    The real fun should have been doing bad things to other people while rising to power.

    The gameplay is often as static as its antiquated graphics, and ultimately doesn't present anything that hasn't been done before.

    The graphics are wretched, the interface is a mess, and the few rare excuses for new features feel like half-baked afterthoughts. This is one of the ugliest games I've seen in the last several years.
