It’s the best thing ever! It’s a little robot that looks like me! It has my ears, my eyes, my teeth, my tail, everything! It even talks like me! It says things like “I’m making waffles!” and “That’ll do, pig. That’ll do.” and “Are we there yet?” It’s so cute and funny! I love it so much! I use it all the time when I play Garry’s mod. It makes my gameplay experience much much better!

    You know, this game has helped me a lot in my life. It has given me a way to express myself and have fun. It has given me a way to escape from the troubles and worries of the real world. It has given me a way to connect with other people and make friends. It has given me a way to be myself and be happy. And you know who else has helped me with that? The mimi sentry playermodel! That’s right, I’m bringing it up again! Because it’s awesome! It’s like having a mini-me in the game. It’s like having a buddy and a partner and a sidekick. It’s like having a friend who always supports me and cheers me up and makes me laugh. It’s like having a friend who always understands me and listens to me and agrees with me. It’s like having a friend who always loves me and cares for me and appreciates me. It’s like having the best friend ever!

    One time, I was feeling very sad and lonely. I had a fight with My Mom and My Dad and they kicked me out of their house. They said I was annoying and loud and smelly and they didn’t want me around anymore. They said they didn’t need me or want me or love me anymore. They said they wished I never existed. They said they hated me. They broke my heart.

    I didn’t know what to do or where to go. I felt like I had no one in the world who cared about me. I felt like I had no reason to live. I felt like giving up.

    But then I remembered Garry’s mod. And I remembered the mimi sentry playermodel.

    I decided to play the game and use the model. And as soon as I did, I felt better.

    I saw the little robot that looked like me and talked like me and acted like me. And I felt less alone.

    I played with it and had fun with it and laughed with it and smiled with it. And I felt less hopeless.

    Story The story of Garry’s mod is… well, there is no story. It’s a sandbox game, which means you make your own story. You can create your own scenarios, or you can join someone else’s scenarios. And you know what makes it even better? The mimi sentry playermodel! It adds so much personality and humor to the game. It makes me laugh and smile every time I see it. It makes my story experience much much better!

    Graphics The graphics of Garry’s mod are very simple and cartoony. They’re not very realistic or detailed, but they’re not supposed to be. They’re supposed to be fun and colorful. They’re supposed to match the tone and style of the game. They’re supposed to let you focus on the gameplay and the story, not on the visuals. And they do that very well. And you know what else does that very well? The mimi sentry playermodel! It fits perfectly with the graphics of the game. It doesn’t look out of place or weird. It looks like it belongs there. It looks like it was made for this game. It makes my graphics experience much much better!

    Overall, Garry’s mod is a very good game that I recommend to everyone. It’s fun, it’s interesting, it’s enjoyable. It’s a great way to spend time and money. It makes me glad and excited. I give it 10 stars out of 10.

    Garry's mod is that one game where you are allowed to play various of gamemodes such as Sandbox (my favorite by the way) which also brings you entertainment. now I do own gmod on steam and my playtime has almost reached 200 hours. now why did I rate this game 9 Score? well it's because if you play gmod long enough, you start to get bored. still 9 means a good score!

    the game is very nice to play but no longer for now, or just not in my region. The servers are partly abandoned. The game is an casual sandbox that features multiplayer. there's few nice gamemodes introduced by another players but it's just it. However I recommend to hit it with a group of friends but it's nothing amazing.

    As a person who has spent over four hundred hours in this game, I can say that the game is truly great, and it can hardly get boring to the player, a lot of content in the workshop, a huge number of servers, a colossal SFM community, dupes, saves, maps, it all causes a feeling of joy. But there is one problem.     Okay wow, this game is really, really fun! There are so many different things to toy around with that it'll take forever to explain, and that prospect expands even further with the thousands of mods available to choose from. Definitely one of my all time favorites.

    The level of community content unlocked by this game was insane, playing with friends and strangers alike felt interesting in all the various modes from TTT and Zombies to Prop hunt and Free play.

    Very good game! One thing that would make it amazing though is an update that makes it crash less(Since people have been experiencing crashes on higher quality computers, but not HYPER powerful ones).

    Its perfect. The amount of stuff that you can do in this game is amazing!! place down a Melon and make it fly in the air, use Noclip and Ragdoll into a Building, commit mass Murder!! there is truly everything for everyone. I love that the commounity is still holding garrys mod. You can put anything into the workshop and make it have 10000 Downloads! Garrys mod is just perfect!

    Well, one of the games that I played since 2008 on No Steam, playing it on Steam in 2022, servers still alive in the LATAM part. There is not much to review either, it is an old game with constant updates and an active community. 10/10

    This Game is a text-book example, of a great sandbox game. This game has a great online community, and a fantastic modding scene. There is so much content for this game and just some much you can do. If you can think of something, from building a house, or making a funny scene, you can do it. all I can say is, Play It. it's a great time, and I bet you will enjoy it, just don't alt-tab.

So this isn't as big of an issue as it sounds. In addition, the game's art may not look charming, but it's style that the game is will grow on you as it has for so many!). That being said, It's a good idea I should perhaps discuss these endless options of fun I spoke of

    Garry's Mod has a nearly limitless amount of mods to play through. A few that come to my nostalgic mind as I write this. Trouble In Terrorist Town (AKA TTT), Prop Hunt, DarkRP, Zombie Survival (A personal favorite of mine), Murder, horror maps, the list keeps growing as you play, but if these more intense and more action packed PVP modes are a bit too much for you. There are still plenty of less intense and rules focused game modes. Such as Prison Break, Deathrun, Sledbuild (Yes, it's exactly as it sounds), and basic parkour to do as well. Perhaps wanna sit down in a Cinema in Garry's Mod to watch a movie with your friends. We got that as well (Although personally I'd suggest doing this one in VRChat, a little more interactive for those with VR AND is free!)

    The only issue with the game and this, and why my review isn't a 10/10 masterpiece. Is the lack of a player base for most of these game modes or those outside of this. Without a good group of friends you may very well be stuck playing a mode you don't want to simply because it actually has people in it.

    But if we can look past a small issue that I (and others I am sure) can say is less of a game problem and more of a community problem. The game is a perfect masterpiece in my eyes.    … Expand

    It is true that you can have a lot of fun, especially with friends. But if you don't want to play RP, there isn't really that many people playing on the other servers. It is a good game but right now most of its playerbase is on RP servers.

    Milions and milions mod, player models, this game is so fun this game is never boring you can find anything map or something like that, from horror maps to meme maps or roleplays, or i dont know there is just everything but really everything this game is so much fun and nostalgia. I recommend!

    but actually its fun to mess around in sandbox and play other gamemodes and stuff also multiplayer i love it RECOMMENDED

    all tho its boring if you dont have friends. you have servers!

    This game has so much potential and it's a never ending game because people will always make mods for it. People have mad careers out of this game. This uses a lot from Team Fortress 2 and Half Life but I think that's fine because it adds a lot of content already. Garry' Mod is still going on and is being used to make memes. I've spent some time on it, no-where near the amount some people have.

This game is an absolute must if you are bored, not only is it the best time waster game, but it's also an amazing game in general, it also has this sense of creepiness that makes you more fascinated by it, you can grab stuff from other games and do funky stuff with them, you can do practically anything in this game, thanks to the community, if I had to criticize something is that sometimes the game crashes way to easily or freezes completely, or doesn't run at all, but this is easily avoidable if you have a decent pc… Expand

    i am addicted to this game, i have over 2000 hours on this and for a good reason
    the stuff you can do in this game with mods or without is insane, without mods there are dupes, loads of tools for creating simple mechanisms like a catapult, a cannon, or a simple house, but with mods everything gets upgraded by about a bucket full, because gmod is built on the 2nd greatest game engine ever    i am addicted to this game, i have over 2000 hours on this and for a good reason

    I've been playing this game for 5 years and it's still fun but to be honest I've only played Sandbox, Prop Hunt, RP and TTT all other modes I've never really touched.
    Sandbox is fun you can do something like build a base and also fight against other players with weapons (pistols, rifles).
    RP is just the usual roleplay that you also know in games like GTA RP. Prop Hunt is Hide and Seek,    I've been playing this game for 5 years and it's still fun but to be honest I've only played Sandbox, Prop Hunt, RP and TTT all other modes I've never really touched.
    Sandbox is fun you can do something like build a base and also fight against other players with weapons (pistols, rifles).
    RP is just the usual roleplay that you also know in games like GTA RP.
    Prop Hunt is Hide and Seek, only that those who are hiding in this game have to disguise themselves as objects in order not to be discovered, they can move and jump as objects, but the seekers can see these movements, so extreme caution is required when moving as a prop let's talk about the seekers, these are equipped with a crowbar and a pistol and have to search for the players disguised as a prop, but if they shoot at a prop that is not a disguised player, they always suffer 10 KP damage, but if they catch the right one, they lose player blood and is even out in the end and that's how it goes on and on.
    The best mode with the most replay value is still Trouble in Terrorist Town, or TTT for short, although I have to say that this mode is 1000 times more fun with over 10 people than with less.
    In this mode there are innocents, detectives and traitors the goal for the innocents and the detectives is to find and kill all the traitors the same goal the traitors have only that they have to kill the innocents and detectives there is nothing more to say here except that the detectives and the traitor shops have to buy special weapons or other equipment that gives them an advantage.
    The graphics don't appeal to me that much now in 2022 but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover because the content counts more and you can see that very well in Gmod.
    I ran it in the summer sale in 2017 for €5 rounded up and after 5 years with a playing time of 387 hours I still haven't regretted it.
    Gmod especially with the game mode TTT are in my eyes still a reason to sit down for a few hours and just enjoy it I hope I will have fun with this game for a long time    … Expand

    But for real, this game is a pretty good sandbox that is very full of content from the workshop (which might be the one carrying it) I liked playing different game modes, building houses and making a bunch of weird stuff.     es uno de mis juegos favoritas, tienes muchas cosas para hacer cantidad de opciones muchos minijuegos para jugar con amigos y pasar un buen rato y con todos los addons que crea la comunidad cada dia hace que este juego sea tanto bueno tanto como en su genero que es un sand box, aun que es de muchos generos por que tienes mapas de terror shoters etc.

Если вы хотите получить больше ощущений от этого куска лагучего дерьма, то найдите друзей и пиздуйте играть в разные режимы ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ СУКА ЕБУЧЕГО DARK RP!!1! Если вы хотите РПшить, то идите на серьёзные проекты по типу Доброграда, MZ.

    This game gives you the freedom to prevent 9/11, battle the Combine atop a floating model of Heavy Weapons Guy, and launch your friends away in the world’s first military grade floating bathtub, all on one server, with 2 games, and a few addons, in other words, a complete no-brainer for anyone’s Steam library.

    Die Mod hat enormes Potenzial durch diverse unterschiedliche Spielmodi und unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten, die verschiedensten Dinge zu tun und einfach Spaß zu haben. Leider zerstören sowohl die Community als auch diverse technische Probleme / Bugs den Spaß am Online Spielen (5/10).

    Gmod is an extremely enjoyable game to play. This game is designed for community generated content and is what games the game enjoyable. There's also any multi-player servers which contain classic game modes like prop hunt.
    Overall, I think the game is amazing.

    The only game that allows you to ANYTHING, and I mean it, literally ANYTHING. Posing, scene designing, building various machines, making massive NPC battles, or even just playing Half-Life 2 in gmod. It's up to you.

    Its basically everything: the game. Theres hl1, hl2, cod, battlefield, super mario, sonic, quake, doom, and a massive library of mods and addons created by the most talented and dedicate modders ever.

    If I can make this game 100/10, I would.

    There's not much I can say, I absolutely love it, you can do just about anything in this sandbox game. obviously the graphics aren't great since it came out in 2004, but don't let that stop you from getting it!

    Really good but not perfect, sometimes when I exit the game it takes a bit for it to close, however its a old game so I expect it to do that. A bit more errors than i'd like in multiplayer but I can just download their mods and be done. Other than those issues perfect game.

It’s only competition is Minecraft, and kinda, Roblox (which bares a lot of similarities in its Studio Mode, but I still think Garry’s Mod wins over).

But if you are lucky and get some 16+ people who understand the concept of humor, or you have friends to play with then this is also probably one of the best multiplayer games, but unfortunately, you usually get some 2 year old arguing about FNAF, which isn’t fun. Pros:
    1.) One of the best sandbox modes in a video game ever
    2.) An absolutely amazing modded experience, elevating the game to even higher heights, especially for novice players.
    3.) Amazing potential for multiplayer fun.
    Cons:
    1.) Highly toxic community
    2.) High barrier to entry
    3.) Large amounts of 10-12 populating servers, ruining the fun for everyone else

    Addressing Common Complaints
    I know a lot of negative reviews are from years ago, but the latest version or 2 of Gmod have really improved and made the UI far better, in my opinion. Also people are asking for story in a half sandbox, half multiplayer game, the 2 genres that can get away without the slightest sniff of a story. So shut up. 9/10.    … Expand
