    Shame that it took so long to come to PC but the best game I've played in a long time. Tonnes of variety and loads of fun. Reminds me of how impressed I was with Vice City

    I gave a 8 to GTA IV and I'm gonna give GTA V a 7. Yes, in my opinion GTA IV is better. Not only that we had to wait about two years before V came to PC, the texture quality didn't really change from current gen consoles. I loved IV's story and characters and V was a disappointment in that aspect... V's gameplay is the main reason people like it. I agree on that. V's atmosphere is mehI gave a 8 to GTA IV and I'm gonna give GTA V a 7. Yes, in my opinion GTA IV is better. Not only that we had to wait about two years before V came to PC, the texture quality didn't really change from current gen consoles. I loved IV's story and characters and V was a disappointment in that aspect... V's gameplay is the main reason people like it. I agree on that. V's atmosphere is meh comparing to IV's dark and cold Liberty City. Soundtrack... Again, I prefer IV's radio stations and soundtrack more than V's ones. I had way more fun in GTA IV's Online than in V's. I think that Grand Theft Auto V is an over-hyped game. Yes, over-hyped. It isn't really special. Don't get me wrong, it was a solid game from Rockstar, but IV was fit with so many tiny details I loved and V doesn't have more than half of them. 7/10.… Expand

    Best game.Story kills. Game-play murders.I can't imagine a better game.Because of the lack of money i cant buy it. But i would buy it and play online all day.

    Would be 9 out of 10 but in my Opinion the Story is way to short for the amount of time spent into developing the Game, i mean like that long for an already released Game on Consoles.

    In addition to being a towering technical achievement, with a fully realized and immersive game world that is simply gorgeous from the grandest landscapes to the most minute details, Grand Theft Auto V delivers an amazing narrative experience backed by Rockstar's trademark tight gameplay. What else is there to say? It is a huge game, but the story it tells is still a very personal one,In addition to being a towering technical achievement, with a fully realized and immersive game world that is simply gorgeous from the grandest landscapes to the most minute details, Grand Theft Auto V delivers an amazing narrative experience backed by Rockstar's trademark tight gameplay.     Since this is the PC port, expect mindblowing graphics (if your rig can handle it) and a 1st person view (if you can handle it). On top of this MODS, and on that subject i'll assume as the PC player that you are, you know what i'm talking about.     We all know how good GTA V is, and with its release on PC, it just got better. This is the definitive edition of the game, and boy is it good. GTA V on PC is generally well optimized and runs extremely smooth. I've seen many users on here complaining that GTA V is bad because it doesn't run well on their PCs, most of these people are PC scrubs. They either have a bad PC, and they're tryingWe all know how good GTA V is, and with its release on PC, it just got better. This is the definitive edition of the game, and boy is it good. GTA V on PC is generally well optimized and runs extremely smooth. I've seen many users on here complaining that GTA V is bad because it doesn't run well on their PCs, most of these people are PC scrubs. They either have a bad PC, and they're trying to max the game, then getting mad at the game for their mistakes, or they didn't get the latest drivers for GTA V, and are mad at the game for their own mistakes. The game is great, from its story to its online, it brings excellence. Heists and all the DLCs that have been released for GTA V are available right out of the box, and are as good as expected. My only gripe with the PC version of GTA V is that the mouse & keyboard controls are not the best, although this can be fixed with custom configuration in the options menu, I do emphasize that this game is more relaxed and fun with a controller.… Expand

    I have been a PC gamer for 15 years and except for Half-life 2 I have never felt so satisfied with spending $60. GTAV sets the bar so high for what a $60 AAA release should be. The single player campaign is solid and hilarious. The multiplayer is amazing. The heists are some of the BEST strategic coop experiences I've had putting things like Payday, L4D, Tom Clancy's, to shame. Each player with distinct and vital roles, tons of room for creativity just enough PTSD from failing. The detail in the GTAV world is unmatched me and friends have spent hours just dirt biking in the mountains and pausing to watch sunsets over the city. The world is actually beautiful like you will pull out your phone and take pictures of landscapes because they are that good. Character animations are off the charts from how people walk to pick their noses; they are the best you've ever seen and I am a character animation snob! The world changes as your driving around with people's talk and walk and behavior switching from city slickers, to homeless, to red necks to college students etc as you roam around. The ultimate mark of its greatness is that my wife (a regular not nerd girl, she's into shopping, getting her nails done and working out; regular city girl) who has never played games in her life has got into GTAV I had to build her a PC and shes now level 50 in multiplayer and roles with me and my crew all the time; I have even come home to her playing without me!!! She now on many date nights just wants to ditch the kids and play GTAV together! We sell drugs together, run over fat people together, run from the cops together it's unheard of! My only gripe with GTAV is server wide voice chat instead of Local only Voice Chat. Meaning I wish you had to be actually near someone in the server to be able to yell at them through your mic instead of hearing everyone all over the server. It's chaotic and most people just turn it off eliminating a lot of the social aspect with random others but I mostly just play with friends so not a big deal to me.… Expand

    I therefore give only 7 points, because the download on the Rockstar server is so slow that it can take days until one has downloaded the game. An improvement is not in sight. The Game itself is fun.

    On the other hand; gameplay, graphics, open-world and everything else deserves a 10/10.     First of all, it looks beautiful. The map is huge, and it has a LOT of a sandbox-vibe to it. It's pretty much up to you what you want to do. You can focus on the (pretty cool) story and do the missions, some of them very epic, or you can drive around, buy businesses for extra income, look for cool cars for your collection (which you can store at a garage you buy, so you won't lose them), try different sports, hunt, explore etc.
    The world feels SO alive, with little things happening all the time... robberies, theft, or, something like this:
    I was drivng around somewhere in the backwoods, and suddenly saw a hitchhiker. I stopped, and he turned out to be a convict who had escaped from a nearby prison. He attacked me, and I paid him back dearly by hunting him down with my car.
    The characters are cool... crazy Trevor, the Tony Soprano-like Michael and Franklin, who kinda accidentially ends up in these criminal activities, but is actually a nice guy. There are some very fun heists, some cool quests to do, and SO much side-activity... playing the stock-market (you can get really rich if you do the right purchases before and after some of the assassinations Franklin is hired to do)...
    This game REALLY is an achievement, with such an incredible amount of detail, so much to do, so well-polished (no crashes, hardly ever any lag, great performance even on the graphics card I had back then, a GT 730), and just so well-done. Easily a 10/10, even though only 2 games get that rating from me in 2015.    … Expand

    Otro mas de la saga GTA y otro pedazo de juego con mayúsculas. Mundo muy extenso, control de tres personajes cada uno de ellos con una personalidad muy particular, cientos de actividades que hacer, buenos gráficos, muchos misterios por descubrir y una gran historia con 3 finales posibles.

    Best open world game I've played so far, the main story is so interesting and being able to choose your way in heist is just awesome, the strangers and freaks missions are so much fun too and you can play for hours without getting bored, hobbies and pastimes are so great, golf,tennis,darts,races it's all just a great game, specially in FPS, highly recommended :D

    In this game there aren't minus (not to mention mods). Multiplayer in this game - multiplayer of dream, you can do anything action and increase RP. Storyline is very twisted. Everything else was said before me. 10/10.

    I made a mistake by buying this game because of its marketing. The gameplay is frustrating, the missions aren't interesting and the only funny thing about this game is a little cartoon you can find there.
    other than that you'll get to explore and open world full of nothing. there are buildings that you cannot enter. people who you can't interact with and activities you don't want to do.     4/10 for graphics and some of the features, its a bad game that the hype produced by millions of kids that got this game to where it is. stay away if you're into good quality games.    … Expand

    The game is great in a lot of things for sure, specially in the personality of the characters, but come on, i was expecting such a big deal from the final mission where you kill Trevor and i don't see how it could be more lame.

    And why would he call Michael first if he was going to do it anyways? Franklin himself says that Trevor is Michael's best friend and all, so wouldn't he think that Michael may not like the idea of he killing Trevor?
    Michael could just call Trevor and warn him up about it.
    I also think it should be more realistic in a lot of things, for example in that mission of hijacking the blitz with the masks on that you have to kill like all the police officers of the city, you just keep killing until they are all done and stop coming, then you just go away like nothing happened hahahaha    … Expand

    This game is good, beautiful graphics, epic characters, etc ... but in GTA Online, even worse because full Hackers / Modders (mod menu) / Cheaters as in The Division for PC.

    Overall its not bad, but the game's story is rather boring and it just doesn't feel like there is much to do. The online aspect of the game would have been awesome if done right, but sadly feels like an arbitrary grind for cash and, ways of getting cash are limited and not very fun and the things you can buy for cash aren't really that rewarding anyway. There also doesn't seem to be anyOverall its not bad, but the game's story is rather boring and it just doesn't feel like there is much to do.     Grand Theft Auto V is a game where you're capable of doing anything — from killing the innocent to completing some missions. This game is about liberty. Personally, I liked a new feature with three heroes. The online part of this game wasn't so interesting for me, unfortunately. However, if you are a big fan of GTA, buying this is necessary.

Сюжет в этой части, на мой взгляд, вышел не таким удачным, как в 4 части. Имеем три персонажа, все 3 ублюдки, только выражается это по разному.     The game itself is really good, single player experience is nothing to complain about. The Los Santos just a fantastic place, even though there's plenty of new game released, I still came back played the story mode once again. Be an anti-socialist person in the game is the biggest part how you call it ''GTA''. But the online mode is kind of less enjoyable. GTA 5 is overall a great game, and Rockstar really made that hype very well. The GTA 5 is perfectly justifiable for the next game with ''GTA'' title. I like how Rockstar re-described what's ''GTA'' this three letters is, it expresses our memories of GTA in anyway it can, takes it into whole another level.… Expand

    Es una obra maestra, horas y horas de jugabilidad, DLC gratuitos continuamente, opitimizado para que practicamente cualquier PC lo mueva. Eso si, tiene un gran y enorme fallo... los baneos de mal jugador, es ridiculo, que te baneen por reventar vehiculos de otros jugadores, si en este juego, se trata de robar, matar, crear bandas criminales, es ABSURDO que me baneen hasta 1 mes por matar aEs una obra maestra, horas y horas de jugabilidad, DLC gratuitos continuamente, opitimizado para que practicamente cualquier PC lo mueva. Eso si, tiene un gran y enorme fallo... los baneos de mal jugador, es ridiculo, que te baneen por reventar vehiculos de otros jugadores, si en este juego, se trata de robar, matar, crear bandas criminales, es ABSURDO que me baneen hasta 1 mes por matar a jugadores contrarios explotandoles el coche.     Firstly, im a huge GTA fan.. Been playing non-stop since GTA 3, easily my favourite franchise of all time and Grand Theft Auto V didn't disappoint me in anything.

    This game has a great gameplay and is really fun actually.The story is really fun and badass.The Soundtrack actually really good.It has a third person and first person view.I think you must play it because it is so **** fun!

Then the PS4/XBone versions were released and I was wowed again. Then came the PC version and... Just wow. That its online component is stillJust as a technical marvel, the GTAV iteration of the series has been a real achievement. It was one of the most beautiful games on both the PS3 and Xbox360 (a cross-platform beauty already being rare in those days of differing architectures). Then the PS4/XBone versions were released and I was wowed again. Then came the PC version and... Just wow. That its online component is still receiving updates, and doesn't actually charge for its new content, is also a rarity these days.

    My only criticism comes from the Social Club software. Now, the idea is quite brilliant: rather than go down the route of a whole seperate store, like Origin, it acts as an intermediary bundled with the game itself (and, presumably, every new game released). Regardless of being sold on Steam or anywhere else. I actually have nothing wrong with this. I can understand a publisher wanting control of its software and to create a kind of "walled garden" to its extra features. I was even sympathetic to Origin, as I would probably go down the route of creating my own store if I had a bunch of IPs and wanted to distribute the games myself. However, bundling it with every copy, Steam or not, means users can access what is quite a unique social experience... They can be given the chance to be sold on the idea without affecting how they access the game, rather than Origin which seemed to receive universal hate.

    My frustration comes from a seemingly constant failure to download the game through Social Club, making me punch myself for not just buying it for twice the price on Steam. Ultimately, it turned out, it WAS downloading... I just almost needed to constantly remind it to download by hitting "retry" (why not just make it automatic?).    … Expand

    If you hadn’t had a chance to play it yet at all though, and your computer can handle it, the PC version does definitely feel like the definitive version.

    We could not expect a better PC port PC for Grand Theft Auto V. Rockstar North, offers right from day one a huge game in optimized, widely scalable, and high impact graphics and the video editor, although not so easy to use, is an enjoyable addition.
