's sad, they have such an iconic brand because of the genius of SFII, but instead of making the most of it, they use that to get away with offering as little value as possible. Expand

You see all those 'professional' reviews for this? That's why you don't trust anything a paid reviewer says - it's beggars belief that there's not ONE negative review for this title.

Street Fighter V is an unfinished, unpolished mess. It has less content than Super Street Fighter 2 - on the Super Nintendo! That's right, a game 22 years older than this crap is not only more packed in content, but has infinitely more charm, depth and has the better gameplay too.

Saying this is barebones is an injustice to that term. Very few characters with no single-player story mode to speak of - oh, and that isn't hyperbole by the way, there IS no single-player here. Oh, they'll say that the ridiculous three fight narrative interspersed with terrible comic strips is a "story", but no, it isn't. This has been rushed out the door so tournament players can give them free advertising with the multiplayer, but even THAT backfired as the servers are absolutely last and it launched with support for only TWO players (and even they won't get into the servers for a match 75% of the time). Oh, did I mention this is effectively an always online game too? Because of course it is.

Not only that, but somehow they made this version worse than the PS4 one! I know, I've played them both - they're both terrible, but this version takes the proverbial piss with how bad a port it is. Get this - NO full key rebinding support. In a supposed tournament fighter. On the PC. Wow. I mean, you can rebind, but it's limited, and it displays it's bad port to the PC proudly by assuming you're rebinding a controller at every turn.

But it's a Street Fighter game, right? So that means loads of colourful characters? No. No, no, no. Sixteen. Yes, sixteen. WTF. Four of which brand new by the way, and dull as hell. But surely they're going to release loads in the coming month, right? Well, if SIX is classed as loads to you, then yeah! So yes, this fighting game in 2016 released with fewer characters than the game made in the same series in 1994.

I don't think I've ever been shocked by a full priced retail release by a AAA company than I have by this. This is not only unfinished; this is a pre-Alpha game. A proof of concept, nothing more. To have the nerve to release this in its' current state is absolutely incredible.

2/10 for what are acceptable graphics (albeit overly big character models on occasion and a 'lively' animation style that makes it confusing to discern what's actually going on at close quarters with some characters) and for the combat being somewhat polished. But that's it.

As bad as Mortal Kombat X was (and yes, that was bad), this is worse, as at least MKX had a semblance of bloody content!

And seriously, those critic reviews. Jesus tapdancing Christ.

While I could not have recommended it to any but the hardcore fighting game community when it released, it’s now complete enough that I don’t have qualms about getting into it now. I’m still having fun with the game, even though most of my time is spent trying to complete survival runs and challenges rather then feed people rating boots online.

There's a lot to love in Street Fighter V, especially Rainbow Mika, but the fact is that the game still isn't where it needs to be yet. The March update helped, but it was just a band aid on some pretty deep lacerations. Serious fighting game fans can hop in now without too many problems, but more casual players might want to wait—more fixes and a real story mode are still coming.

At the moment, with its fantastic gameplay but a serious lack of content, Street Fighter 5 is a solid 7/10; a good game that is a great for fans of the genre but can’t be recommended to all. Hopefully though, in a year’s time when the promised features have been added and the roster of fighters has been increased in number, it’ll be worthy of a 9/10. Until then however, those looking for single player fighting thrills should look elsewhere to get their kicks, whilst those wanting to just play online will definitely enjoy Street Fighter 5, but may find its repetition of stages and fighters slightly irksome.
