    I test, Is equal dota but more simple, too much publicity, much RatBoy, graphics hurt your eyes, are cutesy, kitsche, and highly generic, its unappealing to anime fans, easy and boring.

    They couldn't build this game with balance that is why they are nerfing and buffing heroes all the time and the graphics when there is a game like Dota 2 why do you even bother to play this.

    I've played this game since season 1, before it was even referred to as season 1. This game was WAY better when it first started. Not only did they have an actual customer service, but the back a story. Now they're trying, but you can tell...its garbage. Then you come to the player aspect. Some Champions have 5 or 10 skins, when other champions have an alternate that came out with the champion. They update features, without even considering that the updates they make might affect other aspects of the game for the worse, and trust me...they generally always affect the game for the worse. Instead of League of Legends, compared to heroes of the storm....this game is filth.… Expand

    To say this community is the worst of any on line game is being kind, and RIOT has given up an policing it, Expect tot be banned if you speak at all, but do expect racist, verbal abuse, and large portion of the player base to be there purely to ruin your game, and the punishment system is run by the same players

    I am sorry to see what used to be a good game, unless you plan on never speaking or having someone level up your account for RLM this game 's community makes it unworthy of play    … Expand

    If you wanna have fun playing this game just keep your account level low. The closer to level 30 you get the more raging children you find. I haven't played a match in the last 3 days without someone telling me, "Im Trash". It's really disgusting how the game programmer's allow this to continue.     A game for kids, made by grown-up kids. I stopped playing this game for a year (community reasons) and I comeback to see that the thing changed... for worse. There are more kids, there are more trolls, etc..

First they tried to balance around the highest skill level and scared off all the casual players. Then the messed up balancing trying to appeal to a larger audience and even the pros are all sick of Riot.

    The game is impossible to enjoy as a new player with the massive influx of smurf accounts from higher level players. Only a small fraction of the heroes are actually viable (the game has 130+ heroes, ofc it's not balanced). Overall it's just not fun, it's frustrating and does not lend itself to new players. I shouldn't have to spend 8 hours on youtube to play a video game lol.

    Isn't the whole point of games supposed to be, FUN? Well League isn't fun unless you're winning, and you don't always win, and you better believe more often then not you'll get blamed for it.

    I love the character designs, i love the lore, i love my main champs (Teemo, Tristana, Annie, Kayn) and the gameplay isn't TERRIBLE -but the COMMUNITY and MANAGEMENT are HORRENDOUS.

    Microtransactions are GARBAGE, Community support is GARBAGE, Balancing is GARBAGE, Premades ruin most solo-queue games and abuse of the report system is COMMON.

    RIOT DOES NOTHING. (UNLESS IT INVOLVES GETTING YOUR MONEY.)

    This game is like an abusive relationship, you try to make it work but it just treats you like garbage - and you keep coming back for more because you don't know when to quit.

    And to make matters WORSE, i met my ex-girlfriend in League, I flew across the country and we lived together for THREE YEARS only for her to dump me and leave me to die out in the desert without any remorse because she has severe emotional issues.

    Long time ago you could get champions by just playing the game. You could buy a champion every week. Now this game has become strong Pay2Win. You get blue essence earlier IP only when you lvl up and get the lvl up boxes etc. I've been playing for weeks and couldn't buy me not even one champion since blue essence is so rare and hard to get.     Never download this garbage game. This is the worst game ever created. I have wasted 6 years of my life in this garbage game. The community is awful, there are so many bugs in the game and in the client that never get fixed and they focus way too much on skins than balancing the game and fixing bugs. This game is awful.

    no importa cuantas veces intente volver a instalarlo y jugarlo, simplemente no logro hacer, por mas que lo intente, que este juego me divierta, ya van 3 veces que lo instalo, mismas veces que lo termino desinstalando despues de 2 partidas, las partidas se basan basicamente en hacer clic en estupideces para hacer subir numeros, asi durante casi 2 horas, que es lo que algunas partidas puedenno importa cuantas veces intente volver a instalarlo y jugarlo, simplemente no logro hacer, por mas que lo intente, que este juego me divierta, ya van 3 veces que lo instalo, mismas veces que lo termino desinstalando despues de 2 partidas, las partidas se basan basicamente en hacer clic en estupideces para hacer subir numeros, asi durante casi 2 horas, que es lo que algunas partidas pueden durar, hay muchos objetos super complicados, que ni siquiera añaden estrategia a las partidas, ya que casi siempre terminas buscando en internet el mejor set de objetos para tu personaje, los roles son super aburridos y super tediosos, no se conforman con hacer que el combate sea hacer clics para hacer golpes de remate si no que tambien esperan que me quede todas las 2 horas que dura la partida en el mismo lugar del unico mapa que existe en el juego, ademas, como cereza del pastel, la comunidad es super toxica, se que esto no es culpa total del juego pero los desarrolladores hacen poco o nada para evitar esto, si te toca la mala suerte de que uno de los integrantes de tu equipo se salga de la partida, no solamente significa que estas jodido (porque despues de una decada que lleva el juego no se les ha ocurrido a los desarrolladores que el integrante sea reemplazado por un cpu, a pesar de que si existen partidas contra cpu) si no que ademas la partida va a ser 3 veces mas tediosa de lo que ya era, en general, league of legends es un juego de buscar cosas por internet para repetirlas haciendo clics, y subiendo numeritos pendejos y rezar porque todos los integrantes de tu equipo se queden en su zona toda la partida, no solamente es un juego que me aburre, sino que es un juego que me frustra, sin exagerar prefiero 1000 veces jugar con mi imaginacion que jugar league of legends… Expand

He was nerfed consecutively because riot felt that his burst damage was too good, so they nerfed him, did a "minor" rework to damage scaling, nerfed him again, then both reworked and nerfed him at the same time. Meanwhile champions like talon,Riot is awful when it comes to balancing their characters and even worse at remembering that certain ones exist. One that comes to mind is shaco. Meanwhile champions like talon, rengar, yi, and zed possessed easier and more consistent methods to doing strong burst attacks that delt significantly more damage. Another problem is how they keep pumping out new champions yet many currently existing champions have not received new content whatsoever. Kindred has been out for quite some time and hasnt even recieved a new skin, while the recently reworked urgot got a new deluxe skin. So honestly even if it is a fun game i cannot say it is a good game, with all these issues i cannot say with a straight face that this game deserves more than a 1.… Expand

    -Trolls are very common in this game and they can screw up your game easily, and don't try to insult them because you'll end up penalized.
    -There's loot boxes in this game and they're so UNNECESSARY
    -Talking about penalized, if you decide to be "toxic" and you insult your teammates with bad words, they can report you and your account can be banned forever, it doesn't matter if you spent a thousand of dollars in this game, and yeah, there are better solutions like ban your chat or something like that, there's no reason to ban permanently an account just because you're toxic.
    -You can play other game modes: ARAM, TFT (Teamfight Tactics) and "seasonably game modes", but these are so bad. ARAM is a single line where the champions are random, so there's no strategy here, just luck. TFT is a terrible rip-off of Dota Underlords, so RNG is everything here. The aforementioned "seasonably game modes" are game modes (obviously) that are for a limited time, they can be fun at first, but then you'll feel these modes are just boring and repetitive, sometimes they're even unbalanced (One For All is an example, you and your teammates have the same champions)
    -Riot Games is, in my opinion, the worst developers ever, its a shame that there are people supporting these developers.

    Client lags/often has bugs

    Game has more and more diversity in champions(+bugs) ,and is hard to control yourself and pick something without being contest high by enemy team , there are 3-4 champions which could harm your gameplay after picking something , not as it use to be at the early stage ,where you coulded control ,and hold at distance what is broken against your champion you choose to play.

    a percent of 33% of the champions pool rarely show themself in league anymore, mostly you can see new champions ,because of broken mechanics +high cc +no weaknesses as the old champions had and been created in armony with the pre existing ones.

    The ranked doesn't show likely you advance , and the quality of the ranked games rise, because it tends to be much more frustrating as you go up, one single mistake deciding over a fight in some cases and 1 variable is enought to flip hard the team chances to win.

    The new modified system with the drake buffs,maded there to don't be late game , when an entire roie class depend on the late game scale (ADC) ,and mages and adc , on top some of them are squishy , get now executed on 10% hp from elder ,which really gets in conflict with what games been designed to work like.

    The solo/duo que is often the target of abuses ,from higher tier players going lower elos , to boosting services , to unbalanced premades in team ,as ranks exploiting team balance system which riot use , and to the fact that premades communication can work against you ,when you que alone and play vs duo bot lane with a random support ,which may even be autofilled and have no knowledge over the role.

    + you invest money ,and can get banned 140 years trying to lower toxicity around you , because rules are rules to Riot , they don't care about your good intentions , doing something which conflicts with rules still getting punished ,even if it had as result the attempt to lower someone else troll/grief behaviour, or toxicity.    … Expand

    Sinceramente le daré una mala calificación, arruino mi vida, y los sistemas de emparejamiento son bien malos y hay mucha gente que desea perder apropósito haciendo que afecte a todo el equipo. deberían equilibrarlo un poco mejor, hay personajes que no le ganan a nadie después del minuto 20 y hace pensar de por que están esos personajes, es mejor quitarlos si los ponen muy des balanceados.

    Cons: Garbage gameplay. Unbalance game that makes you feel utterly helpless and get punish from your team mistakes no matter how well you do, heavily team reliant game. Game base mostly on champions you choose, barely any real skills involved. You get autofilled half of the time, force to play roles that you dont even care about. The list goes on. **** company.

    Once a great game. But quality rapidly declined over the time. Matchmaking, toxicity, balance, general new champs are a huge problem and it is became a sport in the community to be as toxic as possible - everything under the watchful eye of Riot not banning the right people.

    So apparently there is this thing called "eloboosting" - that is when you pay someone (better) to play ranked games on your account to climb up the ranked ladder.
    The problem starts when those people who pay the others resume playing on the level they did not earn by themselves, since they get absolutely obliterated and make the game less fun for everyone.

I kinda don't blame them, Riot purposefully hurts its players to the point they become toxic too, they run psychological experiments on the players, like animals (just Google it)

    Had some fun in this game, before they just wiped my account. Games, rating score, account level, champions i bought, stats etc - everything just disappeared one day. Too bad i spend there much time, but I'm glad i never donated in it. So I recommend you not to give them a single cent, if you don't want it just to disappear turned to nothing, so as your time you spend on farming on champions C:

Will you sit at the load screen waiting for a match to begin only to realize you've wasted your time? Will half your team quit at the drop of a hat?
    Then there's the visual style which to me is offensive to the eye. Over-saturated colors and a hideously "busy" graphical styles are not aesthetically pleasing to me. Add to this the terrible sound effects (particularly hearing the announcer woman rattle off info CONSTANTLY) and the experience becomes even less pleasant. Worst of all is the games pricing model. Free2play can be done correctly. Team Fortress 2 is a perfect example. Money spent is primarily on cosmetic items and any weapons found in the store can easily be earned for traded for in-game. LoL on the otherhand gives a distinct advantage to players who either spend money or those with lots of play-time. Level ups and the horribly clunky "ruin" system make skill far less important. Don't get me wrong. The tremendous learning curve of LoL means experienced players will win over newer ones time and time again. The devs like to think the matchmaking system works well, but its just not the case and teams are notoriously unbalanced.

    So why give this game a 0? Despite the many hours (for my friends sake) that I've wasted on this game I have never enjoyed myself even for a brief moment. I understand that people love it. It wouldn't be the most poplar game in the world if they weren't having fun, but for me this is an experience I can do without.    … Expand

    I lived and slept this game and witnessed all the crap the developers have implemented. From the slow and questionable character balancing, overpriced micro-transactions, dramatically overhauling and champ remodels and voices after you've purchased them without your consent, the brain-dead-and-totally-not-band-aid-solution that was Tribunal (that backfired so hard, they shut it down), toI lived and slept this game and witnessed all the crap the developers have implemented. From the slow and questionable character balancing, overpriced micro-transactions, dramatically overhauling and champ remodels and voices after you've purchased them without your consent, the brain-dead-and-totally-not-band-aid-solution that was Tribunal (that backfired so hard, they shut it down), to fully automated perma-ban sollution, to the most...depressing, conceited, immature, self-indulgent, braggadocious, narcissistic, report-happy, self-contradicting, impossible, unreasonable, fun-depriving, unimaginative, spamming, excessively elitist and laughably stupidest community. Oh they also decided to restructure the servers and increased the ping on the west coast on average by 50ms, and when i was playing at my peak in skill. I could do things with 15ms on characters like "Ezreal" and "Lee Sin", that just are not humanly possible on 70ms. That is another issue. There is so many god damn cheaters on this game now. Leaguesharp and Bot of Legends had an estimated 300,00 combined global users. The camera is too zoomed in and I miss using able to use a zoomhack to actually now feel cross eyed after i play this game. I have to squint to actually see my character nowadays since my eyes have suffered from 5 years of Computer Addiction.

    Okay is just boils down to this. The problem is this "game" is incredibly addicting and once you try out all the unique characters and pull off all the possible plays. Their is just nothing left. It's rinse and repeat. None of the games ever matter what so ever. Just playing this game is illogical, Dota 2 is a far more dynamic complex game with a skill ceiling out of this game's league. If i wasn't so invested in this game. I would of quit back in 2012 before I got addicted to the illusion of progressive that only this game can offer so frequently.

    This isn't a game, it's a sport. It's not fun. You're not a legend, unless you can play in master league in the first year of playing. If you can't hit this peak in skill. There is absolutely no point in playing even if you like this game. Your holding back the potential you have as a human being too evolve. Also the company who owns this game, happens to be the richest game corporation in communist China. They also are currently putting there final touches on a system that punishes free speaking chinese people by monitoring online activity directly restricts rights and imposes a natural inconveniece of lifestyle.

    I started playing, and yeah, it was okay. I got better, and had some fun because I had friends to play with, but once I started doing solo matchmaking, the game started to    So to start off, I've played this game for well over 2 years, maybe even 3. 2 years ago, I tried this game because I had a friend who's been playing since closed beta, and raved about it saying how awesome it was.

    I started playing, and yeah, it was okay. I got better, and had some fun because I had friends to play with, but once I started doing solo matchmaking, the game started to show it's true colors. Riot has to be by far the worst company in terms of game development that I have ever seen people take seriously. I got a DotA 2 beta key, saw what a real free to play game is, and going back to LoL to try and have fun like I did back then is near impossible. Just to list some of the reasons:
    [1]Riot's paywall: every character in the game costs a large amount of in-game currency, or about $10 in real money
    [2]Balance: it's non-existent. I see the same set of champions every match, not because people have fun playing them, but they're the easiest to stomp the enemy team with. Every major patch changes the balance, and Riot always has at least 1 champion that's not played very often, made overpowered so that people will buy them with real money.
    [3]Bugs: they're everywhere, the biggest LoL tournament in the world had a champion banned from being played because they found a game-breaking bug on him (Aatrox)
    [4]Bandwidth use: it uses Pando Media Booster, which is basically a torrent application that runs in the background. It eats up bandwidth like a starving rodent, and it has to be uninstalled or it will always run without you knowing.
    [5]It uses adobe air: That's right, the client runs adobe air. It's 2014, and a platform that should have died almost a decade ago is still used by these people. It looks bad, it runs slow, and it's some minor bugs that are still quite annoying.
    [6]EXTREMELY limited game engine: if you've ever played an RTS, or DotA, you'll notice some of these issues right away. You can only move your hero, and no creeps or pets have abilities that are castable.     I used to play DoTA all the time and tried LoL several time over the years. The game has stayed the same easy and boring game that it has been. Leveled 3 different accounts to 30 without losing a single game. Riot has made it obvious that they don't care about hero balance. HoN on the otherhand is pretty fun with friends while LoL is just full of trolls and BRs

    Horrible game,heroes are mostly bad copies of dota,and aren´t even close to being unique. Hon+dota all the way! I don't recommend this game to anyone,expect if you're looking for a way to waste your time and get depressed at the same time.

    The game is so horribly written, the game client is constantly crashing, it takes you forever to find a game. Then when you do get in a game it's actually not very fun.

    Its hit the point of DDoS or 9 of 10 people trolling that this game is virtually unplayable.I have been playing since this game was in beta and for a long while this game was great, now it is just terrible to play with. Riot cares little of the players and only of their "balance" that generally breaks the game as opposed to fixing it.. Dont waste your time.

If you like lol, you will LOVE dota 2, because it's 100x better, Screw this game, screw it's community and screw the lazy developers. NOT worth playing, the amount of time you'l spend just trying to learn how to play the game, will be wasted when you actually start playing a bunch of second accounted players who will rip your team to shreds.     This is a very poorly designed game with many balance issues and developers that don't give a **** about anything but making money. That is what this was solely created for; making money. I'd say its money well spent; $10 for a re-texture that changes your hero's color! That's a great price! You're going to have to pay twice as much to get new particle effects!

    Only thing good about this game is it's free and you don't have anything to waste except time (loading between games succeeds at that). There are only 3 different maps you can "technically" join a queue for. Some of the weakest graphics of this game type and its age and f2p category. Movement and attacks feel sluggish at times, interface is rather huge, clunky and only minimal customization available (scaling frames only).… Expand

No, it was not those mountain of reasons why I ultimately quit the game. Surprising, no?

    The reason why I ultimately quit the game was in soloq my personal experience with the awful, atrocious, horrendous, grotesque, abysmal, disgusting, cancerous, malignant, vomit-inducing, wretched abomination that they call the match making system, and the incompetent, ape-like, borderline retarded people that would have the audacity to put such a system out there, call it "match making", and not feel the deepest soul-crushing shame to the point of suicidal thoughts as a result of the job they did. THAT is what made me give up on the game. When it got to the point where 95% of my soloq matches in blind, draft, even aram eventually became the epitome of what I would call "horribly not-fun", THAT is why I quit this god awful game, and you should too, or at least NOT consider playing it. ALL the money you spend, ALL the time and effort you spend is basically wasted unless maybe you can get to the very high tier such as master where I see people have to wait 5+ minutes for a game plenty of times. Are you ready to sink that amount of time, effort, and money to maybe have a chance at a decently enjoyable playing experience more then maybe half the time? Then try this game out.

    Answer this question: Is a 50% win rate really a 50 win rate, if you have to bust your balls and "scrape dog meat off the streets to survive" type of effort into every blood, sweat, and tears game that you win, every small win steak that you gave yourself heart palpitations to achieve, just to have IT ALL WIPED OUT, by a string of games that happens more often then your win streaks, given to you by the matchmaking where you have quitters, afks, laggers/dc's, horribly toxic aholes, completely screwed up matchups, lopsided skill/ranking matchups (I had bronzes and silvers on my team vs golds and plats as an example) and it seems to get more and more constant the more time and money you put into the game? As a sort of "F YOU" to you for spending time and money on their game, compliments riot? If you like the sound of that, give this game a try! Otherwise, avoid this game like it is cancer, aids, and ebola combined.

    Go over to Dota 2, enjoy having the full compliment of heroes available so your money is spent on aesthetics as it should be, know that you have an at least half-competent game design and development company on your side so you wont be screwed by horrible balance, horrible designs, horrible metas and meta shifts, horrible matchmaking, horrible servers etc. etc. I could go on and on. I know people are saying this game is funny with friend but they should probably play better game which are funniest like Awesomenauts. The "Hardcore gamers" shoulden't loose their time on this and probably should go play Dota 2

    Outstanding Potential, but then the line of success was broken by the community. Everything is the communities' fault, as well as unbalanced teams, and not to mention, why should you have to win so many matches to rank up? That's like if you were on a tightrope from France to New York, I'm DEAD serious.

    The game itself is fun, but the client crashes, nerfing of champions, terrible ranked system, horrible xp/.ip earning, bad community, static gameplay and terrible support means that you should avoid this. And the worst thing of course is Riot itself, which should get an award for the worst company.

    I find that with League of Legends, Riot has cultivated one of the most unique spaces in gaming history—mostly for good reasons but also for some awful ones, and in the gaming museum of the future, League is sure to have its own wing.
