    Relatively short but still good. It would get a higher score (at least a 9) if it was more complex in a sense of not only more levels but also more complex mechanics (exploration didn't feel that rewarding because of that lack of complexity but it was still great).

    GRIS is a beautiful game with relaxing soundtrack and visuals and a deep story and some creative and fresh puzzle designs. The game might not be for everyone, and it can get stalled at times but overall, it's a beautiful 2d platformer worth the try.

    lembro que quando abri o jogo, como com a maioria do entretenimento hoje em dia, que se consome fazendo varias outras coisas, tentei usar meu celular, seja para fazer um tuíte, ver um vídeo engraçado ou ouvir um podcast enquanto jogo. mas ai... ai veio aquela cena inicial, a arte, a musica... aquilo me prendeu, tentei continuar mexendo no celular mas... parecia errado. o    jogo incrível!

    lembro que quando abri o jogo, como com a maioria do entretenimento hoje em dia, que se consome fazendo varias outras coisas, tentei usar meu celular, seja para fazer um tuíte, ver um vídeo engraçado ou ouvir um podcast enquanto jogo.
    mas ai... ai veio aquela cena inicial, a arte, a musica... aquilo me prendeu, tentei continuar mexendo no celular mas... parecia errado. o jogo pedia pela minha atenção.
    larguei o celular e fui jogar meu joguinho de andar e desbloquear cores por 2 horas.

    sei que pode parecer bobo para quem estiver lendo, mas pessoalmente, hoje em dia, valorizo muito uma obra de entretenimento que tem a capacidade de em meio a tanta informação, produtos e coisas para se fazer, conseguem prender sua atenção e te absorver pro mundo dela durante algumas horas, e GRIS fez isso comigo, me puxando para um mundo artístico, melancólico e lindo...

    GRIS es arte en estado puro y uno de los juegos más bonitos que he jugado. Cuenta con una banda sonora impecable y adecuada perfectamente a cada parte del juego, siendo un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo del mismo. El estilo artístico es apasionantemente bello y perfecto, logrando transmitirte sensaciones únicamente con su apartado visual. La historia que se intenta contar es simple yGRIS es arte en estado puro y uno de los juegos más bonitos que he jugado. Cuenta con una banda sonora impecable y adecuada perfectamente a cada parte del juego, siendo un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo del mismo. El estilo artístico es apasionantemente bello y perfecto, logrando transmitirte sensaciones únicamente con su apartado visual. La historia que se intenta contar es simple y no emplea ningún diálogo, pero igualmente consigue ser muy emocional. En cuanto a la jugabilidad, basada en puzles y plataformas, se emplean varias mecánicas típicas de juego de plataformas pero se exploran bastante bien. El juego se puede pasar en unas 3 horas. Aunque GRIS sea un juego sencillo y sin grandes pretensiones, esta experiencia jugable logra transmitirte algo que muy pocos juegos logran, algo muy difícil de expresar con palabras y que tú mismo debes sentir. 9/10

There are not much other games that touch on this subject and ones that do touch this subject are also ''eye watering'' such as The Last Of Us or God Of War. In order for player to understand story you must focus on the background the things that happen how the world changes because this is what grief does it puts you into a whole another world you live walk talk among us but in a different plain of reality. When you are grieving you are not in the world of the living the person who died took your hand and pulled you into the land of the dead and now you are in limbo. So the main character of GRIS, you walk through the stages of grief and see how the world around you changes for example on the second stage of grief the world around you is desert and it feels that way when someone dear to you dies the world looks empty looks like has nothing to offer other than some ruins. You know what this game deserves a complete review here you go : THERE ARE 5 STAGES OF GRIEF and our character goes through all of them one by one ''Denial'' is a colourless world obviously a fake one ''Anger'' is red that causes you to see nothing but lack in the world such as the desert i talked about, ''Bargaining'' is when things start to change you start to acknowledge death and talk with it, in my experience this is the hardest one that hits its portraid as green just like a blooming plant in order for things grow this step is a nessesity, ''Depression'' is nothing like what teenagers thing it is depression is hopelessness beyond any not just crying because your family didn't buy the new ps5 or Jordan or something idc, depression is sufficating and you are underwater in this chapter of the game the colour blue in artistic pieces is representetive of the sorrow not differant on this one. And the last one ''Acceptance'' is the colour yellow just like a guiding star, warm and accepting embrace of the colour yellow was our destination all along the person you loved is dead but the memories are immortal. 10/10 At some point in our lives we will all go through this game.… Expand

    First of all the artistic direction in that game is one of the best i have seen in my entire gaming life , the musics , the colors , it all melts perfectly together.
    The game let you take your time even tho it's a short game , i expected a game with a difficult meaning to understand but at the end it's just "brutal" and it makes it even more beautiful (even if i cried).

    i think the pure gameplay until the last part is lacking thats the only thing that really prevent me to put higher but its a top indie game i recommend to everyone give it a shot    … Expand

    J'ai failli pleurer à la fin. Dommage qu'ils n'ont pas laissé la fin libre d'interprétation après la sortie des succès steam/playstation. Mais clairement Gris est une petite aventure que je reverrai avec plaisir.

    I gave it a 10. I had never given a 10 to anything in my life, and not only when it comes to games. This is pure art, period. A profound meditation in form of a game. A journey within your emotions on a screen. Grateful my senses could meet this masterpiece.

Well, it is definitely not a game for a casual gamer who seeks for immersive gameplay and such, but nonetheless it is a top-notch artistic experience with extremely moving story, outstanding soundtrack and broad symbolism. Its way of depicting the process of overcoming grief after loss of a loved one is definitely moving and can cause the tears to well up in one's eyes.… Expand

This game is no an exception: Incredibly stylish and beautiful picture with a verified style. It would seem that there are only continuous lines, circles and extremely simpleAbout 5 years ago, almost by accident, I discovered indie games, and since then I have rarely been disappointed in this direction(in my acquisitions, in the "indie abyss" I don't go down from the very beginning). This game is no an exception: Incredibly stylish and beautiful picture with a verified style. It would seem that there are only continuous lines, circles and extremely simple silhouettes... but how pleasant it is to be in the World of this filigree minimalistic adventure... Normal sounding of the environment, and VERY pleasant music... The first half of the game is extremely simple and straightforward. But from the second half, more interesting moments and riddles begin. But due to the fact that the whole game is like an interactive picture, the first half is not boring. It is pleasant and interesting to just look at, and listen to it.
    The plot of the game tells about the psychological problems of the main character, in a
    philosophically drawn World. Something like that... and throughout the game we help her overcome this, learning some skills, exploring this "inner World" of her. You could say, as some wrote, that this is a "Girly Game", well... if you are a man-lumberjack-with-a-beard, or you only like action, shooters, epic and etc. - yes, this is a "Girly game" ...For those who are open to emotions, who like something unusual - this is a small and very beautiful game-play art, which I strongly advise to acquire and play.
    P.S.: I guess the game was inspired by the old "Journey", so it managed to motivate me to check it out as well.    … Expand

Как же я был неправ, какое это было примитивное мнение,Эта игра произвела на меня такое сокрушительное впечатление, что я два дня ходил с чувством пережитого откровения, которое было выше слов, выше анализа... Я даже не ожидал такого, я не был к этому готов, а ведь я взрослый человек, который повидал многое. Вообще в начале показалось: "ну да, красиво, но это же симулятор ходьбы"... Как же я был неправ, какое это было примитивное мнение, основанное на неуместных сравнениях. Минут через 20 от него не осталось и следа. Кто переживает за геймплей - не беспокойтесь, по мере прохождения появляется кое-какая сложность. Но вообще эта игра не про набивание комбо на клавишах. Поймите, это искусство. Это высокая поэзия, исполненная в виде игры. Вы встречаете в ней такие образы и эмоции, что вам потом будет несколько дней стыдно и кисло от других игр. Кому кажется, что тут мало активностей - а что, надо было дать героине в руки плазмоган? Да прекратите, подобное звучит в данном контексте просто пошло. Эта игра - совершенно потрясающий опыт, который надо пережить. Отказаться от него - это обокрасть себя. Это шедевр. Он повлиял на меня. Мои сны захватил на несколько дней. Со мной такое было всего несколько раз в жизни.
    Не представляю, кому эта игра может не понравиться. Только если людям без сердца.

    Некоторые пишут с язвительностью, что вот мол игра является клоном "Journey" и "Ori". Господа хорошие, автор сам ни разу этого не скрывал и честно говорил об этом. Но есть определенная грань, отделяющая плагиат от развития идей. Если кто-то придумал рисовать красками, значит ли это, что никто больше не должен этого делать? Если кто-то написал сонет о любви или о смерти - только за ним осталось это право? Продать под своим именем чужую историю - величайшая подлость творца, но развивать чьи-то идеи, использовать изобретенные ранее приемы - это и есть природа искусства. Здесь автор запретную черту ни разу не пересекал, не юродствуйте. Эта история и эти образы уникальны.

    И еще. Этой игре никогда не нужен будет ремастер. Даже если ее запустят через тысячу лет, через десять тысяч – она будет такой же прекрасной и ее будут так же проходить с блестящими глазами, вы только вдумайтесь в это.    … Expand

    Masterpiece of artstyle, music and storytelling, Gris yet lacks great game mechanics to be considered great. Nevertheless, it is still a strong game i really recommend trying out, especially if you feel kind of down in your life.

    Tek bir yayında biten, ortalama 3.30 saatlik oynama süresine sahip güzel bir oyun. Hikaye anlatımı, görseller ve müzikler muhteşem. Fakat hikaye anlatımının güzel olmasının yanında, hikayenin kendisi biraz eksik kalıyor. Fakat bu eksiği hikaye anlatımı, ses ve görüntüleri ile kapatmayı başarıyor.

    I absolutely loved playing through this game, the art, music, and overall art direction is just so incredible. This game really is an artistic masterpiece. My only real gripes with it is that the real-world meaning of the game (overcoming grief) wasn't done as well as other parts of the game, and the platforming controls/physics engine didn't feel as good as other platformers I've played.

    The game uses its level design, and simplicity in its mechanics to create something truly special, it uses a combination of several tools in its design to make you be observant, to attempt to find solutions in places where you usually wouldn't look.

    The game doesn't help you any more than that, making you feel satisfied whenever you find the solution by yourself, the only time this didn't flow nearly as well, was near the end where I arrived at the final segment of the game but I was still missing some "stars" that were needed for me to progress, forcing me to backtrack for a bit, but either way, this is a very enjoyable experience, and a very enjoyable game.    … Expand

    Nikogo już chyba nie dziwi to że gierka indie może mieć świetną dopracowaną grafikę. Nie inaczej jest w Gris Śliczna kreska, troche takie anime, trochę taka chińska bajka ala muminki, Wszystko ukolorowane trchniką watercolor. O kolorach jeszcze coś powiem ale w tym akapicie sie na tym zatrzymajmy. Muzyka przyjemna, idealna pasująca do tego co dzieje sie na ekranie.    8/10

    Dzieło Nomadów korzysta z bardzo lubianej przezemnie techniki - narracja bez słów. W trakcie grania jedyny napis jaki zobaczycie to "Nowa gra" w menu głównym. Części z was być może będzie dane zobaczyć "kontynyuj" aczkolwiek gra starcza na około 4h zabawy a wciąga na tyle mocno że zrobienie jej na raz nie jest żadnym wyczynem. Historia głównie jest nam opowiadana w cutscenakach aczkolwiek wiele rzeczy sami możemy sie dowiedzieć po przez eksplorację.
    ŚWIAT
    Jest to świetnie zrealizowany temat. Na początku świat zdaje się być bezsensowny, nudny, niespójny. Szybko jednak okazuje się, że mamy doczynienia z dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniem. Thought this would be just an artsy game with almost no gameplay, something like a walking simulator, but instead, it actually was a good puzzle platformer, given its length.     Speaking of art, that‘s definitely the highlight of the game. The visuals look really great, the way how the main character‘s looks change when using her abilities is just gorgeous and some levels have fantastic contrast and visual designs which look great on a big high contrast screen, like an OLED or similar. The music is equally great and contributes a lot of the emotions invoked by the game.

    The game is not perfect: At times, the colors on screen make it hard to figure out what is what. Also, the puzzles get a little too convoluted towards the end for my taste. Overall though, the game offers quite an unique, emotional and enjoyable experience, somewhat similar to Journey. Since it takes only about 3 to 4 hours, I would definitely recommend to give it a try, though I would not call it a must-play.    … Expand

Al principio decían que tenía algunos pequeños problemas pero creo que tras las últimas actualizaciones ya está todo perfectamente pulido, yo no he encontrado nada. Creo que en una ocasión el personaje hizo un amago de quedarse atascado pero moverse y saltar lo resolvió sin problemas.

    El juego es precioso y emotivo, tengo pendiente buscar alguna reseña del significado a ver si coincide con lo que yo he interpretado, pero lo que más me ha sorprendido es que sobreviviera al hype que me había creado ya que todo el mundo lo pone por las nubes. La estética y la música están muy cuidadas, pero lo que más me ha sorprendido es la jugabilidad y las mecánicas: con solo dos botones llegas a tener varias habilidades diferentes y son todas lógicas y se van desbloqueando según avanza la historia como si fuera un metroidvania. Pese a no tener ningún tipo de indicación nunca me he perdido hay muchas veces hay varias opciones y el juego apenas te explica conceptos, deja que los vayas aprendiendo y entendiendo por tu cuenta. Alguna vez he estado desorientado pero no he sentido lo típico de que estaba dando vueltas en círculos o que no sabía que hacer, está muy estudiado que los elementos te vayan marcando los caminos.

    Me ha sorprendido en muchas ocasiones de eso de dejarte con la boca abierta y la mandíbula desencajada por los giros que va tomando el juego tanto en la narrativa como en la jugabilidad que van muy de la mano, me encanta como va evolucionando el entorno onírico en el que te mueves según vas avanzando en la historia. No podía dejar de sacar pantallazos intentando capturar esa sensación que me transmitía.

    Me han gustado mucho los logros, porque todos son muy obvios pero la mayoría requieren mucho trabajo y atención al detalle, gracias a ellos volveré a jugarlo. Y es muy probable que se lo deje a mis sobrinos a ver si les engancha ya que disfrutaron mucho Abzû y AER, creo que tiene la dificultad justa y habiéndolo acabado les puedo ayudar.

    Dura unas 3 horas para acabarlo, supongo que los logros me llevarán bastante más incluso con ayuda de guías ya que hay varios que dependen de la habilidad y no te acumula la tarea, lo tienes que hacer todo seguido.

    Yo lo compré al 50% en las rebajas de Otoño/Black Friday pero creo que lo merece incluso a precio completo. Al menos mi experiencia ha sido inolvidable, creo que es el juego más completo que he jugado este año y que me permitiera acabarlo sin frustrarme demasiado.    … Expand

Unfortunately, neither the sparse inhabitants nor the puzzles seem to share the symbolic theme -- so things boil down to "smash the floor in a desert level", then "smash the floor in a water level", etc.. I wish each level had some kind of symbolic puzzle / creature which the player had to overcome, calm, or befriend -- concrete positive steps to counter-balance all the other (visually stunning) symbolic images of loss, hopelessness, fear, and impotence.

    Lo primero que llama la atención es su estilo artístico a base de acuarelas, el paisaje y los distintos elementos y personajes que encontramos tienen un diseño impecable y precioso.     Lo primero que llama la atención es su estilo artístico a base de acuarelas, el paisaje y los distintos elementos y personajes que encontramos tienen un diseño impecable y precioso. Cada segundo del gameplay es una obra de arte que fusiona la música con los gráficos y la jugabilidad de una manera que no había visto antes.

    No tiene diálogos ni textos por lo que la historia queda completamente sujeta a nuestra interpretación de las distintas pistas que el juego nos coloca en el camino. Basándome en mi interpretación y la opinión de otras personas con las que he podido hablar de ello, la temática principal me resulta muy apropiada y le aporta un toque de sentimiento que puede llegar a conectar con muchos jugadores. Personalmente, me hubiera gustado que quedara mas claro en el juego y que no estuviera abierto a tanta interpretación.

    En cuanto a la jugabilidad, hay momentos en los que se juntan todos los elementos del juego y crean experiencias increíbles, sin embargo en otras ocasiones los puzzles o las plataformas suponen un inconveniente para la fluidez de la experiencia. Los controles y las mecánicas están muy bien diseñadas pero creo que el juego no tiene claro su objetivo a la hora de presentar los distintos niveles.

    En conclusión, es una experiencia de unas 4 o 5 horas, que reivindica la belleza en todas sus formas a la vez que nos plantea un mensaje emotivo (sujeto a interpretación).

    Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona, creo que todo el mundo puede y debería disfrutar de este juego.

    This is a masterpiece. Whatever your head from this game, just give it a go.
    Absolutely gorgeous, music, the visual, everything. Top notch game. It feels that everyone making the game really cared about it, it's bloody fantastic.

    Mesmerizing game with beautiful artstyle, great soundtrack, emotional story and great level design, the only thing it lacks is combat and high difficulty, which is intentional and game is engaging even without these core aspects of gameplay. It is very refreshing to play a game of this kind from time to time. I'd like more of such games coming out.     Such a moving game, the music is top notch, i went to this game expecting it to be boring but at the end I had tears in my eyes. I read somewhere that this game is a representation of a girl who lost her best-friend and never got over her loss. The music alone got this game a 10/10

    Desde a primeira cutscene, GRIS mostra a que veio. Abraçando totalmente o minimalismo, ele sabe balancear a sentimentalidade com a reflexão, o ruído com o silêncio, para criar uma experiência como nenhuma outra. Este jogo é verdadeiramente uma obra-de-arte.

    First, I pirated the game. After I started playing this game I was simply amazed by it's visual style, the soundtrack and an amazing story.
    I had to buy this masterpiece to show love for the developers, best game ever made in my opinion.

    A journey with one of the best storytellings I have ever seen. I'm studying art history and this left me speechless. If you have suffered loss, this is going to touch you. A game for gamers but also for art fans.

    This is one of the most beatiful games I've ever seen. The art is absolutely astounding. The story is vague and I feel like everyone will find their own meaning in it. I was able to experience goosebumps in a game, that hasn't happened to me for a while. The levels are designed very cleverly, even if you feel as if you were lost, you actually aren't. Another thing that's brilliant is theThis is one of the most beatiful games I've ever seen. The art is absolutely astounding.     GRIS is an incredible journey surrounded by astonishing landscapes, whith a suberb music and a smooth gameplay.
    The detail in every little thing shows that they have made it with love to what they were doing. It is almost impossible to finish it without droping a tear. Congratulations to all the team!

    É um jogo INCRIVELMENTE incrível, com uma direção de arte e uma trilha sonora excelente, que deixa qualquer pessoa boquiaberta. GRIS possuiu uma historia, na qual se baseia na sua própria interpretação dos acontecimentos, e mesmo sem ter 1 dialogo, deixa qualquer pessoa emocionada. Esse jogo vale cada centavo, e para mim, é o melhor jogo do ano

Кто-то ставит минусы за то, что короткая, но по мне приятно, что есть игры, которые можно пройти от начала до конца за один вечер даже не напрягаясь. Можно просто расслабиться и наслаждаться красивой картинкой, приятной музыкой и историей которую они передают.Чиллаут игра, даже во время движухи не заставляет ничего делать. Кто-то ставит минусы за то, что короткая, но по мне приятно, что есть игры, которые можно пройти от начала до конца за один вечер даже не напрягаясь.
