Apr 11, 2019Fable + Dark Souls + Co-op....in a quirky new IP...what more is there to say?
If you like RPGs, Hardcore games, Dark Souls and games in that direction...you'll feel right at home! -

Nov 23, 2019Amazing adventure game!
Here we are not another hero, we play for an ordinary person and we have to survive in a cruel world!
For me it's game of the year, I'm delighted! Such emotions, impressions and such a gaming experience I have not experienced for a long time! -
Mar 28, 2019Fantastic, this takes me back to the Gothic series, mixed with a tiny sprinking of dark souls.
Oh and its split screen coop! As a 90's gamer this is a dream come true. No transactions, no pay to play. What a refreshing approach in a market flooded with underwhelming £50 AAA games that take 7 hours to finish. -

Jun 13, 2019Classic RPG system which i havent seen in many years. Best RPG i actually played last 5 years for sure. A lot of build possibilities and choices to make that stay and affects your game later. If given a bit of patience in the start, u find out the game is great. played over 40h last 4 days and im not even finished.

Apr 9, 2019es un juego increíble, no cuenta con los mejores gráficos, pero te brinda algo que muchos juegos AAA modernos no logran llegar a hacer, inmersión total y una experiencia fantástica

Apr 6, 2019Gothic + Dark souls + Survival = Instant classic
Play if you love hardcore RPG games. -
Mar 19, 2020At first you think it is a game like any other, but when you take an hour and leave the city the game becomes incredible, the feeling of freedom is unique

Mar 29, 2019This is an ambitious game by a small dev team. Absolutely loving my time in the game and being an ordinary adventurer in an extraordinary world. Outward doesn't hold your hand, something too many games do nowadays, and it's a refreshing change of pace. Can't wait to see what Nine Dots does next!

Apr 15, 2019Best Fantasy RPG, that I've played in years.
Want a Survival + Fantasy RPG? Get the Outward.
The only con is a lack of information on it - the hardcore gameplay is much harder without any info on the game.
Loved it anyway! -
Apr 14, 2019this game is to hard and needs to much brain for most gaming tester sites :)
that means, its a awesome game for ppl who like real games and not interactive movie crap

Oct 31, 2019This is my favourite RPG this year. It is certainly not for everyone because of the small size of the studio and the limitations that imposes but the originality of some of the ideas with some of the interesting gameplay have made this one of my most played games this year

Nov 17, 2019Hard and Cool
Beautiful and Monstrous
This game looks like Gothic in 2019, plays like Subnautica in RPG world..
And in the end - unique experience
Definitely recommended. (Especially after all patches where they fix all of majority bugs)

May 9, 2019Outward isn't so much bad as it is outwardly bland. Bolstered by its genuinely endearing premise, and an emphasis on a more "human" approach to the RPG genre, the title is simultaneously held back by lacklustre presentation, an underwhelming combat system, and a main game that goes on far too long to justify the onslaught of hostility thrown at the player. The survival elements do help to keep the experience engaging, but, more often than not, they hold back what would otherwise be a rather atmospheric and pleasant action-RPG. The hostility on offer is a genuine strength on a conceptual level, but it perhaps goes too far, resulting in an RPG that can't quite overcome its flaws despite its qualities.

Apr 26, 2019A difficult survival game with some interesting elements that is significantly hindered by tedious mechanics and a superficial world.

Apr 15, 2019Outward is an ambitious, uncompromising game, sometimes to its own detriment. There’s a lot to like about it, from its unique take on player character death to its focus on the mundane aspects of adventuring. But every moment when it really shined was surrounded by drudgery and frustration. Outward is sure to appeal to some players, but it often undercuts its own best features.
