    Jugablemente, es genial. Tiene unos controles súper fluidos que a manos de expertos, son una delicia de ver solamente. Esto si lo combinamos con la cantidad ingente de habilidades que se consiguen tanto obligatoriamente como las que se obtienen en el árbol de habilidades, crea un set de movimientos muy amplio en el que puedes hacer auténticas virguerías.

    Con el mapa tengo sentimientos encontrados. Por una parte, me ha gustado, tiene entornos variados, un diseño bastante parecido al de un metroidvania (por su "no linealidad"), muchas secciones plataformeras que aprovechan a la perfección el control tan bueno que tenemos sobre Ori, pero por otra parte, me ha parecido muy lineal para ser un metroidvania. Va llevándote de la mano indicándote dónde está todo y a dónde tienes que ir. Pero en general, es un muy buen mapa.

    Audiovisualmente, es hermoso. Pocos juegos he visto con un soundtrack que pueden hacerte llorar o animarte al mismo tiempo. Tiene un montón de temas súper épicos que llegan al corazón y quiero dar mi enhorabuena a la orquesta dedicada al OST del juego. Y visualmente es una delicia. Es un juego precioso, con un montón de colores, con diseños de personajes y lugares espectaculares... Podría pasarme horas diciendo lo bueno que es en este aspecto.

    Y la historia es muy buena. Lo que menciono al principio de la reseña de "una historia hecha videojuego" se nota. Se centra mucho en temas como el amor padre-hijo, el sacrificio y la lealtad, creando una trama con momentos muy trágicos que pueden hacer llorar.

    En conclusión, Ori and the Blind Forest es un juegazo que por su duración (unas 7,5 horas en mi caso) se te puede hacer mi caro, pero créeme que merece completamente la pena. Recomendadísimo.    … Expand

    It was ok for me - very pretty with nice music, but if you are not a fan of platformers (like me) this one might seem quite annoying at times with not much of a reward for when you beat a certain part of it.

    Le jeu est trop cool. L’histoire est tres cool, tres simple et parfaitement présenté. Le jeu est beau. Les musiques sont cool et le gameplay est tres bien aussi.

En la primera partida me hice el 100% de todo en 12 horas, algo impensable en otros títulos del género, sin embargo, es muy divertido a pesar de que el principio se me hiciese bola, de intentar ser fluido era tosco. Pero en general, dejando a un lado todo lo malo es muy muy buen juego: buen apartado gráfico y artístico, muyOtro muy buen metroidvania, aunque quizás sea demasiado corto.     I don't like Ori and the blind forest, despite what most people say about the game. The graphics are weird, the gameplay is a little dull. The story is something more like a Studio Ghibli type of thing, which while engaging in a movie i can't say the same for a game (well, at least THIS game). What a shame

Music is good but not excellent. You won't have a chance to take a break and listen to it anyway. Controls are one of the worst that I have ever played.     The gameplay is no less wonderful, a huge number of mechanics that gradually open up on the passage, so even at the very end of the game will entertain you with the new, and you can go through some locations have a completely new way :)

    Played calmly and on the keyboard, the game is actually not as difficult as it is described by some, certainly not more difficult than many of some platformers, I think almost the easiest in its genre, just a little patience and everything will turn out. Difficulties are only in some moments on the bosses, but no more than that, and the great pleasure when after 10 attempts all come out perfectly.

    Artisticamente una pasaday muy divertido. Un juego que sabe bajar el ritmo frenetito de la vida. Muy divertido y con una curva de aprendizaje perfecta. Se hace corto de lo divertido que es. Apenas pesa lo dificil que es en algunas partes.

    Artstyle is very distinct and still holds up to this day despite being a 2015 game. combat is a bit lackluster (lack of bosses variety), however the platforming is top notch, the game even have this escape sequence platforming that is very awesome and mindblowing. movement also very fluid (some people say a bit too fluid, but i disagree, this gave the character more agile feels)

    The artstlye is stunning, the narrative and the story are powerful, and the mechanics are varied and interesting. A little bit annoying from time to time, i have died like 450+ times throughout the 8 hour journey, but it was worth it.

    This is a masterpiece. It reminded me very much of hollow knight but with less bossing and more chasing and plattforming. The progression is tuned perfectly, the story hits right in the feels and the presentation is gorgeous and timelss. It took me around 8,5 hrs for 100% on hard.

    This metroidvania platformer has a really good story and an amazing gameplay system to back that up. The journey you go through the forest with Ori is one that is hard to forget.

    It is a wonderful game. If you like Indie games, you must try it. The music is so soothing and playing the game is an experience in itself. The ending of the story is heartbreaking but it sets up a great story for the next game.

    Insane JNR - one of the best games of its kind for decades. It made me addicted from the first moment. What a story! What feelings! Great progression and controls. Overall one of the rare games I had to play through as fast as possible. It took days and nights ;) I enjoyed it.

    奥日一直以来的王牌就是它的音乐和美术，简直甩同类游戏几条街，这里只说一代瑕不掩瑜的缺点：
    1.锁区，国区无法直接购买终极版，CDK激活不含中文，离谱
    2.普通版内容缺失过多，如技能、地图等，难度也是锁定的，劝退大量玩家
    3.地图开放性相对较差

    Cinematic masterpiece! It really has no flaws except of its difficulty which falls a bit short for my standards. Music, Visuals, Gameplay. Everything is great! One of the best platformers i have ever played.

    - The Music is the second strongest aspect of the game. Its amazing and too memorable at times. its just freaking amazing. (10/10)
    - The level design is great and varied with breakable walls, checkpoints, optional collectibles which can improve your playthrough. Again some areas might be a little frustrating but the checkpoints reload in a second so it might not be a big problem. (9.5/10)
    - The graphics/looks is the best aspect of the game. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. (10/10)
    - This might look like an innocent game but is very unforgiving and really hard at times. You WILL DIE multiple times and will potentially rage-quit at certain sections but trust me the trouble is worth it because its a really unique journey.

    This is a must-play if you like some good ol' platforming and side-scrolling combat and can appreciate creative level design and god tier music. Also the game is beautiful. Dont miss it!    … Expand

    Ori and the Blind Forest is maybe the best plataformer game I've ever played, the game is truly an experience, the game exceeds in all of it's aspects, gameplay, music, controls, mechanics, story, visuals, everything! If you're reading this because you're not sure if it's worth it, well, doubt no more, the game deserves all the good reviews it has, including this one.

    I'm not a really experience person on platforms/metroidvania games, but game was awesome, beautiful and very satisfying playing. Its not hard is most of the game, and the history is simple, but I like it the environment.

    Beautiful game, an absolute masterpiece - but having come from playing Will of the Wisps first - the combat lacks in this one as does some of the fluidity of the movement. However, this is easily one of the best games and probably the best platformer out there.

    As I created this account just for making a bad review on another game I feel compromised to make a good review on games I love. And Ori and the blind forest was one of them. Beautiful graphics and music, gr8 mechanincs, well balanced difficulty (could bear a little more).

    Beautifully designed but make sure you like platformers before buying. Like so many of its counterparts, this game is full of control issues, petty blockers, and frustrating gameplay. But some people like beating their face on a brick wall for half an hour until they break through. For me, a veteran of Dark Souls and lots of other different but challenging games, this is hell.     The best platformer i have ever played. Simple but touchy story combined with sweetest characters. The gameplay is so great because of the skills you earned by time. Ori gets stronger and you can feel it. You can access some hidden places by only using your skills that taught you. The game expects you to use your skills and the levels that created makes you get used to it. So fun to play.The best platformer i have ever played. Яркая, красочная, с отличной механикой,физикой, с хорошей историей, которая здесь не просто для галки, не как обоснование для геймплея, а прям действительно хорошая и запоминающаяся. Уровни отлично проработаны, хотя с последней "главой" прям затянули, а босс файт вышел совсем так себе, 2 экшн момента до этого былиНу почти шедевр как игра в целом, и абсолютный шедевр в рамках жанра. Также игра идеальна по своей продолжительности , вот 9-11 ч прям самое то. Единственно , что могли бы сделать куда лучше, это разнообразие противников, на протяжении всей игры одних и тех же видишь , просто цвет им изменяют в зависимости от локации.     A metroidvania 2d platformer that is very well worth your time. The gameplay and combat is a little meh imo (it's okay but nothing compared to Hollow Knight for example). What really gives this game its charm is the music and the visuals, which is beautiful.

    A tremendously fun and heartwarmingly gorgeous action platformer. A beautifully crafted open world, an affectionate story, and a bunch of creative, diverse and nearly perfectly executed mechanics made this a really fun play, and I'm already looking forward to playing it again! Luckily a sequel is coming soon :)

    Playing Ori and the Blind Forest is akin to having a piano lesson — it is fun only when you press exactly the right keys. Get off the mark for just a split second, and the entrancing melody is gone, the tempo is ruined, and all you can hear is the sound of your fingers frantically tapping the keys.

    At first, Ori looks like a very easy game. But that’s a deception: the further you go into the forest, the louder cracking of your thumbs will become. Our condolences go to anyone who will try to beat Ori on keyboard+mouse combo instead of gamepad. [May 2015, p.71]

    If you’d asked me back in the Super Nintendo days what video games would look like in the future, I imagine that I might have pictured something just like [Ori]. That is to say, something with the visual resonance of a masterfully animated film.
