    Very good builder with great depth and complexity.

    You start as the young manager, with small ambulance and ending up with massive hospital with two hundreds employees and sick people all over the place.     UI is something that is still required to get some work to, as well as get a bit better building management in some places, but you can quickly get use to it and then it works well for you.

    There is no better simulation game of hospital!

    Funny, educational and very realistic. There is no other game on market which offers you such a great experience, if you want to build, manage and feel the life of your own hospital. Game is really challenging and takes me back to old times when games was made not for stupid trolls but for challenging players. There are few bugs, but    There is no better simulation game of hospital!

    Game is a great example how hospital tycoon should look like. Build your hospital in very realistic simulation, manage your patients but be careful because bad decisions kills people.
    Game is still being updates with new functionalities and its being constantly fixed accordingly with community wishes, although it is lacking activities after you finish building up your hospital.     Decent tycoon game. Not a masterpiece, it's not unique in the way you would like it to be, but it's good. A great choice for all the indie gamers out there.

    Great hospital tycoon. For me better than a two point hospital.

    + real Environment, Disease, Diagnostics.
    + nice painted graphics
    + very complex game
    + very realistic hospital simulator
    + education

    - unclear and complicated user interface
    - sometimes high difficulty
    - you can not rotate the view
    - few bugs, but nothing huge

    This is the best hospital simulation game I have ever played
    The simulation is much more advanced than at Two Point Hospital, we can all manage it, down to the smallest detail

    Text is too small, options are useless, doesn't let you change the controls, the menu tabs have stupid names that don't make sense, things that should be labeled aren't. I hate this game. I downloaded this game illegally and I'm mad even about that. Dont spend money on this.

    Игра неплохая, но надо разбираться долго и нудно, не залетела так как много чего перемудрили, просто песочница с огромным контентом для строительства и посредственной визуализацией, нравятся такие игры ? Also somewhat decent building system, which, despite the fact it has super dumb turning system and most of objects are just decorations, still meets expectations. So why my rating is only 3/10? The answer is A.I. and U.I.
    To start    Super complex and deep game. Nice development of diseases and their symptoms, for example, your patient may fall unconscious from dehydration or blood loss. Also somewhat decent building system, which, despite the fact it has super dumb turning system and most of objects are just decorations, still meets expectations. So why my rating is only 3/10? The answer is A.I. and U.I.
    To start with, A.I. does not prioritize at all, for example, collapsing patient with multiple life threatening symptoms will not be examined on MRI before queue with low risk patients or will not be operated before a patient with planed operation with low risk. Operations and treatment is another level of stupidity. Operations do not reveal symptoms, for example after opening the chest of patient in order sew up patient’s lung, surgeons will not reveal damage of arteries and will not sew them up. Moreover, if multiple surgeons are needed, surgeons will not perform them at once, even if the patient is collapsing, and this makes me feel furious. Treatments and diagnostic procedures work the same way, but sometimes, as some of them can be done without stupid system of transportation. There is no logic in shared units choice. Staff A.I. is really awful too. ICU collapsing patients are not treated by nearest doctor, doctors go on breaks when they are needed the most in a way like this:
    Nurse: OUR PATIENT IS DYING FROM SEPTIC SHOCK, HEART FAILURE, RESPIRATORY FAILURE AND SEVERE BLOOD LOSS AND GO HELP HIM!!!
    Doctor: I DON’T CARE I WANT TO GO TO COMMON ROOM ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOSPITAL!!!!
    Nurse: ANYONE HELP PLEASE!
    Other doctors: This is not my patient, so I don’t care
    Patient: dies
    Game: DeSpItE bEsT EfFoRtS, pAtIeNt DiEd. MaYbE a MoRe EfFiCiEnT hOsPiTaL cOuLd HaNdLe ThIs???!!!
    There are more things like this, but they can be handled without that much harm.
    So U.I. in this game is superb non obvious. Every day you get a report on load of department units. However, you can not discover which unit is loaded critically. The only way to find out which unit is overloaded is to look manually in management mode, but it is not obvious at all. Also there a lot of less vital, but still useful things that are hard to find, like the button which makes your cam follow patient or staff member.
    There are a lot more things to freak the player out. It is almost impossible to make the hospital profitable, grant system is weird, ratings are quite random, thanks to A.I. Also the in-game tutorial does not give you enough skills to play on your own.
    Overall, the game is rather disappointing at the moment. When I just began, I saw only the best sides of gameplay, what raised the bar of expected quality to high. But then, I saw what this game really is, and after I discovered that playing this game brings you more stress than joy, I deleted it and never came back to play it. So the final mark is: REFUND.    … Expand

    It`s a enique, interesting & very detailed game. If you don`t understand the rules, you may think that game is playing itself. Anyway this statement isn't true. Yes, patients seem to be treated and everything seems to be working. However if a player takes control another side of a game comes on a scene. If you control your doctors you will need much less of them. If you customize yourIt`s a enique, interesting & very detailed game.     I loved Theme Hospital and also 2-point. Whilst I agree this game is much more realistic its enjoyment is lost in to much detail as well as frustratingly poor graphics, difficulty in placing objects and getting some objects to work (the hospital bed wont function without a bedside cabinet). In addition in manual mode there are an excessive number of tests on offer with no ability toI loved Theme Hospital and also 2-point. Whilst I agree this game is much more realistic its enjoyment is lost in to much detail as well as frustratingly poor graphics, difficulty in placing objects and getting some objects to work (the hospital bed wont function without a bedside cabinet). In addition in manual mode there are an excessive number of tests on offer with no ability to rapidly choose common tests first. Quit after 10 hrs of play.… Expand

    For a first release, this game is very detail oriented. The sandbox is fun to play with, to relax and design with no pressure, and the campaigns have tutorials to go along with them. The campaigns can be a little intense, so be prepared!

    Project Hospital is the best hospital sim on the market, better than Two Point Hospital. It is the real heir of Theme Hospital.
