Feb 28, 2018The developers should have prioritized quality over quantity, and dumped the second campaign along with a useless global map. As it stands now, Numantia will disappoint even fans of ancient civilizations.

Feb 14, 2018Numantia’s storytelling might entertain lovers of history, but turn-based combat enthusiasts are disappointed in battles that fail to spark a desire to thwart the enemy. An indiscreet console port with clunky controls and bloated, low-quality graphics, Numantia could please genre noobs, but there are better turn-based combat titles for seasoned players to relish.

Nov 21, 2017The historical strategy game’s enjoyable combat is let down by some frustrating bugs, and a tutorial that rushes through itself. In the end, Numantia really does feel like it needs one or two more rounds of good polish. Still, if you’re a fan of hex-based combat and you’re willing to push through all those issues, there’s a good game lying beneath.
