Sep 10, 2023Another souls-like CLUNKY junk. What is amazing is that this is a frigging 2019 game, but everything is 2009 for real.
-
Aug 27, 2023It's all right. Finished in under ten hours in co-op.
Boring level design, rather bland bosses, no need to interact with any of the upgrade systems and whatnot. Pretty easy.
Enjoyable, but nothing special. -
Aug 26, 2023Very good game. I enjoyed playing this game a lot. I strongly recommend this.

Aug 15, 2023Decided to play it because Remnant 2 looked rad, and I really liked it. It is a soulslike/looter shooter that, while no being the best of either genre, still really compelling. I do recommend it!

Jul 29, 2023The game is underrates it needs an 8 easily especially if u got a good pc the combat feels excellent maybe the story isnt good but the mobs and the combat system is 10/10

Jul 16, 2023the game looks cheap in some moments and wants to seem serious (and it doesn't work out because of the cheapness of what is happening) transitions between locations are also annoying, but overall a good soul like p.s. sequel should be better

Jun 30, 2023Fantastic souls-like shooter with atmospheric worlds albeit with a weak story.
-
May 19, 2023Like interesting boss fights? Hard fights where you learn and practice to progress? Too bad. ADDS. Fight ADDS. The boss has 3 slow mechanics and ADDS. On the way to the boss? That's the whole game.

May 4, 2023Best game ever. Standout features of Remnant: From the Ashes is the unique setting and lore of the game.

Nov 10, 2022This game has not a single thing original or enjoyable in him. Its just a crap shooter aka souls carbon copy. How this game got so much attention its beyond me! Avoid it like plague!
-
Aug 2, 2022Good game with a big variety of monsters and bosses, challengeable enough, sometimes too challengeable, but I liked it

Jun 5, 2022the graphics could be better there are still problems in co-op and the controller control on the pc via epic games only works indirectly with steam but otherwise it is a good story game that you can play with friends unfortunately there are not many

Jun 2, 2022Nettes. Spiel es hat echt viel Spaß gemacht. Mehr davon! Nicht zu lang, nicht zu kurz. Genau richtig.

Mar 17, 2022Very boring game. The dungeons are bland and repetitive, the bosses are uninspired, grinding for materials is tedious.
-
Mar 16, 2022It runs well, looks good, and even plays well. Unfortunately, the entire thing feels bland. The world, the enemies, the battles, the guns, the story all feel bland. It’s a technically proficient basic attempt at a souls like game with guns that has nothing worth experiencing.

Game World Navigator MagazineDec 6, 2019The levels are badly designed and uninspired, they don’t spark curiosity or desire to explore them – but you still have to, because new weapons and armor aren’t dropped by the enemies, they must be found in obscure spots scattered across the maps. [Issue#241, p.44]

Oct 8, 2019The combat is solid glue holding together a solid product, offering some fun cooperative shooting and a good amount of interesting items and weapons to build. Gunfire Games has already supported the game with two new modes and hopefully post-launch support will continue. While those who need a constant influx of new loot to parse through may find this game a bit on the slow side, those who are more familiar with games like Dark Souls may feel more at home here. The experience isn’t a perfect one, but there’s plenty to love in Remnant and excitement to be had in its future.

Oct 2, 2019By taking the best bits of a few different genres, Gunfire Games has come up with an exceptional formula here, and brought us the surprise hit of the year. Sure, it’ll take you a while to “git gud”, but it actually feels like it’s worth the practice.
