    It's a neat idea, not fixing bugs and making a joke game like this. My problem is it's 10 **** dollars. 10 dollars? Really. for a joke game? That's like paying $10 for a one-time hand buzzer, and shaking your own hand. If it were free, sure that makes sense, why not make a joke game and have tons of people buy it for free? What's worse is that just about EVERY youtube has made a video of this, and playing it doesn't give you any more satisfaction than watching the video does.

    After playing this game for 2 hours straight, I realized there does not seem to be much in it. This game had an astronomical hype behind it, yet it failed to deliver what most people were expecting. Buggy engine ceases to be funny quickly, tossing stuff around and knocking things over is somewhat dull and the only things that could make you wan't to play the game more are 'hidden' easterAfter playing this game for 2 hours straight, I realized there does not seem to be much in it.     This is a 10-minute laugh, if that – the kind of thing that's here today, gone tomorrow, but for a brief moment in history is the talk of Shoreditch and Twitter. It's the gaming equivalent of a novelty single and even the developers, to give credit where it's due, recommend you don't buy it. Listen to them.

    I have to admit, a very good level design with highly detailed textures. And the idea. That's pretty much the only good things about it. First thing you do is change the resolution, game freeze, you have to change it manually in the .ini files. The only thing about this game is Unreal engine with a custom model for the player.     This game is at best a 10-minute laugh. You writhe in the ridiculousness and have a good laugh with your friends, but after just the slightest time you start to understand that the developers were correct when they said it's not worth buying unless it's on sale.

    Do you think you're going to get at least 2 hours of fun from being a goat and destroying stuff? Wrong. It's only fun (is fun the right word?) for 5 minutes or so. Do you think its PewDiePie bait that only appeals to 8-12 year olds? You are absolutely correct. Jesus, this game is awful.

    I found this on sale for $3.99 and figured that I might as well buy it since it's just four dollars.

    Worst four dollar purchase I've ever made. It was hilarious for 5 minutes then boring as hell. Hook your goat's tongue onto a car that is spinning around in circles and laugh for a few minutes, then realize that there's nothing else in the game to do. I'm pretty embarrassed that I even got it.

It's a novelty game, a joke, and it's whole marketing strategy is to reel kids into a self-propagating/forced meme. Not worth 10 dollars.     Goat Simulator has some incredibly funny moments. Unfortunately, if you've watched a few of the videos for it on YouTube, you've seen them all. Otherwise, the game is pretty, but it gets boring in well under 2 hours.

    this is the first game in my life that i got bored with in the first 2 minutes. this not a game, there is no way you can fail and there is no way you can win, its fking around and trying things until you know all the things you can do and you wonder why the hell you are paying attention to this simulator.

    No surprise here. This game was fun for about 2-3 minutes. Then it gets repetitive and really, really boring. It is definitely not worth any money, as it has absolutely ZERO replay-ability.

    This game is not a game. The game would be funny by conscious bugs. For me, bugs are only funny when a game it has involuntarily. For 10 € or $ 14 in America (the currency converter says) I did not pay for 4 hours bugs. I'm sorry :(

    This game is just a Joke. It has almost nothing to offer. Even for a April joke its just horrible. If it was for free or 1-3$ I wouldn't mind but 10$ is way to much. Its also funny to see how most people here are willing to give a perfect 9-10 score. I also bet this comment will be down-voted because the "fanboys" trying to protect the game

But this game just doesn't get me, probably because of the fact that it's SUPPOSED to be buggy, the developers WANTED it to do that (more or less). It's just half the fun, because you know that that car is gonna do something weird, thatThe game is nothing than supposed to be ridiculous and fun, but it just didn't get me, other games get me with that, for example (most) Simulators.     The "Simulator" saga is going worst, 5 min of laught and then you'll uninstall it, so, i don't recommend to buy it (better donwload it), next time do something better with the "Simulators" please.

    After the massive amount of hype surrounding the game, I felt pumped up to lay back and giggle for hours. I was also one of the first people to buy the game on Steam so I was expecting big things.

    That is not what I got. A minute into the game I knew something was wrong. I wasn't enjoying myself in the slightest.     However they did it, Coffee Stain managed to make a game intended as a joke really popular and look amazing, but the whole thing backfired when people realise that's what it really is - nothing more than a dumb joke that's entertaining for less than an hour, not to mention it's ridiculous asking price.

    As many others have said, this kind of game is somehow brainwashing the community and destroying the industry, and yet this kind of trash continues to be littered all over our beloved PC platform and community. There needs to be a big push for indie developers to put actual meaning and heart back into their games. If that means that each indie game has to be a long, meaningful and completely original, similar to something like FEZ, so be it.

    Ultimately, Goat Simulator is nothing more than 2 minutes of mild fun for each of the small amount of things you can do in the game, and from there it just becomes a dull achievement-hunter.

    This is achievement simulator, not the quirky Goat Simulator we were all expecting. Do not waste your time and precious money and make the mistake that me and so many others did by buying it.    … Expand

    Now before you think "He doesn't have a good sense of humor." I can like stupid and random. However, this game runs incredibly poorly. Plus lots of the jokes and intentional glitches get old after about 2 seconds. A game with intentional glitches can be great, but maybe if the game toned down the glitches a little bit and had it run properly then it could have been a good game.
