Jun 13, 2014Whistleblower just finished a tale of uncommon insanity. He raised the level of brutality, and explained several mysteries from Outlast's plot. However, the number of manhunts with psychopaths has been unnecessarily increased, and maybe there is too much of a rove in the game's setting. Otherwise, Whistleblower is brutal and an (un)enjoyable experience.

May 11, 2014For Outlast fans and horror aficionados alike, a return to the demented halls of Mount Massive is exactly what the doctor ordered.
-
May 9, 2014More of this quality can't be a bad thing, even though you're not as panicked anymore as you were when the main game came around.
-
May 7, 2014Whistleblower is a short and predicable first DLC for Outlast. It's very obscure and bloody. Waylon Park also uses a video camera, like Miles. This is his only weapon to face the cannibal.
-
May 8, 2014Whistleblower's story and gameplay does very little new and it's a predictable game, but this DLC for Outlast still has a great atmosphere.
-
May 8, 2014While Whistleblower sheds a bit of light on the mysteries of the original, but ultimately feels far too familiar, far too often.

May 7, 2014Kudos to Red Barrels for a DLC that improves in every way on an already great game. This is how DLC should be done. Well worth the price of admission.
