    Garry's Mod...Oh my goodness, this is such a funny game. Where to start? The game is absolutely hilarious, if you know how to use it. The in-game instructions aren't the greatest, to be honest. If you DO know how to use it, it can be hours of fun, creating the picture of your dreams! Well, if you're somewhat demented.

    Another issue if the sorting. I have had to search for a long time just to find a certain weapon to place in a person's hand. If that were fixed, and the in-game instructions were a bit better, I could give this a 9/10, or maybe even a 10/10.

    Overall, the game is great. Some people have made some GREAT Videos with it, and I personally, even though I'm not the best, have made some pretty comedic pictures in less than an hour. Definitely recommended.    … Expand

    From another user's review "The game is absolutely hilarious, if you know how to use it". Yes, that's the point. How do you use it? The game's instructions are non-existant and you have to do deep researches on the internet every time you want to do something different than spawn some NPCs.
    Garry's Mod is the perfect Sandbox game. If you're not into them, you won't be into it.

    A good game, it shines in it's community and the people who play it. You can mod the crap out of this game that's for sure. There are a lot of game modes too. If your skilled enough you may make one too. But above that, the game mode that in my opinion that stands out the most is Trouble in Terrorist Town. It is really fun with friends and even alone as long as you are talking with others.A good game, it shines in it's community and the people who play it.     Well. Its fun. but, there is one thing... ONE THING that made this game not worth.
    This game cost 3 $. But you need CS:S and DOD:S to have no errors and missing textures.
    Which makes this game 13$.
    Its not much, but being the cheap bastard i am, i dont want to buy thoose games.
    Its fun, looks OK.
    If you have 13$ you should buy it.

    This must be the only game developer's kit you are expected to pay for. This is not a 'game'. It is a content development tool. Though it is easier to use than a pro tool, and there is certainly a degree of fun to be had, the tool kit comes without a good tutorial of "getting started" template, and leaves you in limbo, reading "how to be cool with Garry's Mod" in external sources. Show some respect for the design process and getting games in circulation. Hence (1) No Red scores. (2) Game scores as follows: Bad Game 5/10. Poor Game 6/10. Mediocre Game: 7/10. Good Game 8/10. Great game 9/10. Stella Game 10/10. To get 10/10 it must be a game that can be (theoretically) play-able for 1000+ hours. Not only great but near endless fun.     I don't like this game, it seems unfinished and should still be in BETA. i paid for it on a sale date so I got it cheaper, glad about that, not worth full price, avoid.

    If "sandbox" games are your type of thing, then this game is for you, there are loads of different things to do within this game that listing them would be pointless, the single player is fun for a while as you have your "toy-box" tab which has hundreds of items to shoot, throw or kill stuff with.     As much as I like Garry's mod, the crashing and constant connection issues that has not been fixed for over 5 years now is starting to become unforgiving. Next to all the mods and activities you cherish will need some extensive amount of game-play time invested in one single go.     Es un juego muy complicado para descargar los mods y poder invitar, me parece lamentabe que el juego no traiga todas las texturas de sus escenarios, deberia ser así, por tanto es iincompleto. De todas formas es divertido y entretenido (si juegas con amigos) sobretodo el modo pro hunt, es una panzá de reir!! lo recomiendo.

    Seeing what Half Life 2 can do, I came into Garry's Mod with high hopes. I had some ideas to make some cool stuff and believed that now I had the perfect opportunity. Little did I know just the extent of problems that Garry's Mod is plagued with. Most noticeable right off the bat was the clunkiness of the menu and the various actions that can be performed. They are extremely userSeeing what Half Life 2 can do, I came into Garry's Mod with high hopes. I had some ideas to make some cool stuff and believed that now I had the perfect opportunity. Little did I know just the extent of problems that Garry's Mod is plagued with. Most noticeable right off the bat was the clunkiness of the menu and the various actions that can be performed. They are extremely user unfriendly and frustrating as basic actions such as properly placing someone in a chair became a ridiculous comedy of errors.
    And then there's a drastic reduction in the quality of graphics and framerate from the same exact objects/characters/etc of a game that I had on the same exact laptop I was using. Normally, I am very tolerant with graphics. Now I know where the line is drawn, as some words on the walls couldn't even be read. As for the framerate, well, it's hard to actually play a game when it takes about three minutes to take a few steps. It gets this way when you have a group of objects or npcs in the map, making your options more limited.
    Then there's the dreaded purple and black squares on all the textures. If you don't buy the games that many textures, objects, etc require then you basically have these massive eyesores everywhere you look or big ERROR text. Nothing like ending up paying even more money (and a lot at that) just to play the same game, right?
    Now, the obvious question, "Why don't you ask the community?" "Get a better computer!" My computer is fine and I have looked on the boards, I have asked questions and the community was... less than friendly...
    There may be a lot of opportunity in Garry's Mod, but a litany of problems make it a very frustrating and obstructive experience. I was unable to find much that made me want to actually keep playing.    … Expand

    If you like mindlesly running around spawning random crap and doing nothing to no point, this game is for you! With the large community of modders adding new items and models and maps in, you can find a lot of entertaining stuff to do. The game has updated often enough and improved a lot, though it still in the end is a game with no objective.     Warning! Game contains explosions, fun game play, and extreme laughter! This is a Awesome game! There is tons of stuff to do! You will never get tired of playing this game!

    Great game with a wide variety of activities and creativity. Pretty fun experience with endless amounts of mods. But there's a downside to the 'endless amounts of mods'; when joining a server, you're almost always downloading. Downloading, downloading, more downloading. You could be loading a server for 30 **** minutes, or over - it really pisses me off.

    It is true that you can have a lot of fun, especially with friends. But if you don't want to play RP, there isn't really that many people playing on the other servers. It is a good game but right now most of its playerbase is on RP servers.

    Это игра песочница. Соответственно этому жанру, я буду повторяться с другими и нет смысла говорить, какие возможности в ней представленны. Я лишь объясню свою оценку. Я поставил 7 баллов из за того, что: гаррис мод требует для нормальной работы серверов ксс контент, некоторые сервера очень токсичны, не всегда участники сервера дают данные на контент, из за этого на карте сервера простоЭто игра песочница.     What is this absolute **** of a videogame, It's actually so weird and bad that it makes it funny and enjoyable. DarkRP in this game is actually the only thing I like, but its filled with 12 year olds.

    Die Mod hat enormes Potenzial durch diverse unterschiedliche Spielmodi und unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten, die verschiedensten Dinge zu tun und einfach Spaß zu haben. Leider zerstören sowohl die Community als auch diverse technische Probleme / Bugs den Spaß am Online Spielen (5/10).

    the game is very nice to play but no longer for now, or just not in my region. The servers are partly abandoned. The game is an casual sandbox that features multiplayer. there's few nice gamemodes introduced by another players but it's just it. However I recommend to hit it with a group of friends but it's nothing amazing.
