There's no point in playing this game. There are many, many better visual novels. Play a good WRPG or a Tell Tales game if you want a good western-written story. Very bad visuals, very mediocre story.

Very original gameplay, stunning art direction, captivating story. Really worth trying.

Not the best neither the worst from Dontnod, very biased sometimes the propaganda overpases the plot, the reverie plot was way better than the "human world" plot

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie features striking character design and a vibrant art style, with a great grief experience that is mostly in 2D. It’s a game with great voice acting that will make the player reflect on current, but also more primitive, issues. However, it’s not a game that encourages to be played again and has some plot holes.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie feels like a game that works best for players who are curious about the visual novel genre but want more recognizable game mechanics and a few restrictions to help them along. The Augural makes choices simple enough if you're trying to go for a specific outcome, but the story and character reactions make you second-guess your approaches. The game looks and sounds wonderful compared to many of its contemporaries, and while it might not make you a convert to the genre, it is an interesting adventure that you'll want to go through, provided you can get over the constant world-flipping and a few story quibbles.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie won’t be for every player, but it’ll enthrall those looking for a relevant, gorgeous game at the intersections of genres: science fiction and fantasy, the interpersonal romance visual novel and the choose-your-own-adventure books of childhoods. If you like visual novels as a genre in specific, the Augural is also a neat little innovation that I think should be played through at least once. I’m sure in time, much like the world of Glory I made, ambitious developers will take this approach and build upon it in exciting ways—for now, though, Reverie is certainly worth a visit.
