Dec 18, 2018Override: Mech City Brawl had a lot of potential, but ultimately I like the concept a lot more than the execution. The fighting engine is adequate, but I felt like it should be a lot more fun blowing up a city in a million-ton robot suit. It kinda seems like this one was sent out to die, and that's a damn shame.

Dec 14, 2018Override: Mech City Brawl features a fun and engaging combat, featuring giant mechs facing against each other, or against giant aliens. It's slightly marred by an unwieldy camera which loves to obscure your view of the fight and limited single-player options. However, this is made up by it being one of the better party or online games out there, when you have the people online, particularly as you can group up with up to three other players to control the same or different mechs.

Jan 8, 2019While an interesting concept, Override: Mech City Brawl is simply too short to hold attention for long. With friends and a focus on multiplayer, you may be able to justify the price tag. Without that, it’s still a solid product worth a look.
