    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Bu oyunu anlatmaya nasıl başlayayım? Bu oyun, oyun tarihinin en iyi oyunu. Grafikler şimdiye kadar gördüğümün en iyisi. Oynanış konusunda da oyuncu neredeyse her istediğini yapabiliyor. İlk oyuna göre inanılmaz geliştirilimiş. Düşmanlar yakından birçok farklı şekilde infaz edilebiliyor. Vuruş hissiyatı ve çatışma dinamikleri harika. Düşman neresinden vurulursa ona göre tepki veriyor, belirli silahlarla yakından ateş edilirse düşmanın kafası ve uzuvları kopabiliyor. FPS kamera açısında çatışmalar gerçekmiş gibi duruyor. Kavga sistemi de çağ atlamış. GTA V'teki berbat kavga sisteminden sonra bu oyununki inanılmaz. Sadece yumruk at blokla tarzı değil, rakibi farklı şekillerde dövebiliyor oyuncu. Oyuncu isterse düz yumruk atıp bloklayabiliyor, isterse rakibini yakalayıp bir duvara veya ağaca yapıştırıp dövebiliyor, isterse de yere yatırıp öyle işini halledebiliyor. Ayrıca kavgalarda düşmanın işi farklı şekillerde bitirilebiliyor. Oyuncu, düşman bir cama veya pencereye yakınsa düşmanı tutup camdan veya pencereden atabilir, düşman eğer bir ağaca veya duvara yaslanmışsa düşmanın kafasını ağaca veya duvara vurarak işi bitirilebilir, veya oyuncu düşmanı boğabilir. Yani evet, oyunda değişimini gördüğümüz tek karakter Arthur değil. Tüm karakterlerdeki değişime tanıklık ediyoruz neredeyse. Günümüzde çoğu oyunun daha ana karakterindeki değişimi doğru dürüst yansıtmaktan aciz olduğunu düşününce, RDR 2 bu konuda da en iyisini başarmış. Dutch'ın nasıl kafayı yediğine, John ve Arthur'un Dutch'a karşı sadakatlerini nasıl yitirdiğine, Sadie ve Charles gibi karakterlerin Dutch'a minnet duyarken senaryo ilerledikçe onların da artık Dutch'a karşı güvenlerini nasıl kaybettiklerine şahit oluyoruz. Ayrıca kamptaki diğer karakterler de boş gezenin boş kalfası değil, onlarla da diyalog kurabiliyor, etkinlikler ve yan görevler yapabiliyor ve oyunlar oynayabiliyoruz. RDR 2 bunu da es geçmemiş yani. Onun dışında oyundaki herkesle diyalog kurmak mümkün, kendine RPG diyen oyunların bile bunu yapmadığını göz önünde bulundurunca RDR 2 mükemmelliğini bir kere daha kanıtlamış oldu. Oyun yan etkinliklerle, yabancılarla ve aktivitelerle dolu. Oyunu %100 bitirmem tam 152 saat aldı. Senaryosu yanlış hatırlamıyorsam normal bir bir şekilde oynayınca 60 saat kadar sürebiliyor. Ben oyunu %100 bitirdiğimde senaryoyu 2. kez oynamıştım, yani nispeten daha kısa sürede bitirdim. Oyunu ilk kez oynayan bir oyuncunun %100 bitirmesi tahminimce 170-180 saat hatta daha fazla sürecektir. Haritaya gelirsek harita devasa ve içi dopdolu. Haritada çöller, bataklıklar, denizler, okyanuslar, çeşitli göller, ormanlar, dağlar, sanayileşmeye başlamış şehirler,karlı bölgeler ve klasik Western kasabaları bulunuyor. Harita harika derecede canlı, örnek olarak çölden ormana veya bataklık bölgelerine gittiğiniz zaman değişimi iliklerine kadar hissediyorsun. Çünkü her bölgenin kendine göre iklimi ve hayvanları var. Çölde gördüğün hayvanları ormanda göremiyorsun yani. Çeşitli hava koşulları ve hastalıklar da bölgelere özel. Çölde kum fırtınası ve çölün bazı bölgelerinde kolera varken, ormanlarda yağmur ve sis, dağlarda ise kar oluyor. Avcılık, hırsızlık, kelle avcılığı, banka veya at arabası soygunları yapılabiliyor, balık tutulabiliyor. Yapay zeka harika ve hiç sırıtmıyor, tepkiler, yüz animasyonları ve mimikler çok güzel ve canlı. Daha anlatılacak çok şey var ancak daha uzun

    Bad optimization, huge dug problems, freeze, drops to the desktop, errors, lost connection.
    I bought the game and a am very disappointed.

    This is what I wrote about GTA V, but I'll edit it to match RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2. I think just one word can be enough to describe the whole game: ROCKSTAR.     There is not one single developer left that cares about the gamers...ok, not one except for the people from Rockstar studios. Thank you all in Rockstar for creating this piece of Art that has moved boundaries of games to come. This is something NEVER SEEN in gaming industry before.

    Respect to every single person that was involved in creating this unique and excellent MASTERPIECE.

    Deep.

    Wide.

    Brilliant in every single detail. And there are thousands of details.

    I was just thinking today...if they would say to give them more money so they can create another title that is this good - I would give it to them.

    I am glad I gave that money and supported this title that fulfilled and went far beyond in every aspect of my expectations.

    And I am certain I will NEVER preorder any single game after the experience with Ubisoft, EA...and those other companies.

    The game had a bad start on PC from Day 1. But I had issues not in the first week but only on second, after the patch. And then soon after everything worked flawless on the technical side.

    I came here immediately after ending credits and I can say that in whole playthrough of some 150 hours I encountered something that could be called a bug - not more than 5 times.

    ...and the game gives you thousands of encounters and details on every corner.

    Graphics out of this world and far beyond.

    Optimization after few pathces is great, but this is a hardware killer title that will shine the brightest in near future.

    Audio - great on 5,1 or headphones - so many different sounds playing at same time.

    Gameplay - most advanced gameplay mechanics to date, needs time to settle, but very intuitive.

    Controls - overwhelming at start but after a while feel natural and enjoyable in every aspect.

    Story - like 5 best Westerns you watched combined and multiplied by 10, truly the best part of an game that has best parts wherever you look. Unique experience. Thrilling.

    Buy it.

    Play it.

    Enjoy it.

    Haters, Haters Everywhere. Think in this: one dumb guy score this masterpiece in 0 only because he couldn't play this in his old Pc... 0 means the Game is less than garbage. I think that guy deserve the bad luck of couldn't play this wonderfull game. What i think? it's a masterpiece, a symphony, best gameplay, best story, best graphics, wonderfull music. The details, oh! the beautifullHaters, Haters Everywhere.     Pros: wonderful story, great voice acting, interesting characters, very nice graphics, stunning weather effects, "dead eye" is fun.
    Cons:
    Looting mechanics are tedious and inconvenient; super bad optimization: struggles to get past 30fps at 4k high settings, and 45 fps at 1440p. My set up is Nvidia 1080Ti, i7 8700k 6Core, 32GB RAM 2666mhz, Samsung EVO SSD, Win10Pro.

    I, like many others, bought this game upon release. I put about 40 hours into it before I bailed. It’s not that it was a bad game, it just felt boring to me. I didn’t “get it”. But, in June of 2019, I started over on the PS4. Since then, I have put over 1000 hours into both the story mode and online. I have 100% in story mode and I haven’t played any other game since. For about 6I, like many others, bought this game upon release. I put about 40 hours into it before I bailed. It’s not that it was a bad game, it just felt boring to me. I didn’t “get it”. But, in June of 2019, I started over on the PS4. Since then, I have put over 1000 hours into both the story mode and online. I have 100% in story mode and I haven’t played any other game since. For about 6 years, I was playing exclusively FromSoftware games as they were the only games that held my attention. Somewhere after a few dozen hours, everything just clicks. The tedious, silly tasks no longer seem tedious. Everything seems to have purpose. It is, quite literally, the greatest video game ever created. From the amazing story to the insane graphics. I just get lost in the world. At this point, I can navigate with only a compass. I understand why so many gave up and thought it was boring. For those folks, if you have ANY interest in video games, give it another try. It has earned the top spot in my mind that was previously held by Final Fantasy VII since 1997. This game is the greatest game of all time. It sets out to do everything a video game is meant to do and does it all. This is the ultimate playground. Don’t let it pass you by.… Expand

    This game is only for experienced players in this state.
    My hardware have many years (3 - 6) and i play 60 - 90FPS only i spend 3h to find slow down options. Many options i have ultra/high game looking very nice.
    No go to max settings try find good quality and performance settings for you hardware or you loosing fun from this game.

    Plays best on PC had none of the issues people seem to be having, had 3 updates since release runs amazing on my 9900k+2080ti build definitely recommend this game easy 10/10 must buy!!!!

    Dear Metacritic readers, this game is a MASTERPIECE!!! I spent 114 hours and I enjoyed every minute of it! Amazing story-telling, wonderful open world, extreme quality graphics and epic action!!! All in all, it's a must-buy, a must-play game! 114hrs on record.

    This game is an absolute masterpiece. I really don’t know where to start. Throughout the game, I feel like I have really bonded with Arthur Morgan, he is by far Rockstar’s best protagonist. The graphics are absolutely beautiful, especially on pc with the settings cranked up. The story is interesting and fun, with many memorable characters. I like that you can go at your own pace and takeThis game is an absolute masterpiece. I really don’t know where to start.     one of the best games ever! The game is running fine in fhd with high-ultra settings (60-100fps with r5 2600, 16gb ram, 5700xt nitro+). Dx12 is randomly crash, but on vulkan i haven’t got any issues from the start date.

The game is gorgeous, what they say about optimization is a complete lie! Everything works fine! And those who do not work let them buy a good PC! And do not cry like girls. On my weak laptop with a GTX 960M card everythingOn November 5, there were a lot of problems with the launch.     So it was amazing to know that RDR2 will be able to play PC november the 5th 2019.
    I was waiting for this game more than a bicycle as a gift for my 10th birthday. Pre-ordered the game in the very first days when it appeared in the Rockstar launcher. But everything turned out to be not so colorful. Only    I've been waiting this game since played the first part of RDR a long time ago.
    So it was amazing to know that RDR2 will be able to play PC november the 5th 2019.

    I was waiting for this game more than a bicycle as a gift for my 10th birthday. Pre-ordered the game in the very first days when it appeared in the Rockstar launcher. But everything turned out to be not so colorful.

    Only for 40$ ya can own RDR2 on PC.

    Game frezzes for 3-5 sec every minute!
    Graphics glitches.
    Sound glitches.
    Worst optimisation ever.
    Bugs and errors.

    After the updates, no crashing whatsoever on an 8700k w/ a 1080ti. Most technically impressive game I’ve ever played. Masterpiece.

    Apart from the awful control its just an astonishing game with visuals that are just jaw dropping. A great story, great characters and a boat load of very good content, one of the best game worlds ever created!

    Bought this game on the end of November 2019 after stability improvment patch got released. Played on vega 64 on 4k with ultra textures and mid-high settings with scaling 0.9 and fxaa. The game looks really amazing, and this is the best game I've ever played on PC. But after finishing mainline game becoming so boring, but online mode is so fun.

    Удалось запустить игру после следующих манипуляций: отключил RAMDisk, установил файл подкачки по выбору системы, сделал чистую переустановку свежих драйверов NVIDIA вручную, дополнительно запустил все установочные файлы в папке игры Redistributables. То ли это игра, то ли лаунчер, но очень капризна к программной среде. Приходится помучиться, чтобы запустить этот шедевр, причем каждомуУдалось запустить игру после следующих манипуляций: отключил RAMDisk, установил файл подкачки по выбору системы, сделал чистую переустановку свежих драйверов NVIDIA вручную, дополнительно запустил все установочные файлы в папке игры Redistributables. То ли это игра, то ли лаунчер, но очень капризна к программной среде. Приходится помучиться, чтобы запустить этот шедевр, причем каждому (судя по куче бесполезных гайдов в нете) по-своему. Наиграл пока 14 часов на почти максималках с 1 вылетом на vulkan, пробую directx. Игра отличная, атмосферная. Не понравилось, что очень быстро течет время в игре, не успеваешь насладиться видами как темнеет (ночь пролетает ещё быстрее).… Expand

    I did not think any game could be a worthy successor to Red Dead Redemption 1, a game which I consider to be one of the best games of that console generation. But they did it. Extremely rewarding and lengthy experience (I came in a just over 100 hours played after finishing the campaign).

    If you like a more slower paced methodical western epic, buy ASAP. If you have the attention span    I did not think any game could be a worthy successor to Red Dead Redemption 1, a game which I consider to be one of the best games of that console generation. But they did it. Extremely rewarding and lengthy experience (I came in a just over 100 hours played after finishing the campaign).

    If you like a more slower paced methodical western epic, buy ASAP. If you have the attention span of a goldfish maybe stay away.

    The game also ran fine on my aging machine (I5 4670, 8GB ram, GTX10606GB). Some slowdown in large campaign shootouts and a total of 3 crashes during missions but other than that no problems.    … Expand

    I loved the first one and I loved this one even more. I bought the game 6 months after pc release so no problem of crash or bugs. But otherwise the game remains as good as on console (i played on ps4) and much prettier. By far the best open world game I've ever played.

    For me, almost a 10. It has great graphic, great music and sound, great acting voices (played in English) and a very good story. It really feels like the far west, and after 330 hours sincked in the game (100 in the online part) I feel like suggesting this game for the single player. The story is very good, even for people that didn't playied the first game (like me).

    The bad about this game it's that some actions are really really slow...especially when in the camp, everything take a lot to do, sit, walk, drink a coffè ecc. I understand they wanted it to be realistic but it's too much, even when looting there is an animation for every item picked up in the chests, drawers ecc. good thing is the action and shooting parts are not slow, and very well made.
    And now the bad part, the online it's a buggy mess, full of cheaters, trolls and people that make theyr fun ruining the fun of others. Sometimes there are good players too, but this game has a very bad online community. The worst thing of all it's Rockstar don't care so much about this game, getting rarely updates (the online story mode it's incomplete...), the released updates are nothing new or interesting. at least if you play it often you can have the good things without paying.

    So, almost a perfect game, with an online mode to don't look at. The boring slow actions are not something so bad but they are really annoying after playing it for a lot of hours.    … Expand

    Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel to Red Dead Redemption 1. You don't have to play the first one to understand this one. I'd say it's a better experience if you haven't played the first one.

    As is the case with many Rockstar games gameplay is not the best. It's practically the same as Red Dead Redemption 1. The shooting isn't that great, the controls are a little clunky, and the cover system is not good. Story missions are often "on rails" and do not offer much freedom in how you tackle them. When you try to be creative you are often met with a "Mission failed" screen. A great video that goes over these issues is by a YouTuber named NakeyJakey. The video is titled "Rockstar's Game Design is Outdated" and I recommend watching it. The game offers various side activities such as hunting, fishing, and collected herbs. If you enjoy these side activities you could spend countless hours hunting legendary animals and creating unique clothing with their furs.

    The world feels very much alive. There are some random encounters you may experience more than once. The first time you experience them it's exciting and adds to the idea that the world is alive. However, when you save the same person from the same thing for a second time, the cracks show. Those were the only moments that broke the immersion for me and made me realize that this world is more artificial than I initially thought.

    The graphics are amazing. With beautiful vistas around every corner, and a cinematic camera mode that will allow you to take it all in when going from point A to point B.

    The story is what you want to play this game for. The story is the reason this game gets such universal praise. The phenomenal voice acting by every character is a real joy. The voice actors did an amazing job and were given great direction. Playing as an outlaw trying to survive in a new world of law and changing times. You'll get to see the relationship between Arthur Morgan (the playable character) and the Van der Linde gang. It's something you have to experience for yourself. I wish I could go back and experience it for the first time again. This is a story about relationships. By the end of the game, you'll sit there reflecting on what's happened, and reminiscing about times that have long past.    … Expand

    I cried when I finished the game. All the problems are now fixed, playing on Ultra / High settings with no problems on my machine! Greatest game I have played in my 14 years of gaming experience. Thank you!

Даже езда на лошади с пункта А в пункт Б может быть весьма интересна своими красивыми видами с почти ультра настройками и ещё быть разбавленной некоторыми событиями, происходящими вокруг: то кому-то помощь нужна, то кого-то конь копытами убьет :D, то где-то на тебя баран или какой-нибудь олень)) нападет. И это интересно. И вот эти фишки не для всех. Некоторым подавай быстрые перемещения, но здесь игра про реализм и я по истине поражался, когда мой конь погадил под себя, а мои члены банды спокойненько попёрдывают :D. А когда я кинул в дом коктейлем Молотова и он сгорел - это было нечто). В игре много фишек и интересностей и даже для особых задротов добавили разных животных, оружие, травы, охоту и т.д., чтобы было чем занять игрока, а для тех кому просто понравилась игра, то им не обязательно прямо все до 100% закрывать. В общем и целом эта игра потрясающая (после Ведьмака 3, конечно) и в моем рейтинге самых лучших игр всех времен стоит на 2 строчке.… Expand

    The controls are very clunky and old fashioned, the gameplay loop is also very antiquated and repetitious, the same things over and over again dressed up slightly differently to appear different, but they aren't. This might have gotten a pass but the game is too long and dragged out in my opinion. At least one chapter could have been culled or, less missions in each chapter. I've replayed red dead one and still think about it, I don't think I'll ever replay this.

    Lastly Rockstar for all their huge budgets and pushing graphics and some systems forward really need to address their tired gameplay gameplay and antiquated controls, realism isn't always better at the detriment of fun. But they won't, they make too much money as is, why rock the boat.

    Story: Too long. Missions after 70% progress might not really exist, yet it features two of the most beautifully created characters in game history.(Arthur and Dutch)

    Mission Design:The missions were really original. But more freedom could be given to the game. It's really nice to be in a movie scene, but it would be a lot more fun to steer its course. It would be especially nice to increase the number of side quests and their choices. But as such, they had really satisfying and beautiful tasks.

    Graphics: It will be the only game to compare even the games released in the next generation.

    Animation:The animations were really well worked out and they did a good result, but NPC's facial animations could have been a bit more focused.

    Sound effects: Perfect. Needless to say a word.

    İnterface:It has a unique and understandable interface. Although the inventory part looks messy, it can be understood with a little effort.

Оторвать от повторного прохождения смог только выход Cyberpunk 2077.     looking back - the bad start on PC was fixed pretty quickly and now the game is a great example of bug fixing. of course, it still has some game bugs, but on the scale of the universe of this game - this is very small thing.

    i didn't find any game crashing bugs just some minor funny glitches that doesnt ruin the game.
    awesome story, awesome gameplay, awesome graphics, immersive world.

    Это искусство, а не игра. Я сам по натуре не особо эмоционален, но именно эта игра смогла чувствовать радость, печаль и прочии эмоции . В нее следует поиграть каждому уважающему себя человеку.

    Absolute triumph in gaming, there have been four revolutions in gaming, one was Doom, another was Resident Evil 4 and third was GTA 4 and fourth was Red Dead Redemption 2. All mediocre meaningless open world games that have bunch of empty land, boring characters that give you meaningless quests, like in Horizon Forbidden West, can't get even close to greatness of RDR2 or even GTA 4.

    Я восхищаюсь этой игрой (на основе того, что видел и читал о ней). Но такое отношение... Грустно. Я поправлю рейтинг на более высокий после того, как они исправят проблемы. Но это будет уже явно не 10.

    Сделал сам. Удалил COMODO, отключил RivaTuner.

    Despite looking at game start problems this is very good game. Characters, story, world, graphics, physics - all at the very hight level. This game contains a good balance between realism, such as feeding a horse, cleaning weapons and many other things. This things is a really well designed. My very big respest to Rockstar games making this game.

    Худший старт на моей памяти! Столько лагов и проблем давно не видел!

    Хоть и игра отказалась запускаться после покупки, но сегодня обновил систему и она заработала, игра стоит высоких оценок.

    El primer día no pude ni iniciar el juego, después de la ultima actualización del Rockstar Launcher, ya no hace falta desactivar el Antivirus, me va fluido con gráficos en medio/Alto con una Rx 580, la historia hasta ahora es excelente.

    The game is beautiful but very rough launch, runs better on Vulkan with AMD cards at the moment.
    On my RX Vega 64 I'm on high/ultra settings with an average of 60FPS. Some bugs, but mostly stable.

    I´m updating my review as Rockstar continues to improve and correct one of the worst launch of all time! The game itself is a pleasure and a state of art. The game is totally unoptimized, and i´m playing about 40fps in medium with my gtx970. But even like that, i´m enjoying and spending hours and hours into the game and i don´t even start the main quests yet.     Always blows me away when people's "drawback" is you can't max out all settings 100% at 4k and get a high frame rate. Don't they know most of the time in 99% of games it requires some tweaking. RDR2 is an amazingly gorgeous game, one of the best graphical games ever made with probably the highest production values ever seen. It's better than the console version in every way and clearly a classic.

I am playing it again a year later on my PC with much improved graphics and controls and I have to say that my initial feelings about this game have not changed at all. This is the best game I have ever played.     This generation’s game is one of the best games ever released. I recommend it. It’s a complete failure in terms of optimization. This is a repetition of the situation with GTA4 in 2008, but this should not affect the evaluation of the game itself, RG will fix all the problems.

    RDR2 on pc is super enjoyable . graphic on pc if set to maximum you think is movie because lighting , shadow , water quality and distance are super realistic in pc version but game has some bugs on pc version but hopefully fix in future .

    This game is really good. Many people said that this game is poorly optimized, but it isn't, yes, it has some problems, but they started to solve them, and few of them got fixed, at the moment, the game is perfectly playable. And just watch for Digital Foundry's video about all graphics setting.

    Incredibly good game. Story, characters, graphics and animations are stunning. Game of the year! It took 1 year to get the RDD2 to PC, but waiting paid off. :)
    I have no problems with game at all. The game run fine from day one.

    A masterpiece: huge open world that feels alive, wonderful story, well tempered pace of the game. Feeling a gunslinger and an outlaw now, where is my kraken rum...
    Getting 70 FPS on average on high settings at 1440p resolution.
    Played it on PS4 before and oh boy the graphics and controls are so much better on PC.

Mistake has been made ...even such big and great studio can make (and made) mistake.
    What can you do? Let yourself be hired by Rockstart to show you skills ...next realease should be perfect than.
    For me GAME OF THE YEAR.

    Having 2080ti + i9900k, Windows 10 latest version.
    Everything works awesome from day one.
    I had only one issue with Dualshock 4, it does not recognized by the game.
    Everything else is pretty much great, only optimization could be little better (in 4K ultra settings only 30-40 FPS).

    My biggest warning to anyone considering purchasing RDR2 on PC is that you need to have patience when you set it up. Take the time to go through each graphics option, compare your performance on Vulkan vs. DirectX 12, and tailor the game to your specs. Once you have the game tuned, there’s no better way to experience it than on PC.
