Aug 17, 2015The makers of Solarix wanted to follow in the footsteps of System Shock 2 and Dead Space, but the result is just awful.
-
CD-ActionJul 4, 2015Pathetic AI and loads of bugs and flaws drag down what was a promising game. [07/2015, p.63]

Jun 4, 2015Solarix could bow to the old sci-fi gaming with dignity, but due to the botched artificial intelligence, confusing level design and half-baked ideas it turned into its caricature.

-

-
May 7, 2015The core concept, while unoriginal, is at least interesting, and it's backed up by a broadly well-realized world. May 6, 2015Yet another game with great ideas and a not-so-great execution. If you’re looking for a stealth-based horror experience it’s an option, but definitely not the best one out there.
-
May 4, 2015Solarix’s admirable goal to marry the mechanics of Thief to the setting and plot of System Shock 2 proves to be beyond the game’s capabilities. The intentions are exemplary, but the execution is marred by eccentric AI, bugs, and an unfortunate attachment to checkpoints.
