Oct 17, 2015Terrible devs. Looks like they don't have eyes or ears to listen to the community whilst saying that they love their community. Beats my ass. Just plain horrible.
-
Oct 18, 2015The game really was great BUT.
All promises broken, so many DLC's almost all content locked away, mod support dropped in favor of a microtransaction+skin system that even kan make some weapons better!.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GAME!!! -
Oct 18, 2015The additional of microtransactinos has spilt the community into two - the vocal mass and the vocal minority.
Obviously overkill knows about it but refuses to take action. -
Oct 19, 2015Greedy developers who broke the game.
"There will be NO micro-transactions in PAYDAY2 !" they said
and now there are expensive skins that boost weapon stats. -.- -
Oct 19, 2015Micro trans really? When you said there won't be any. Shame on you and everyone that accepted this nonsense. You should know that not only the steam community is mad at you not only is the currently and former players mad at you but players who were thinking of getting the game are mad at you as well.

Oct 19, 2015Micro-transactions for a 20 USD game with 100+ USD worth of DLC. The micro-transaction skins could be very well behind a DLC wall: you need the DLC in addition to teh skin you just unlocked by chance.
To make it more "fun": the skins have stats.
No, thank you. -

Oct 19, 2015I was a player during 2014 with countless DLCs. Invested lot of cash, even supported Hypetrain (one of the fundraising event for free content) as it had a good idea.
I logged in today just to realize that they have added microtransactions to the game, something I really hated with playing games on my Iphone. Well it's end of Payday 2 I guess. -
Oct 19, 20151/10 is good game bad developers
Seriously though, no microtransactions means NO MICROTRANSACTIONS.
Falsely advertised. I still love Payday, but moneywhoring Overkill is dead to me. -
Oct 19, 2015The later game updates shows poor quality of content. Patch of day 1 CRIMEFEST is a evidence that the developers does not test the game, an example (as previously stated by others) including the minigun bug. Developer is also extremely greedy.

Oct 19, 2015They added micro transactions and nerfed all weapons. I lost my money, this is not the game i've paid for.
So don't buy the game, and don't buy also the dlc, they are now useless.
Seriously, a Bronco, more efficient than a CAL.50 ?
good night overkill -
Oct 26, 2015They made promises which they didn't keep.
They refuse to make good on those promises after the fact.
They attempted to siphon money out of their fans to support their bad business decisions.
They continued to lie/attempt pr **** to justify their greed.
They do not deserve your money/support.
Scumbag developers, caught the EA bug. -
Oct 17, 2015Adding microtransactions as a reward for the 4th anniversary after 17 days of goals reached by the community.
Overkill cupidity got no limits.
I paid the game 40€, I paid each of the more than twenty DLCs, and now I should pay for weapons skins which provides ingame bonus ? I say no, RIP this game, it was fun but Overkill'cupidity kills it.
I'll never bought another Overkill game. -

Oct 17, 2015they ruined the game by adding weapon skins and pay2win stats. no wonder many people wrote bad reviews to the game!! signed up just to write what i think btw
-
Oct 17, 2015now that i think about it, this game is exactly my ex-girlfriend. they lied to me, they cheated me, they took all of my money, they wasted a year and a half of my life, they gave me **** promises and when they are broken, they never apologies, their birthdays are in October, like holy crap when i see the name payday2 the words change to alyssa, i broke up with her, time to brake up with payday2
-
Oct 17, 2015'' The developer promised NO MICROTRANSACTIONS
What they do? micros for content that gives you stats and turning it in a pay to win game. And this was released during an event that was suppose to release free stuff.
I'm done with it.''
I agree, they ruined the game. -

Oct 17, 2015They promised no microtransactions and added them "for the great community". Don't help milking this cash cow! The game was fun, but these paid stat-boosting skins ruined the whole game!

Oct 19, 2015Stay the hell away from this game AND Overkill. It's really not worthy of your time or attention dear Customer, unless you like being deceived, lied to, ripped off and then politely asked to shut up about it.

Oct 9, 2013PayDay 2 is one of the nicest surprises of the year. Overkill Software understands the atmosphere of gangster movies and wisely improves these pieces of gameplay, that might have been disappointing in the first game. The sequel is better in almost every way - you can play a thief and enjoy good character development and shooting systems. I really hope, that PayDay 3 will be even better.
