This game has a really pleasing art and game style and the quirky conversations you have with your passengers are surprisingly engaging. The trick is in choosing the most appropriate response for each passenger in order to get a good rating for the trip versus other considerations such as your mood (displayed on your 'feelgrid') which can limit your options or play to your advantage

My play time was about 6.5 hours on my first run through

Just finished my second play through in 6 hours and got an alternate ending from making a variety of different choices.

Choices you make in the game will influence conversations later on

I really like this game and the passenger characters (even the not so nice or difficult ones)

    Would definitely play a sequel

An intriguing game with a fascinating set of characters, each with their own story. Driving a cab late at night along the almost empty neon-lit streets of a cyberpunk city neatly connects all the plot lines together. Not that there's any actual driving to do - most of the game is talking with the passengers, some of whom have their part to play in the main plot. Not that there's any actual driving to do - most of the game is talking with the passengers, some of whom have their part to play in the main plot. You try and keep them happy (or not), depending on your choices. But what should be a mellow stress-free job gets weirder and weirder, and all you'd been expecting was to get back with your ex-partner and chill. Expand

This game was a random suggestion for me in Steam. Well, thanks Steam!

Pros.: - The music. Some tracks are so good I had to find them. - Choices. You can't take everyone in your cab. So, you have to choose. - Story. The story is simple but it's quite well looped. For the taxi driver talking simulator it's still quite well looped. - Design. Cons.: - The plotlines are predictable.

In general, I really recommend this game for all neon, futuristic, cyberpunkish lovers.

A friend recommended this game, and at first, I thought I would not enjoy it, but it's a pretty good game: great characters, story, and meaningful theme.

If not quite a five-star ride, Neo Cab is an empathetic and stingingly perceptive insight into the challenges of freelance life. [Issue#139, p.121]

Conceptually interesting visual novel with too rigidly constructed situations.

Neo Cab is best enjoyed if we forget about the limited gameplay options and focus on the plot, a tale of science fiction with thriller elements in a terrifying future.
