Sep 23, 2018On the pitch, no one gets the better of PES 2019, apart from that there is still a lot to do and we are still waiting for online modes.
-
Aug 30, 2018PES 2019 is back to its roots. Competition is getting hot in football games. Good controls, realistic gameplay. PES is back.
-
Aug 28, 2018You shouldn’t buy PES 2019 for its new modes - there aren’t any of note. Nor should you buy it for major changes to existing modes - the ones made are minor. If you do opt in this year, it should be for the focus on player individuality that sets this iteration apart from all previous years.
-
Sep 23, 2018Smooth gameplay, a variety of animations, and interesting game modes take the sting off of the lack of licensed teams. FIFA may wear the crown, but PES is a worthy rival.
-
Nov 26, 2018It's difficult to sing the praises of the core gameplay as much as last year. That's especially the case as the AI isn't as sensible as it was previously, with too many reckless challenges and questionable keeper decisions. PES 2019 underperforms, despite its quality.
-
Sep 5, 2018A mostly fun, realistic football sim with wonky AI.
