    This game is a perfect nod towards Castlevania and a blast to play! I loved my time with it

    Smooth gameplay, great soundtrack, great use of the Day/Night cycle and a lot of content with multiple choices to make during your playthrough which can lead to multiple runs in order to get different endings or fight different bosses who would be locked behind certain choices or quests you pick up. Highly recommend if you were a fun of the old Castlevania games or the Bloodstained: CurseSmooth gameplay, great soundtrack, great use of the Day/Night cycle and a lot of content with multiple choices to make during your playthrough which can lead to multiple runs in order to get different endings or fight different bosses who would be locked behind certain choices or quests you pick up. Highly recommend if you were a fun of the old Castlevania games or the Bloodstained: Curse Of The Moon games.… Expand

    Great game.

    Pros.: - Many easter eggs related to old platformers (at least Contra if we check the secret ending). - Simple, neat, intuitive gameplay and story. - Occasional geek encounters (wall chicken, etc.). - Two paths. - Animation. Cons.: - Music is getting boring too fast. - The game does not have very many detailed elements. Half of the locations feel empty - could be    Great game.

    Nettes. Spiel es hat echt viel Spaß gemacht. Mehr davon! Nicht zu lang, nicht zu kurz. Genau richtig.

    Bardzo solidna mała metroidvania. Może mała to złe słowo, ale gra jest na pewno krótka - ledwie kilka godzin zabawy. Co do gameplayu, jest to hołd oddany klasykom gatunku z odpowiednio uwspółcześnionymi mechanikami. Miłym smaczkiem jest to, iż każdy rodzaj stwora ma swoją własną animacje zabójstwa protagonisty. Niby szczegół, a cieszy :) Ciekawą sprawą są też wybory, jest ich w sumie kilkaBardzo solidna mała metroidvania. Może mała to złe słowo, ale gra jest na pewno krótka - ledwie kilka godzin zabawy.     this is what castlevania 2: simon's quest should have been. a very nice game with superb music, neat controls and good mechanics

    Infernax is the heir to Castlevania (the NES one) that I didn't know I craved, but it was almost impossible to break away from once I started playing! Equipped with an interesting storyline, highly enjoyable pixel art graphics and an electrifying soundtrack, Infernax gets completed over and over again to the rhythm of “Another game and that's it”, accompanying the player with an intelligent progression of pace and difficulty. Not really cheap for an indie game, but it's worth the price.

    Infernax is the result of combining Castlevania, Ninja Gaiden, and Bloodborne. But, even when this sounds like fun, it gets boring quickly because of its dated mechanics.

    Infernax is a great retro-styled title that adds in enough ideas of its own to stand up to modern standards. The gory combat and interesting level design maintain interest throughout, and there is lots of potential for replayability through the different moral paths to unlock. If retro gaming is your thing, then Infernax is a great game to add to your collection.
