    El mejor mar que he visto en un videojuego, quiza falto de contenido al principio, pero ahora esta genial tienes mil cosas que hacer y en eso a mejorado mucho, gran trabajo de Rare y espero que sigan por este camino, si siguen metiendole mas y mas contenido sera la mejor experiencia de piratas que haya jugado

Barely any original content, mostly recycling old missions and additions to the new MTX store "the Pirate Emporium". The amount of sell out this game has gotten is incredibly sad.
    Besides some questionable decisions in its community management Rare has lost my good will in the team. I do not recommend the game anymore.    … Expand

    I just love making a fun adventure with friends. I normally like a perks and leveling system but it makes sense for this to not have that else pvp would be unbalanced. The game is very replay able. I do wish it had better crash proofing for pc as If my game crashes then im out of an hour of work...

    Needs PVE considering most of the game itself is PVE with tall tales and exploring islands and quests etc.

    Decent game but a missed opportunity, this game could have been so much more but they dumbed it down to keep it kiddie proof.

    Sea of Thieves is a very good game with incredible coop moments and world events. The pvp is good too, and even though I'm not the best at fighting with other players in direct combat right now, nothing is more gratifying than catching enemies off guard and exacting revenge. Even the most "mundane" moments are exciting with a jolly crew of good friends. Most of the reviews for this gameSea of Thieves is a very good game with incredible coop moments and world events.     Als erstes muss ich sagen das ich Sea of Thives erst jetzt einige Stunden gespielt habe und nicht gleich beim Release als wohl noch einiges fehlte.
    Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ist Sea of Thieves aber wirklich ein großartiges Spiel und da es leider wenig alternativen gibt was Videospiele mit Piraten angeht werde ich bestimmt noch einige Stunden in das Spiel stecken.

    A parte multiplayer do jogo com os amigos é boa, mas a quantidade de bugs e a falta de utilidades que deveria haver no jogo é de ****, contarei sobre algumas das ocorrências comigo, uma delas foi que estacionei o navio numa ilha e ele ficou meio preso com o píer, logo em seguida o navio começou a se mover sozinho mesmo ancorado e depois ele desapareceu sem nem afundar(foram 3 horasA parte multiplayer do jogo com os amigos é boa, mas a quantidade de bugs e a falta de utilidades que deveria haver no jogo é de ****, contarei sobre algumas das ocorrências comigo, uma delas foi que estacionei o navio numa ilha e ele ficou meio preso com o píer, logo em seguida o navio começou a se mover sozinho mesmo ancorado e depois ele desapareceu sem nem afundar(foram 3 horas perdidas de loot que estavam nos barris de madeira, canhão e comida, logo foram 3 horas jogadas no lixo, obrigado por essa sensação) e outros são quando você vai para lugares que talvez fique preso(mas não ficará) você é teleportado para o navio... além disso, cadê o "kraken" aquilo pra mim são tentáculos! E não podemos nos esquecer de que não há maneira de desativar o pvp mesmo se você só quiser focar na história, logo se algum grupo de players idiotas quiser te seguir eles irão até o fim do mundo e você talvez perca todo o progresso na missão e tudo que estava no navio sem nem ter jeito de contestar já que se você estiver sozinho contra um grupo de 4... acho que já sabe no que dará.… Expand

After the anniversary update, the game has become less of a pointless grind and more of a make your own story kind of game.     Sea of Thieves is an open world pirate game, filled with treasures, combat, and adventure. I really like this game, but it does have some flaws. The game play is repetitive at times, but if you are like me and can only play an hour or so a day then it shouldn't be a problem. The animations are fine, although they can be glitchy occasionally. Those are really my only problems with the game. I cannot describe how fun ship combat is. Patching holes, firing cannons, boarding enemy ships, all of it is awesome fun. Ship combat is at another level in arena mode, where combat is most common. Treasure maps are exciting, and skeleton forts are extremely fun. The sort of campaign, or tall tales, is extremely fun too. Overall, a pretty fun game.… Expand

    Amazing coop experience to play with a group of friends. The exploration is a game by itself and the thrill of fighting other crews while carrying tons of loot is unlike any other game

    Horrible comunity even considering it's a "pirate game". Nothing but spawn kills and **** telling you to "go cry". Gameplay is alright, but since you have to interact with other players (no private servers) its really quite tedious. Sorry but this is not the pirate game you're looking for.0

    The biggest highlight of this game are the Tall Tales. They were incredibly fun and actually felt like a real pirate adventure (especially if you play with friends.) Graphics are also really beautiful. Everything else gets repetitive and boring really quick though.     Sea of Thieves had a rocky launch with barley any content. But in it's current state it's well worth the $50 it costs in Canada. If you get it with Xbox Gamepass it's well worth it aswell. It's done a No Mans Sky like 180 and I 100% recommend it.

    The game starts out with a fun tutorial that gets you excited to begin your pirate life. A relaxing, single player experience to learn the basics. And that's really it. The basics. There is so much more to learn that the game does not teach you.

    Shortly after starting the actual game, I died almost every 5 minutes. To skeletons blowing me up as I read a book on a small island (enemies continually respawn... thanks devs for putting reading in the wild...). I died in my anchored boat by another player who was far more experienced than me (I barely knew how to fire my cannons properly) as I began my first quest. I died at the hands of more players as I continued to try and bring in my first chest to port. A random dude stole my treasure AND boat AND yelled at me as he sailed off... then came back and apologised and taught me how to open up my crew to the public.

    The first chest I did bring in rewarded me with 70 gold. Seventy. Most cosmetics' (which seems to be this games only sense of progression) costs are in the thousands, if not more. Some beards and hairs are cheaper, granted. This felt like nothing as the tutorial gives you a huge 30,000 gold starting package... the game felt like a slow grind.

    After hours of what felt like griefing by other players, I was ready to uninstall. There seems to be no area which is safe from the PvP environment. I'm pretty sure I read an "honour among pirates" poster somewhere, but that was a dirty lie.

    Hours later, defeated and forgetting I had opened up my crew to the public, a random dude who also just started playing the game that day joined. We chatted a bit and he seemed to have a completely different starting experience, not being killed by other players at all. We set sail and became the best crew-mates anyone could ask for. We played until 3 in the morning, jamming out on the deck and completing longer missions. Maybe it was the time of day, but all the 13 year old griefers seemed to have disappeared. Nothing but treasure hunting, skeleton smashing, and smooth sailing.

    Definitely a game to be played with others. They say you can solo pirate, but as soon as you run into a ship of 4+ pirates in a town, kiss all your hard work/hours of looting goodbye as you try to turn it in at a port.

    I read an in-game book about "easy-come-easy-go" and it should be the motto of the game. Everything you work towards hoarding in your ship (food, cannon balls, treasure) can be stolen from random pirates in a second... and then you simply find it again instantly in another random barrel or continue the mission. There is not really any death-penalty other than losing potential hours of treasure hunting.

    The game is beautiful, with cartoony graphics. The feeling of sailing is unmatched (compared to games like Stranded Deep or AC Odyssey). I can see the travelling getting boring, but I am still new and loving it. Again, with friends, you can play instruments, talk, fight sharks/ghost ships, cook food while someone else sails, play Jack on the front of the bow like in Titanic, etc.

    The sounds of the ocean, instruments, and ambience is well done. The dialogue can be lacking, leaving you reading most NPC conversations.

    Cannot wait to jump back in and be slaughtered by Fortnite kids.    … Expand

Soundtrack on the game is also fine, nothing interesting and it just fit to a pirate life thing. Playing missions or quest on this game is quiet a bit bad and boring especially when you need to keep coming back for like 5 or more than 5 times just to get that award, it's just my own preference though, I don't really like that. Playing Sea of Thieves is fun, especially when you're alone because you got to see the very calm seas, be careful though, some players might kill you or destroy your ship. The worst part is, some "thing" is lurking beneath the depth… Expand

    Pretty nice chill coop, PVP is almost non-existent. However, those several time we did PVP it was pretty hilarious. The game doesn't have much unique content, and I played only about 10 hours, but those were fun. Buy on sale.
    Btw, water visuals are just stunning! and meteors were pretty cool as well :D

You can do anything fish, discover, defeat skeletons, find out secrets, have a grog with you mates and much more. What I like to do is tall tales to find the shroudbreaker. What the shroudbreaker is, it is a object that creates a force field and can get you to the shores of gold ( a place that is past the boarders of the open world. A there lies the dangerous gold hoarder. The other tales have secrets, captains, danger and much much more… Expand

    The game started out as a big disappointment, but over time it has been growing a lot with several new mechanics and ways of playing, Rare is really doing its best to improve the game. They just need to stop make microtransactions that's ruin any game!

    - If you don't have a friend or two to play with this probably isn't a fun single player experience - loot doesn't really matter, there's no leveled gear, everything is just cosmetic, so don't    If you know what you're getting into, this is some of the most fun you'll ever have gaming.     - loot doesn't really matter, there's no leveled gear, everything is just cosmetic, so don't expect to have fun chasing down legendary weapons or anything
    - everyone has the same stats and weapons, being an effective pirate comes down to being smart and executing as a team. You can hit "endgame" content from day 1 if you know what to do.
    - this game isn't about winning, it's about having a fun experience as you work your way to become a pirate legend.
    - the threat of a kraken sinking your ship full of loot or an enemy ship stealing your treasure comes with a true sense of loss, which can be frustrating, but an actual sense of potential loss makes victories that much sweeter.

    I don't think there's another game like it, so don't let this reviews from the 2018 Launch dissuade you.    … Expand

Basically 3 kinds of repeatable missions you grind for gold and reputation that can only be spent on a VERY modest selection of cosmetic items, and a kraken that is nothing but tentacles you shoot at until it dies, at which point you receive an achievement and NOTHING else. For $60 this game is a joke.I just described 95% of content in the game. It's not even an exaggeration, there is NOTHING here.

    PvP is very rare and if you do see another ship they can evade you incredibly easily and it is almost never rewarding to fight unless you somehow get on the enemy ship and steal their chests and bring it back to your own ship before destroying theirs (which is highly impractical).    … Expand

However, game doesn't provide any real incentive to grind. The only goal of the adventure mode is to unlock cosmetics by grinding money and emissary (faction) levels.

    If you are looking forward to fighting ships PvP mode offers great fun with friends. It kind of resembles a battle royale mode but with ships. You roam around looting and improving your weaponry stock in a large map, fighting with opponent ships. This is probably the most laugh I had in a battle royale mode with friends in a while.

    If you are alone and lookıng for a game that ıs not so stressful and just there to be a 'background noise', it might be a decent option. However, it is relatively hard to operate even the smallest ship alone. Moreover, tasks take significantly more time doing alone since there is a lot of manual carrying around involved. Most of your time will be spent walking around carrying chests.

    Because of the fun I had with a group of friends I am giving a 5. Otherwise game is very boring to play alone with no goal to achieve.    … Expand

    That's a pretty nice game if you play it casually (check it every now and then with three more friends to see what is new and call it the day), but maybe not much more than that. I was "forced" to play it too much 'cause my sister had a serious case of addiction, and so I started to see the cracks... it can be really, really repetitive.

    Игру купил за 700 рублей в стиме. За эти деньги мы получаем: Очень интересную песочницу для игры с друзьями, но после определенного времени игра надоедает. Игру рекомендую, но надоела за 13 часов игры

    Great graphics but the community is abysmal. I spent an hour getting all my lanterns for the fort of the damned, got to the fort with the ritual skull. Then spent an extra hour with my crew trying to kill the boss for a random team just to come invade our ship as we are loading up the loot from the FRESHLY killed boss. I just bought this game and everything I do results in the same exactGreat graphics but the community is abysmal.     According to Steam, I have 84 hours on this game. And I've only played through half of the content. The graphics aren't bad, the music is great, and the gameplay is fun. I highly recommend it, if you've got a few friends to sail with.

    Troppi bug in qualsiasi parte del gioco dai più minuscoli come compenetrazioni a macrobug come mancanza di collisioni, npc mancanti, oggetti che cadono oltre la mappa, hitbox sballate, nemici che colpiscono wireless... le ambientazioni sono belle e coinvolgenti, le musiche pure sono bellissime, ma viene rovinato da questi macrobug.

    Very repetitive, unrewarding and boring gameplay.

    - quests are repetitive (Go to a place, kill same skeletons, find the treasure.) - repeat.
    - No progression. You are the same the whole time.
    - Gameplay is very weak.

    I had no expectations regarding 'Sea of Thieves' going into it other than hoping for a game where I could sail around the map and just chill out, and while that's what I got I also got more.

    I've been playing the game mostly co-op with a few different friends and it's a great time. It has a big playground, but it's empty. No procedural generation, no new biomes, no new upgrades (there are no upgrades, only customization), no new enemies. What is this?

It's a shame too because the art design and character handling are fun & pretty satisfying, but the random ganking by hardened PVP lords is just too much to allow you to relax and enjoy a gaming session.     I could have so much fun, if this bs skeleton ship is not incredible annoying. You must board the enemy ship and disrupt the enemy for repairing but the enemy is respawning under 3 sec with a great number and repair it nearly instant the moment the plank touch the hole.

    Eu sinceramente não consigo compreender o porque as pessoas gostam disso em 2021. O jogo é um constante loop de navegar por mares entediantes, atracar em uma ilha que te mandaram atracar, procurar pelo tesouro, vender o tesouro e repetir infinitamente, tudo isso pra comprar roupinha e skin de arma.

    The first good game RARE Studios has ever devolped is Sea of Thieves.
    The graphics are cartoonish, which makes it uniquie, and its about **** pirates
    everyone love pirate, they even got a story line with character from Pirates of the Carribean

    But the game do get boring after 10 hours of playtime.

You can also select to team up with other online players if 1 of you has space on the boat. You get 3 different boats. Different sizes have the option of different party sizes. The largest being up to 4 players.

    This game doesn't hold your hand to much. Working stuff out requires a bit of actual input from the player. Or just google it. This is ofcourse a good thing. Learning is fun. Games feel so boring when everything is just done for you.

    If you are the type of person who will get frustrated over the fact that you can spend ages collecting loot for it to be taken by over players then this game isn't for you. How ever myself I love it when a game punishes you for failing.

    Online players a really nice and interactive. People are always happy to help new players get the hang of things. Most people online have mics aswell so you can speak to each other.

    Overall this game offers hours of fun with countless stuff to explore. Updates come out quite often aswell adding to the list of stuff to do.

    I don't understand why this game isn't well perceived by many people. The reason you can't upgrade your boat with stronger cannons and so on is because new players would just get sank all the time. You can how ever unlock cosmetic upgrades or you can buy them with real money. You can still have plenty of fun without dropping any real cash. There is a battlepass aswell but this game still offers tons of stuff outside of the battlepass.    … Expand

    The game is fun but the grind is too big and a session can be ruined for casual players by sweaty pvp players. I can only recommend buying this if they implement a pve surver or let casual players host a private session.

    I think this is the best pirate game after AC Black Flag. It doen't have crafting but it is very fun with your friends.

    The developers don't spend enough time fixing all the bugs they introduce with each update so by the time they finally got around to adding ANY PvP content, they had already created so many issues that the game is no longer viable as a competitive platform.

Resumiendo lo mejor que puedes conseguir es alguna skins y eso para mí tiene poco valor. Parece que está enfocado a un público de niños pequeños que les gusta gastar dinero en trajecitos y espaditas que solo son skins, Le falta un sistema de nivelación de algo por lo que digas quiero seguir jugando y mejorando mi personaje. Le falta potencial, podrían exprimirlo mucho mas y mejor. El mapa es grande no está mal, pero los servidores casi siempre están vacíos, 20 personas por servidor más o menos y casi nunca llenos, entre colegas te puedes hechar unas risas pero para jugar a largo plazo te aburres pronto. Las historias están muy guapas aunque algunas se hacen pesadas.… Expand

    This is in my opinion one of the best games to play with friends, the ship's mechanics are really cool and you don´t need more than 4 different weapons. NOT pay to win. I would not recommend to you to buy this game if you going to play it by solo and if you don´t have no one to play with, find a discord server of the game it is always fun.

    The game is fun, but worthless to those who want to play correctly. You can't enjoy playing the game when you're being killed constantly by players spawning in exploding barrels or shooting you through walls. Until these issues are addressed, i would not recommend this game.

    Good points: fun loot system, fun sailing and fishing system, interesting and lore-filled quests.

    Bad points: everything above that's stopping you from enjoying it.

    Do yourself a favor and don't buy this game until the issues have been addressed.    … Expand

    it's a game that needs to be understood, unfortunately there is a real objective in this game but it has very fun gameplay.
    If you have just finished watching films like "Pirates of the Caribbean" and you want an adventure at sea, perhaps accompanied by other friends, this game can give you a great adventure.

    Sea of Thieves has successfully redeemed its clumsy launch with Rare being a developer that fully commits to the title with monthly updates for more than two years. Now – it is a game brimming with content, adventure and gorgeous pirate atmosphere with arguably being the best pirate game available and a truly fun multiplayer experience.
