    tsk tsk this game was a waste of my alounce 10$ for a game thant seem extremely lazy the has a small map god awful mod support no replay value however i had a little fun at the start it quickly got old and for the price im better o getting something else its like mine craft it looks really fun but when you play it it is really lame

    The game is fun. Its just short lived fun however. Even with the mods made by other players to play with i would say 2 or 3 hours before most people would get bored. The game is more fun to talk about than play after awhile. If i put a price tag on it i would say its a $5 value. Pointless stupid fun.

    First 5-10minutes was very funny, but now after 3hours its not funny. That city is just so small and its not very good, if the city is 2times larger i think i give more points for this game, i am waiting for Patch 1.1 to play splitscreen but i dont think its very good. If you aren´t very rich dont buy this game.

    A bit of silly fun that will have you giggling for an hour or two. Probably not worth $10, but you should definitely snag it on sale. New content and mods are coming, too, so it will be a fun game to go back to occasionally for more silliness.

    Only rated it a 2 because of it being an original style game. It is fun, don't get me wrong, but the game starts to get very boring after 10 minutes of having nothing to do at all except watch yourself get hit by cars and ram people over and over again.     The games is intended to be silly. If any other people are rating it less than a 5, then they are taking it too seriously. The game is humorous, and contains a lot of discovery, but it's a just a tiny bit inconsistent in some places; that doesn't matter. It's a still a fun game. The achievements are easy to get and it's fun to play for what it's worth.

    Hype hype hype hype to a highly disappointing result. This is a game that is way more fun to watch someone else play rather than yourself. The developers started this off as just a little workshop and we demanded it, and the developer has made a shed load of money for what is a game that has little substance.     I wouldn't say it was a disaster completely though, it has a lot of fun ideas and the gimmick was hilarious until it wore thin, however would I recommend you buy it? Nah, save your money for a real game. Find a youtuber you like and watch him/her play it for an hour, it will cost you nothing for a probably more enjoyable time.    … Expand

    If you like games that are purposely glitchy and sandbox open world (small world at the moment), this game is really fun. There's no real point to it other than doing things to gather trophies, but its simply fun. its a nice break since its causal

    Goat Simulator is an amazing game, it´s extremely glitchy but the company itself said that the game was made in less than 3 weeks, so the purpose of the game is to be buggy.
    The graphics: 8:5/10 (graphics are really good not the best of the best but good)

    Sorry, its a really bad game. No long Gameplay elements, only smashing props and ragdolls. Garry's Mod is better than this bad hype game.. Only making a game for a hype? Bad idea

    The game is VERY FUN... For about an hour or two. I really don't mind the bugs (they are intended to be there), but the game is limited to it's core design and gets really repetitive and boring.

    It doesn't worth it's 10 dollar price. Buy it when it's like 1 or 2, laugh a lot (in the short amont of time you will enjoy the game) and uninstall it, cause you won't come back for more.

    doesn't everyone know that this is suppose to be a broken game? I mean the purpose of it is to see silly glitches and messed up physics and stuff for a laugh, that's what the game is, something that will make you laugh. and it does a great job at that

    The idea is somehow nice, but the gameplay gets REALLY boring after some time.
    It's one of those PewDiePie games that aren't really good for other uses.
    It's absolutely worse than the other games made by the authors.

    Polarizing game that has some potential somewhere. It's just really rough right now and loses it's appeal after a few hours. There's plenty of indie games out there that are just less buggy and more fun.

The game has no excuse to run at the frame rate it does sometimes. Bugs that slow the game down are not entertaining for the player. If you don't play games for the Easter eggs and humor, you will not like this game and should not buy it.     If you're looking for a top-notch goat simulator, keep looking. The hornplay is rough, the traffic accidents unfulfilling, and I have seen better action on Can-Eating Extravaganza, Goat Duel II, and Billy Goats' Revenge.

    The area is small, but there was actually a decent amount of "quests" for a joke game like this. The quests give you more stupid stuff that get the physics even more crazier.

    All respect for IGN is now lost since they gave this unmitigated pile of goat manure a positive review and I wasted my money on it. I shall be looking elsewhere for advice about purchasing games now.

    This is an amazing game with a world filled with many awesome things to do. It's better than any triple AAA title like any of the COD games and was created at a fraction of the cost. There's tons of achievements and months worth of content. Get it now!

    At least it isn't riddled with Micro transactions or pay-to-win features, which are the true downfall of today's gaming.

    This game is the best Simulation game this year! Goat Simulator open doors for a new kind of Simulation games. Best game by Coffee Stain Studios, more of this games will be awesome :)

Plus lots of the jokes and intentional glitches get old after about 2 seconds. A game with intentional glitches can be great, but maybe if the game toned down the glitches a little bit and had it run properly then it could have been a good game.     Sure, this game gave me a laugh, but it reminded me too much of Big Rigs Over the Road Racing. Wonky physics, very little you can do. Probably most entertaining thing was looking at the messed up physics and see what random achievement you earned. I can understand if this game were free for people to just troll around in a sandbox world, but charging the game for 9.00 is a little bit of aSure, this game gave me a laugh, but it reminded me too much of Big Rigs Over the Road Racing.     This game is just a Joke. It has almost nothing to offer. Even for a April joke its just horrible. If it was for free or 1-3$ I wouldn't mind but 10$ is way to much. Its also funny to see how most people here are willing to give a perfect 9-10 score. I also bet this comment will be down-voted because the "fanboys" trying to protect the game

    People are going to cry now and say... 'BUT MODS!!! THEY WILL FIX THIS GAME!!' No, they wont. The game is very limited that it can't and won't be able to handle anything more than what's already there.     If you have seen the trailer, you probably already know if Goat Simulator is for you or not. It's simply an amusing game, with amusing physics, and an amusing world with a surprisingly large amount of things to find and discover. In the end you will get about as much out of this game as you are willing to put in, and that depends on how much you enjoy it's sense of humor.

The first 40 minutes of this game are absolutely hilarious and really fun but once you find everything the game loses all its value. The map is really small so you can find everything worth finding within an hour (depending on how much time you spend jumping in front of cars).     If you're looking for a polished game with a deep story, don't buy this. This is an amazingly fun experience not made to be taken seriously, but to be enjoyed. There's many secrets and fun little challenges that keep you playing long enough for people to mod new levels in with workshop. Although it doesn't have all that much content now, there are already mods being made.

    Good game if you feel like fooling around for a while every now and then. Helps to clear your mind of all the bad things that happens in your mundane life and in the world today. This should be implemented in some sort of therapy. Or you could just have a couple of drinks with your friends and **** around for a while. Probably the best thing out of Sweden for a while, or ever.

    Very fun game, doesn't really tell you how to play and not clearly show u how to turn down the game quality for people who can't run it well (like me). I spent ages trying to figure out how to use the goats I unlocked but I finally found it in custom game. But it is a really good and fun game. 9/10 :)

    You must understand the humor behind the game to enjoy the game. I'd suggest watching videos first to see if the humor is your kind of humor. My son can't stop laughing, given that I'd say it was an excellent purchase. Some other reviewers just don't seem to get that. I don't know what they expected. I also doubt they watched videos fisrt.

    As many others have said, this kind of game is somehow brainwashing the community and destroying the industry, and yet this kind of trash continues to be littered all over our beloved PC platform and community. There needs to be a big push for indie developers to put actual meaning and heart back into their games. If that means that each indie game has to be a long, meaningful and completely original, similar to something like FEZ, so be it.

    Ultimately, Goat Simulator is nothing more than 2 minutes of mild fun for each of the small amount of things you can do in the game, and from there it just becomes a dull achievement-hunter.

    This is achievement simulator, not the quirky Goat Simulator we were all expecting. Do not waste your time and precious money and make the mistake that me and so many others did by buying it.    … Expand

Way I see it- it's at least as funny as a dumb movie, and at $10 it costs me about as much as a trip to the movies these days does. So if I get at least an hour and a half of entertainment out of it, which you could feasibly do just kicking around the little town and looking for some of the random **** that's been put there, not counting player created mods which are sure to extend this game's life at least some, then it's worth the money. 10/10 awesome mindblowing game? Nah. But 0/10 piece of **** buggy blah blah blah? Only if you're an idiot who can't read, chooses to ignore warning signs, and then complains when things are exactly as you're told they'll be.
