    Project Hospital is the best hospital sim on the market, better than Two Point Hospital. It is the real heir of Theme Hospital.

    Funny, educational and very realistic. There is no other game on market which offers you such a great experience, if you want to build, manage and feel the life of your own hospital.
    Game is really challenging and takes me back to old times when games was made not for stupid trolls but for challenging players. There are few bugs, but nothing really huge and can be expected some fixes with updates.    … Full Review »

    You start as the young manager, with small ambulance and ending up with massive hospital with two hundreds employees and sick people all over the place.

    Do you want to play the manager or just simulate the best scenes from House M.D.? You can and it's fun!

    UI is something that is still required to get some work to, as well as get a bit better building management in some places, but you can quickly get use to it and then it works well for you.
