    I'm not understanding all the negative reviews - admittedly I waited to purchase, and probably missed any bugs and a lot of refinement. I'm finding it a kick in the pants, great gameplay, and pretty close to flawless graphics. I like the story, and the Seed actors are all credibly creepy and terrifying. The only reason I'm not giving it a higher score is that it still has a couple bugs andI'm not understanding all the negative reviews - admittedly I waited to purchase, and probably missed any bugs and a lot of refinement. I'm finding it a kick in the pants, great gameplay, and pretty close to flawless graphics. I like the story, and the Seed actors are all credibly creepy and terrifying. The only reason I'm not giving it a higher score is that it still has a couple bugs and a memory leak, which occasionally forces you to quit the game and relaunch or suffer with a steadily increasing game slowdown.… Expand

    O Far Cry 3 tinha sido o melhor até agora, porém esse 5 é absurdo de bom.
    Graficos lindos, jogabilidade melhorada e historia incrivel.
    Vilões marcantes.
    Trilha sonora gospel e cowntry americano.
    E o final é de explodir a cabeça.
    Algumas DLC são otimas tambem.

    cyberpunk gibi çöp oyunu öve öve bitiremeyenler buglarını önemsemeyenler sorunlarını önemsemeyenler hep aynı far cry geliyor diye eleştiriyor .saçmalığa bakarmısınız .Far cry 3 ne kadar overrated bir oyunsa .Far cry 5 de okadar hakkı yenilen bir oyun.Kesinlikle baştan sona aksiyon .Bu oyundan sıkılmayı nasıl beceriyorsunuz anlamıyorum.

Tengo que reconocer, que mi puntuación "sobrevalora este juego",a cualquier otro le hubiera dado menos nota...pero este Far Cry 5 tuvo "algo" que no tienen otros, me cautivó su atmósfera y su ambientación. Quería jugar más, quería escuchar su música country, quería seguir conociendo cada esquina del condado de Hope y quería seguir conociendo a todos esos NPS's tan carismáticos.
    Si a esto le sumamos su gran historia, personajes y su (tremendo) final queda una obra redonda.
    Pero como ya he suguerido...no lo es, y tiene fallos casi imperdonables.
    Especialmente dos:
    - El guion de las principales, no me puedo creer la cantidad de veces que te "secuestran" para lavarte el cerebro y forzarte a huir...¿De verdad no hay más escusas narrativas para interactuar con los villanos?
    - La experiencia jugable se va al traste en determinados "Bosses"...el duelo con Faith me parece de lo peor visto en un juego (Dispárame durante 10 minutos)

    Como he comentado, este juego lo recordaré siempre por su ambientación, aún llevo su BSO en el mp3...y SI! tiene mil fallos, pero no puedo no recomendarlo a los amantes de los FPS con exploración y mundo abierto.    … Expand

    Very nice open world in which one feels very comfortable. The American setting is very cool for me as a European. I had a lot of fun with the story and shooting. Fishing was also a bit of fun.

    Ok, I never played this series before, this is my first. There is so much to do, and the landscape and graphics are beautiful!

    The real glory of this game is the core gameplay. Doing outposts, driving around in the open world and killing cultist is really fun. The 4 main antagonist are pretty cool, but the story ain't.

    I think this game got a really got history because it talks about religious fanatics which is a really problem in our actual society and it has really beatiful graphics and optimization.

Скорее всего, многие будут со мной не согласны и скажут, что 3-я часть лучше всех. 3-я часть хорошая, но она меня не зацепила своей тематикой в отличии от 5-ой. Самыый ЖИРНЫЙ Far Cry 5 - это Иосиф Сид, вы просто не представляет, как он бля** мне понравился, словами нельзя описать. Все семья Сидов хороша, но никто так не хорош как Иосиф.Far Cry 5 оказалось как по мне лучшей из всей серии. Но все же у игры 1 самый ЖИРНЫЙ минус, это - не живой герой, то есть Ubisoft просто дает вам персонажа и говорит: "На тебе перса, делай какого хочешь, а голос мы у тебя заберем", просто... Отобрать у персонажа голос, это надо кем быть. Им было так сложно сделать 2 голоса? Я просто не понимаю... Конечно еще порадовала традицая Far Cry-я, секретная концовка я имею в виду. У меня мозг от этой игры так взорвался, что я даже пошел работать и всеми путями искать деньги, чтобы заказать статуэтку Иосифа, пока все не раскупили. Ну, теперь у меня личный Иосиф.… Expand

    Far Cry 5 is the fifth major installment in the famous FPS series Far Cry. It was released in 2018. The game follows the well known Far Cry formula, and the gameplay is really very, very similar to its predecessor. And yet there are changes. First of all, no more exotic locations, this time we visit good ol' Montana. It is a nice change and the country looks great. But most important forFar Cry 5 is the fifth major installment in the famous FPS series Far Cry. It was released in 2018. The game follows the well known Far Cry formula, and the gameplay is really very, very similar to its predecessor. And yet there are changes. First of all, no more exotic locations, this time we visit good ol' Montana. It is a nice change and the country looks great. But most important for me was the story. I feel that it is much stronger than in the previous Far Cry games. The very beginning of the game is very atmospheric, very strong, it really sucks you in. Sadly the actual game is not so strong as far as story is concerned. I actually feel that this time the game could have been more story oriented, there was certainly a huge potential there. Also the middle part of the story is pretty predictable. But all that is luckily overshadowed by the ending. You get three endings, and none of them can really be views as a good ending, despite what you can read on the internet. Both regular endings are very strong and yet without any pathetic Hollywood happy ending. This is really great, I was honestly surprised and overjoyed. The third, secret ending is pretty obvious this time, but still cool and in the end, it might be the best one, depending on your worldview I guess. There are other positives too. The graphics looks amazing, the game font is pretty as usual, and this time the music is fantastic as well. There are some negatives, but I have to say I have generally positive view of this game, better I would say than with Far Cry 4. There are some minor annoying things, like the ever present enemy aircrafts and helicopters, which are really bothersome, or the story car chase, which is just incredibly difficult compare to the rest of the game (at least on the highest difficulty, which I had to temporarily lower for this car chase only). Your allies are mostly written to resemble perceived redneck stereotypes, it is usually not so bad, but nothing great either. There are some microtransactions and some SJW, but honestly it could have been much worse on both fronts.

    DLCs:

    Hours of Darkness - The first DLC takes you to Vietnam, and of all three DLCs this one is the most serious and straightforward one. This story takes place during one night in the Vietnam Jungle, it is pretty atmospheric, but all in all, nothing to write home about. Verdict: 63 %

    Lost On Mars - Crazy sci-fi shootout with Nick Rye and Hurk Jr. I have to say, I did not know what to expect and I was really pleasantly surprised by this one. It is pretty funny throughout and the action is quite different from the regular Far Cry experience. Best Far Cry 5 DLC for me. Verdict: 86 %

    Dead Living Zombies - Guy Marvel pitching 7 zombie movie ideas to different directors. Also pretty funny, but very short (less than 2 hours). I bet this one was made to fill all of the SJW quotas. Verdict: 68 %

    In all honesty, I believe that the story of this game touches something really big and serious. A huge problem we are dealing with on everyday basis: The Modern World. So I am not usually big on religious cults, but I would join this one in a heartbeat. Final Verdict: 82 %    … Expand

    Игра имхо онли для кооператива. Соло было бы скучно и оценка была бы соответственно ниже, а так очень даже на моё удивление неплохо, игра о которой можно вспомнить.

    Usually I agree with the criticism of metacritic users,but not this time,they underrate this game.
    Sure it has some serous problem - above all the setting of the difficulity levels - but that does not change the fact that it is a very beautiful game with an excellent story,which has one of the best soundtracks amongst the current games.

    из многих игр этого жанра. как по мне так самая лучшая. даже после прохождения играю вновь и вновь. а ведь в даты релиза не хотел играть, верил "критикам" тип игра не оч. но в 2021 САМ поиграв в очередной раз понял, слушать надо себя и проверять на себе. навсегда в моём сердечке FAR CRY 5из многих игр этого жанра. как по мне так самая лучшая. даже после прохождения играю вновь и вновь. а ведь в даты релиза не хотел играть, верил "критикам" тип игра не оч. но в 2021 САМ поиграв в очередной раз понял, слушать надо себя и проверять на себе. навсегда в моём сердечке FAR CRY 5

    С технической точки игра хуже FC4, так как мир стал более декоративным, деревья даже не реагируют на взрывы и вертолёты...
    Но сюжет очень хорош, особенно после FC4, пройдя которую я было очень разочарован в сюжете.
    Финал FC5 мне очень понравился, даже ком в горле был, от нахлынувших эмоций.    С технической точки игра хуже FC4, так как мир стал более декоративным, деревья даже не реагируют на взрывы и вертолёты...
    Но сюжет очень хорош, особенно после FC4, пройдя которую я было очень разочарован в сюжете.

    far cry 5 is quite good in its genre, it continues the style of its series but adding...modernity, it has a variety of weapons, transport, but the plot is quite boring. I liked the game, you can also have fun and clear outposts in different ways

    Отличная часть фар край, есть недочёты, но они есть у всего, а так всё отлично, персонажи, игра актёров, живой мир, веселье, куча заданий, новые механики, самолёты И ЭТО ЕЩЁ НЕ ВСЁ. Игра лучшая в серии, и даже лучше 3.

    i love this game and i will defend him with my life. It's so fun discover new places and stories of people who suffer from the battle...

    For the peope who complaining with enemies nearby all the time, if you kill the boss of that region, you can walk more freely for the places.

    Suprisingly good ubisoft game breaking out of the Far Cry scheme a bit. Feels a bit different, and I like it. The story is good and the new main antagonist is pretty memorable, really makes you feel like the bad guy here. Probably my fav FC game.

Сюжет изначально мог быть шикарным, очень острая тема , 2 dlc мне очень понравились ,особенно про Марс , он из троих самый лучший, про Вьетнам тоже не плохой , а вот в зомби я поигралмногим не понравился сюжет, если честно, мне понравилось...да , можно было бы сделать лучше , я если честно конец не понял, спойлерить не буду , советую поиграть, игра очень красивая , открытий мир шикарен.     I wasn't expect to really enjoy this game. Far cry 5 was on my list for long time but because of bad reviews and haters it was hard to give this game a try. But boy I'm glad I give it a chance. Story is really great and ending is shocking and really interesting. Gameplay is very good and pacing of the game is 100% depending on player. There is a lot of side quests but the main story was soI wasn't expect to really enjoy this game. Of course you can complete everything after the story and it is grate that nothing is holding the player to just focus on main campaign and nothing else. I wasn't bored in any minute of my playthrough there is a nice doze of humor and action. World is big very good looking and full of interesting places and locations. AI of enemies can be little bit dumb but because of that game is little easier. Moreover soundtrack is just brilliant! Every track on the radio was a blast and joy to listen. Far cry 5 is a game that you will remember and it's definitely worth your time and money.… Expand

Huge world to explore and tons of game play for your money which is more than you can say for a lot of other AAA titles. Yea they have micro transactions but they really do not effect the single player mode. People complain to much these days. Not every game is gonna be a Fallout New Vegas or Final Fantasy Vii butIts a good RPG with a compelling story. Maybe the best Far Cry came to date. Huge world to explore and tons of game play for your money which is more than you can say for a lot of other AAA titles.     Joseph, John, Sheriff Whitehorse, Faith and most of the characters were enjoyable.
    My favourite character from Far Cry 5 is probaply Sharky Boshaw or Jacob.
    The game is fun and the graphics are pretty good considering how my PC runs

There are people that fault this game for a number of reasons, however the story is so good and strong it keeps pulling you back for more. I've played through the story of this game about 4 times, on multiple different systems, and I never get tired of playing this. Additionally these activities will still be available after the main story and so it gives you plenty to keep yourself occupied after then.

    The developers didn't include the in depth hunting system from the previous Far Cry games and instead changed it so that skill points give you those upgrades you would usually earn from hunting, which does make the game lack for one it's greater features.

    Overall I rate this game a 9/10 as the game has many perfect qualities but due to the watered down hunting system I cannot give it a full 10.    … Expand

    Awesome country and graphics, average story. But shooting is awesome its just 11/10 and gameplay too, its so fun play this game you have helicopters, planes so many guns, cars, everything. If you are funboy of far cry like me and dont care about story this is game for you because everything is perfect only story is average mostly bad

    It was my first Far Cry, so I was new to the series, but I like the idea of the cult so I bought it. The gameplay is enjoyable and fun, the scenario was stunning, the story great but not what I expected. Maybe if it wasn't so, I mean, explosive and more focusing on character aspect maybe I could enjoy even more. By the way I like it, 8/10.

Its a definition of a good sandbox game.The story is just crazy and sometimes silly but when you play it you start realising that this is how it should be, that it was supposed to be silly and crazy .     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Far Cry 5 is that little bit of chaotic open-world escapism we all need. The story is not the most joyful in the world but the Seed family all seem to have motives and backstory that contribute to their actions and almost make the player feel a level of empathy for them, Other than Jacob of course, he's just some military fella (That's all the backstory he's given in effect). Each region poses unique mechanics and threats however Faith's region has the most diverse gameplay in my opinion. In this region we learn more about the hallucinogenic simply referred to as "Bliss" and how it is developed and the reasons it is used. Now many people do complain about the ending but I found it hard to regard in the grand scheme of things, the ending wasn't important to me as I enjoyed the game as a Co-Op experience because the main feature that made me buy this game, A full Co-Op campaign and it was ridiculously enjoyable; Liberating outposts, Engaging in dogfights, taking out enemies with shovels and hell, even the fishing was fun. Far Cry 5 may not have the best story or ending ever but it is one of the best experiences I've had with games for a long time,… Expand

    This is by far my favorite far cry game. it's open-world story-heavy without getting in the way of what you want to do. And it's multiplayer. Its Soundtrack, both musical and orchestral is just phenomenal and perfectly sets the mood and tone for the game. I love the atmosphere of the game I love the story and everything about it. there's nothing bad I have to say about this game besidesThis is by far my favorite far cry game. it's open-world story-heavy without getting in the way of what you want to do.     It isn't a bad game. Mechanics and gameplay is fun. Scenerio missions are good but some of the side missions we do to unlock them are boring. Scenerio concept is good but not well processed. Characters aren't good or bad.

    Pros (a few of the many others): The game's story is pretty curious the graphics are beautiful, there are so many cool guns, and the biggest pro: you can pet all the dogs in the game. Cons: even tho the story is great and the graphics are beautiful, the game gets boring very quickly, the enemy's AI is more stupid than me (and I'm very stupid). Summary: The game is great but it can get boring fast.

    The graphics, music and gameplay are incredible! I haven't played this game in months, and I'm still listening to the OST. There's a lot of content in this game, justifying the price tag. Overall, it's a great game that I highly recommend.

    Интересная часть франшизы. Многие моменты, в сравнении даже с предыдущей частью оказуалили, но некоторые стали лучше такие как снятие шкуры убитых животных. Харизматичные антагонисты. Расстраивает только концовка. Более заваленной концовки еще нужно поискать. Хотя для такой безбашенной серии, наверное, это нормально. Но по сути то, ради чего сражался (мир и покой) так и не наступили. ВИнтересная часть франшизы.     I know there is only one thing separates far cry games to each other and it is the story and atmosphere. And this game's American spirit atmosphere is really strong. But still, game's devoloped simple mechanics are quite enjoyable. They just same with the 4 other games before, but it still feels fresh and quality. I think the most important thing that makes the game enjoyable is the short playtime. Game can be finished easily under 20 hours. And it is awesome, because story is predictable and the game's mechanics are kind a linear.

    Literally one of the most fun games I've ever played. Best co-op game ever created. If you have a friend to play with, then buy this game. I have played it multiple times with the same friend. It is a very funny game with awesome themes of America and liberty.

    One of the best games i've ever played. I love story and Seed family is interesting. Faith is my favorite villain in this game. Graphics is the best. So much better than in overrated GTA V! I love modern ubisoft open world games. It's the best. Far Cry 5 for this day september 2021 is the best in frachise.

    I've finished this title 3 times and 4th is more worth than finish FC6 1st time. Great sandbox and map location. Story - not bad, very moody, but not much suspenseful.
    Currently almost hasn't any bugs.
    My FC rank order FC5>FC3>FC4>FC6>FC2

    Игра лучшая в серии far cry!!! Графика на низких почти не мыльная(если разрешение экрана на 1 стоит,а не на 0.5) Анимации красивые как и сами оружия,много транспорта.

Интерфейса намного меньше(мне так больше нравится). Оптимизацию, на удивление, завезли. Открытый мир большой и интересный. Эта часть имеет совершенно полностью переработанные все аспекты. Концовка меня вообще поразила (Иосиф был прав, коллапс настал). Единственный минус, который я нашёл - то, что вырезали эффектное добивание с пронзанием врага насквозь, которое было в предыдущих частях. Офигенная игра.… Expand

    One of the best things in this game is ability to throw shovels into people faces. Too bad they basically removed melee weapons in Far Cry 6.

I can't believe that players don't like this game so much, because game engine is rock, World is highly interactive, shooting is not boring, companions system is interesting, DLC about the Mars was very professionally made. I have played almost every AAA game and this one gave my one of the best gaming experience, it was what i want to see from shooters. I think thatThe best part ever.     Such a great game. It singlehandedly got me back into first person shooters. The story is fun and intriguing, and the soundtrack is one my favorite from and game.

Сейчас объясню : 1 Сюжет тут интересный, главный ,,злодей, а точнее злодеи,, выполнены в запоминающимся стиле, все их диалоги пропитаны частичкой чего-то непостижимого, при устранении каждого из них будет уникальная миссия, и вы ее точно не забудете. КартаДобрый день, хоть я и не фанат серии Far Cry, но эта часть серии заставила меня обратить внимание на эту франшизу. Но почему 8/10 ? Сейчас объясню : 1 Сюжет тут интересный, главный ,,злодей, а точнее злодеи,, выполнены в запоминающимся стиле, все их диалоги пропитаны частичкой чего-то непостижимого, при устранении каждого из них будет уникальная миссия, и вы ее точно не забудете. Карта состоит из нескольких регионов со своими игровыми особенностями, врагами и друзьями... 2 Но хватит о сюжете, геймплей тоже важен. И с ним проблем нет, все в рамках стандартных игр от Ubisoft, выполняем миссии, убиваем сектантов,очищаем аванпосты, ищем союзников, завершаем сюжетную арку, тюнингуем оружие и машину, и снова двигаем в следующий регион... Ну в общем вы поняли.
    3 А нам необходимо поговорить о графике. Ну что можно сказать, все великолепно смотрится , трава и деревья радуют глаз, вода прозрачная, дома и персонажи на высоте, в общем к графике нареканий нет( игра тестировалась на 2к мониторе с процессом i7 7700k с частотой 4000, видеокарта rtx 3070ti Asus rog strix, оперативка 16 Гб, настройки ультра, разрешение рендеринга 160% в 60-75 fps). 4 Игра однозначно стоит вашего внимания, только 2 проблемы: очень неинтересное начало, после вступительной миссии можно повеситься, но если разобраться и выбрать правильный путь , то игра откроется вам во всех красках. И ещё очень тупой ИИ, и сравнивая с АС Вальхалла или АС Одиссея вам будет скучно идти в бой или играть по стелсу, хотя это уже личные нарекания.

    I had a good time playing FC5. The plot (even tho predictable) was great. Some characters had quite the personality. Many things to do, didn't bored me.
    There was just a major issue : the fact that the main plot is catching up with you if you don't do the main quests, and that's pain in the A, for an open world, in my opinion.     Were a good game, but just not like other Far Cry games. Missed something, that connection. Villains were very good and also side missions for the first time. Graphics as always were amazingly good.

    I only played around 10h but Ubisoft really put an absurd amount of work into this. I was very pleasantly surprised. The story is intelligent and well implemented, gameplay is fun (at least when you only play every other far cry, there are similar - shocking!).

    I loved this game so far i played around 20 hours and sometimes it gets boring. BUT sometimes you need to stop playing the main story and do some side cuests, and pepoel dont relly enjou that. and the story has a very strong love or hate fell to it. this game has some glitches, but i have seen wors, expetely big open world, falout or skyrim. and Fallout 76 is way more glighy then thisI loved this game so far i played around 20 hours and sometimes it gets boring.     Personally, my favorite of the Far Cry franchise. I love the story here and the environment the game is set in. Although these games really feel like a copy paste job for the most part, I found myself having the most fun playing this one vs the others

    Zudem freut es mich sehr, dass man nicht mehr gezwungen wird Tiere zu jagen oder zu Fischen um Waffen / Werkzeuge / Erweiterungen freizuschalten. Pflanzen sind schwerer zu entdecken, ist aber auch nicht wichtig, es gibt Säcke und Kisten in denen sie auch enthalten sind, bin eigentlich immer voll damit. Zudem kann man von jeder 15 Stück tragen, dadurch kann man sich auch alle vier Buffs immer komplett herstellen. Materialmanagement und Sammel-/Droprate zu 100% verbessert, so ist es perfekt!
    Es gibt genug Skillpunkte, die Begleiter sind cool, die Menü´s sind super, viele Fahrzeuge, ich habe nichts auszusetzen!

    Die Map ist in 5 Gebiete unterteilt, drei Große von je einem der Kindern des Vaters von denen man jeweils eine Fortschrittleiste des Gebiets volllevelt und dann irgendwann eingefangen, betäubt, etc. wird und dann erstmal in eine Story-Szene anschaut, auch mal ein neues freshes System, top ausgedacht und umgesetzt!

The story is so cool and brings new and funny mechanics into the game that really livens it up. Postacie nadały niesamowitego klimatu tej odsłonie a muzyka go jeszcze bardziej dopieściły. So if you‘re allergic to open worlds from Ubisoft, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
