Great Sim Colony type game. Not sure what all these negative reviews are for. Have almost 200 hours into it. The scenarios are great too.

Why just build an ordinary city when you can re-build a civilization? Though early access - already enough content and polish for VERY positive reviews, just got a big scenarios update - build your settlement - restore a civilization

This game was great when it first released. But the devs have not nearly abandoned it. It's improved over the years and is now an even more impressive game. The base game is spectacular, the DLC is fantastic, and the dedicated devs continue with updates and support. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best game of its kind. I highly recommend giving this a try.

Apart from poorly realized battles and too much micromanagement, Endzone: A World Apart is a solid city-builder with a strong emphasis on survival. My greatest concern is that it failed to evoke any emotions. People died and I just didn’t care, because despite the post-apocalyptic setting the game is almost idyllic. Don’t expect to be torn apart by tough decisions – it’s no Frostpunk. [06/2021, p.60]

This strategy builder is far too shallow and simple to recommend. You’ll find yourself bored and exhausted before you know it and there’s nothing fun waiting for you later.

I would have liked to have seen multiple options available Endzone: A World Apart. The ability to have friends play and help as a neighboring town or even be an enemy would have added something a bit more and allowed me to share the experience with my fellow gamers. Whether you are a fan of the genre or just get intrigued by simulators, this title has a bit of everything from experimenting with layout setups and gives players the chance to see how well they would do given the same situation.
