Oct 7, 2017My personal opinion, the game is not OK.
- Graphics is like CS:Source. It's not beautiful but take too much system resource while running.
- Gameplay, item... are poor.
- Physics simulation is terrible.
In conclusion, the first RR is better! -
Oct 7, 2017this game is freakin awesome. ride a bike, kill other players, race, crash, all at the same time. what more do you want? i hope this developer keeps making more of this. looking forward to it!

Oct 21, 2017Perfect Arcade game.
Ride your bike, beat the crap out of your opponents, try to reach the final boss.
If you fail, back to start.
Though you gain XP and can buy permanent perks after you die so it's not that frustrating as you make progress with each try.
Controls are great, and it's super satisfying. -

1. Graphics : GOOD
2. Gameplay : GOOD
Definitely worth a try ! -
May 31, 2023Road Redemption is an aggressively mediocre roguelite brawler on wheels that is only fun in small bites. The attempt to recreate the feel of flawed cult classics (Road Rash) without a major overhaul is this games worst mistake. That said, I would like to see a fresh and balanced take on those old combat racers in the future.

Jul 25, 2020Pros:
+ addictive gameplay
+ great controller layout
+ good objective diversity
Cons:
- some bland music
- too long to unlock more characters and bikes
- could use a campaign mode that is not roguelike
- getting stuck on the scenario is extremely frustrating -
Feb 11, 2023It's fun for few hours but I'd welcome more levels, bikes and better story mode. If they ever make secons game, I'll check it out.

Feb 7, 2019Road Redemption isn’t what I hoped it would be, and that may not be entirely the game’s fault. Nostalgia can be a cruel mistress. However, the flaws on show here do prevent the game from standing up on its own, and although it can be fun and engaging sometimes, I would recommend waiting for a price drop before picking it up.

Dec 17, 2018When it’s not crashing, Road Redemption offers perfect bite-sized pieces of vehicular mayhem. It’s loud and bloody and raw, and the dated graphics only increase the grit and messiness. With a few fixes, this could be an all-time classic of the genre, rather than the deeply flawed romp that it is.

Game World Navigator MagazineMar 2, 2018Spiritual successor it may be, but Road Redemption does one thing very differently: unlike Road Rash, it offers a roguelike experience with procedurally generated mini-campaigns. [Issue#226, p.56]
