Jul 13, 2021This is not a worthy sequel. It feels like a lazily ported mobile game, with content locked behind expensive DLC. Hey developers! WE DO NOT WANT MOBILE TYPE GAMEPLAY ON PC!!! Refunded this game quickly.

Apr 10, 2021Оооочень затянутая игра! Одно и то-же на протяжении всей игры. Механники откровенно не работают - ни одна!

Apr 9, 2021Could be a good game, but are completely ruined with severe game breaking bugs. Not the “how annoying” kind, but the kind where you can not continue the game. So you spend 30+ hours building your lair, and that’s it game over try again due to a bug

Apr 3, 2021too many game ending bugs, who wants to play for 20-30 hours only to have one of many broken side quests end your main quest progression. anyone who rates this above a 5 have not played for more than a hour

Apr 8, 2021The game needed a year or more in development to iron out the various bugs and issues.

Apr 3, 2021На фоне первой части, жалкое зрелище с кучей вырезанных механик и "мобильным" гриндом.

Oct 4, 2022I'm a fan of the first game, mainly because of the humor. This sequel has much better graphics but misses the real 60s spy movie atmosphere, the fake-seriousness and the absurdity making the jokes bland, plain, dull... childish some times. I'm sorry because i waited so much for a sequel, but these kind of games (ironic simulations) MUST be funny.

Dec 21, 2022I loaded this game up quite excited to play it. I tried to like it. I failed. Awkward control mechanisms, tiny uninspired characters and loads of menus that are difficult to navigate. Let me make some games for the sake of games. Dire

CD-ActionNov 19, 2021The terrific concept, the amazing music, the minions bustling around the retrofuturistic secret base of my own design – there was a moment when I was deeply in love with Evil Genius 2. Hours later I discovered that it drags research out frustratingly and the choice of rooms you can build is too narrow considering the length of the scenarios. What’s the point of having a multistory facility if all the floors look the same? Still, it’s a fantastic game that will make all fans of Dungeon Keeper feel right at home. [06/2021, p.46]

Game World Navigator MagazineJun 17, 2021There are only a few changes over the original game, and almost all of them are for the worse. Not to mention that the increased amount of busywork made me feel more like an evil genius’ butler than the big man himself. [Issue#253, p.48]

May 29, 2021Evil Genius 2: World Domination proves that exciting strategy games aren’t always super complex and difficult to learn.
