The game-play is ok but the camera in the game sometimes sucks .

Best game series EVER. Instead of surviving the horrors of zombies and monsters as typical police or war veterans, you play as un experienced students who need to survive the horrors of Fallcreak. Great story, great graphics and great fun factor. Highly recommend it.

Очень Атмосферная игра.Местами сложная и запутанная но неплохо для такой студии.Помню на psp в эту игру.

I don't know why the video game "press" mistreat this game a lot, until a few days ago I had the opportunity to play this game and its sequel and they seemed to me to be very good games in general.

in short, if you are not called silent hill you are destined to fail, very unfortunate what you see from the "specialized" media

Before I start, I will say that this game had a very strong influence on me as a child. This is my first horror and it still remains my favorite horror. I have passed ObsCure II three times. I have passed ObsCure II three times. Once on PS2, on PSP, and recently on PC. Over time, my opinion has changed about this game. Like, before I would have put 10/10, but now I'm not sure. The plot is banal at times and even stupid, I would say. But still, I was able to get into the characters, feel something, and that's the main thing. The graphics at the time of release for PC, and this is 2008, looks average, but still gives a creepy atmosphere. The design of the locations is simply on top. The gameplay is clear. It is convenient and interesting to play, but sometimes there were problems with the camera. Throughout the game, interest did not disappear. And the finale struck me with its drama and musical accompaniment, that is, epic. After a while, I still think to try it with someone, either with a friend or with a girl. My verdict: 8/10 PC version. Expand

  1. Unfortunately, Obscure II's solidity of game design tends to fall by the wayside to some glaring technical glitches and generally low production values, making it look like a game from 2005 rather than 2007 at times.

One major plus point in Obscure II is the inclusion once again of co-op play, still a feature that remains unique to this series and one of those things that has you wondering why developers such as Capcom haven't implemented team play into their own survival horror games.
  3. If horror films where the screams are sufficiently high-pitched to get the neighbourhood dogs howling are your kind of thing, then ObsCure II is easy to get into, not too taxing on the brain and just about competent enough to keep you playing for its 15-hour duration.
