Jun 5, 2018I really like this game, it starts off slowly, but is telling you a story, and you feel totally involved from the outset, and when you first see an army coming up over the hill at the very beginning, it sends a chill down your spine and sets you up for the journey ahead.
A cracking game and highly recommended. -

Nov 16, 2018A really fantastic RPG with an engaging story that actually makes you care about the characters. Fun, challenging, rewarding, and innovative combat, combined with a (surprisingly) mostly historically accurate setting.
The only criticism I can make of it is that, unfortunately, the game still suffers from some bugs, and the DLC have, while good, been very brief for their price point. -
Nov 18, 2018Good game. Combat system pushes reality just to the point that it becomes restrictive. Story is good, graphics are good. If you are a medieval re-enacter like I am, it's a must play. More of a simulator at times!
-
Nov 18, 2018Its a beautiful game, has to much history spread around the game, maybe if you only do the main-quest you feel an empty game.
The combat is something that has to be learned, how to move, attack, dodge... and could be hard to some people.
You can be one of many roles in gameplay, assassin, knight, archer... so it's your play stile -

Feb 15, 2019I've played this game around 300 hours and it has been a joy. Graphically great, but physics could be better. Story nice, but could also have been better. Immersion is great, all in all a fine experience

Jan 3, 2021I've enjoyed it quite a lot so far. Only issues are: It can be a bit buggy, the UI's not brilliant and the combat is horrendous, but apart from that everything's been amazing. Interesting story and characters along with excellent gameplay and graphics have made this a very enjoyable experience so far.

Nov 6, 2020It is just so good. It is really realistic, historically and as a RPG. The fighting systems is amazing but it really is hard so you need some time. You need to sleep, eat, learn writing and reading. So many details, cool OST and many more things. Perfomance takes 2 points for me unfortanetly

Jul 31, 2020Honestly one of the purest RPGs you can buy. The attention to detail and gameplay are fantastic. Slight niggles with small buggy issues, but for a first game it's a winner winner chicken dinner for me.

Nov 9, 2020good game but very complicated map. You search the mission location from the map for 2 hours. I think his map should be handled. Other than that, my fighting system requires talent. and most importantly, their hamams are very beautiful.

Sep 1, 2021Never thought i'd like the setting of the medieval eastern Europe, but this game evoked a genuine interest in that era in me. The main plot, music, settlements design — everything filled with Slavic soul. Gameplay is specific. Fans of the hardcore realistic combat system would probably love it, but for me mechanics seemed clumsy and too disbalanced.

Feb 5, 2023Overall I did enjoy this game. I found it gave a very authentic experience for a medieval RPG world. But I did find the overall story to be a bit too grounded and thus boring at times. But would definitely recommend it to RPG fans.

Jul 1, 2020>poor peasant with an axe
>blocks my bastard sword 3 times in a row then performs a combo
Realism/10
Edit: after another playthrough with almost all DLCs finished (thanks to DLCs' incompatibility with mods that actually make the game playable) I raise my score from butthurt 4 to 7. It's kinda good game but very unpolished and it won't become one because the devs ended their support -

-manny items to use and skil system like old rpg
coins

Mar 19, 2019Good game, finished it. I gave it an 7 because it still has a lot of painful bugs and the performance can go from 80fps to 12fps in quite a few instances. I haven't enjoyed a game as much as this in a long time, a very immersive game. I wish they would fix the core game before releasing all these DLC's though
-
Feb 20, 2018it is a beautiful realistic masterpiece but i cannot rate it any higher as it is ridden with bugs and it feels like a lot of the mechanics work against you

Apr 5, 2021Nice RPG, with a pretty interesting setting. I didn't like to fighting that much and there are a bit of bugs here and there, but overall quite fun.
-
Aug 6, 2021Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a very unique experience with beautiful environments and realistic gameplay mechanics, but it suffers from technical issues, game-breaking bugs, and terrible AI.

Jul 30, 2020Good game but not perfect. The dialogues are terribly animated. The game also has a lot of bugs, and DLC's are not worth the price, they are just WAY to short. The ending is very unsatisfying. The combat in the game is hard to learn but when you master it, you'll love it. I'd say the game is worth the price, but is not perfect

Mar 7, 2021Good Sides:
Great graphics.
Perfect realism.
The Middle Age are very well reflected.
Good gameplay.
Nice and hard combat system.
Bad Sides.
Optimization is very bad.
A lot of bugs.
The story is a little simple.
I will get the second game as soon as it comes out. -

Jan 13, 2022An amazing modern RPG that if slightly more polished, would give the Witcher 3 a run for its money. There's plenty to explore and see, many interesting side quests to engage with and a wonderful story to experience. The combat has a steep learning curve and the performance can be questionable at times but if you can get through those two issues you're in for a treat!

Jul 16, 2022If you're a big RPG fan then this is the thing. Good story, good elements enough to keep you there.
But if you prefer TW3 or Skyrim combat or if you don't like first person close combat in particular then this game fighting is just a disaster, you can attracted to this game world then just 5min later fill with rage for the gameplay -

Feb 23, 2018Game definitely has potential but in it's current state it is a bug ridden mess that clearly needed another 8-12 months dev time before release. Everyone keeps giving Warhorse a free pass because they are supposedly a small studio but that is no excuse as far as I'm concerned as the game is being sold at a AAA price and their are plenty of small studios that release stable games on launch.

Mar 9, 2018Technically impressive, but let down by a tiresome story, mixed voice acting, and one of the most dislikeable player characters of all time. The save mechanic is pretty painful as well, forcing you to replay sections of story.

Apr 18, 2018beautiful game full of goodies and parts well cared for as the sound, and the forest, never seen such an immersive forest. Unfortunately, it is affected by heavy and redundant errors that affect gameplay and many missions. Some parts of some too slow and boring missions.
-
Jan 5, 2019An excellent game that is marred by bugs and was released way too early. Warhorse even brought out out DLC before fixing the bugs. Warhorse took a lot of flak for making an "authentic" history game - but the immersion goes right out of the window every time you hear an American and Australian accent. Ridiculous.

Mar 8, 2019Game is not bad, graphics, sounds, story is ok, but the combat system is horrible.
-
Jul 26, 2019This game has some issues, but Warhorse is small studio I think they'll have good future
-
Nov 26, 2019It's biggest value comes from its historical accuracy and swordplay. A lot of time is wasted on running around on errands, which might accurately portray the life of a medieval peasant but does not make for an enjoyable game.
-
Feb 19, 2020poor graphics, lots of bugs and glitches, game only for hardcore RPG gamers, not for casuals
-
Jul 31, 2023Games is good, but has many bugs. Plus, battling against 2+ enemies is insane. Plot is meh, yet has interesting points. Nevertheless, game is interesting and has a soul, so I recommend it

CD-ActionMay 16, 2018Upon the release the PC version is the only reasonable way to enjoy Kingdom Come. And there’s a lot to enjoy, because historically accurate Middle Ages are an awesome setting. The beginning of the game might not be spectacular, but give Deliverance a chance and it will develop into a unique, deep, gripping experience. [04/2018, p.42]
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Apr 24, 2018A robust RPG deserves your attention not only for its domestic origin. You will easily forgive its smaller mistakes because of a great narration and a complex gameplay. [Issue#283]

Apr 24, 2018Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a different kind. It's incredibly absorbing in its pace, it amazes with a manically detailed medieval era features and a totally true atmosphere, a series of skillfully built quests and, and when you get used to it, a fantastic combat system. There is a one-too-much cliché in the story arc, but the main problem lies in the technical issues. The game is, however, such a remarkable, huge, different and fresh experience that the occasional bug can be simply ignored.
