    Flight simulations are notoriously difficult to get right and Battle of Britain is a valiant effort: experienced pilots looking for a challenge or a history lesson should consider this game - beginners might be better off elsewhere.

    A surprisingly well-executed game (after the patch) which is unfortunately obscured a bit by the difficult interface.

    Design philosophy aside, Battle of Britain is still too rough, unwieldy, and unbalanced. These problems ultimately make it more tedious than enjoyable.
