    The problem is that the game really needed a huge injection of adrenaline, but it would appear that all that was offered was a cup of tea and a biscuit.

    The sound is mediocre. Some little things are really neatly done, like the different engine sounds, hooters, rain noise, as well as the city-becoming announcers… unfortunately, most of the samples have just been taken from the first part.

    Midtown Madness is an exellent game because you get to smash up cars. I mostly cruise and sometimes pretend to be like other drivers.     It's because of the endless new Cars, Mods, Maps, etc. As long as there's someone willing to build add-ons it will be a great 10 game.
