Mar 1, 2022The game is too hard. I have a full-time job, I don't have time for this. I don't understand how a niche game like this can be praised so much. Some people don't want to waste their time.

Feb 27, 2022Elden ring need a patch now freezes on boss fight please fix it so I can beat the game and needs ultra-wide support I don't know why game developers do not have this there expensive so i want my moneys worth

Feb 27, 2022I go with the logical… if Horizon Forbidden West isn’t a 10, there is no way this game should be a perfect one….!
-
Mar 2, 2022Its not a souls game, its a sandbox mmorpg game if you want to go on main story you should level up and you should farm for level up. İts like ubisoft games. But its okay. This is a good game but...
WE JUST WANT TO BETTER OPTIMIZATION

Feb 28, 2022OVERRATED TRASH
the AI is rubbish
graphics are like from 2007
and SOULSFANS should get a life. -
Feb 26, 2022Simply put, a horrible PC port. Absolutely shameful. Insane stuttering even on a high end system. Absolute GARBAGE controls on mouse and keyboard with very little options to change them to how you like. Very noticeable input lag as well, and in a game like this, timing is everything.

Feb 27, 2022The game itself is a masterpiece, I played 20 hours and love every aspect of it 10/10, but the performance issues and the INVISIBLE ENEMIES BUG totally breaks the game for me, I have decided to stop playing until the devs fix it, Because it deserves to be played in the best quality

Feb 26, 2022Dear Miyazaki, I wish you had spent the money you spent on advertising to develop the game technically. Thanks to this game, the game press has not been trusted. They drop points for Assassin's Creed because it has the same fighting mechanics, but they can't say the same for Elden Ring.
-
Feb 26, 2022Performance on this game is horrible, drops in frame rate, stuttering, bad graphics, no support for large screens, etc. Wasn't this supposed to be a whole "new franchise"? Just a glorified Dark souls 4, same animations as DS, same mechanics, same UI, the George R.R. Martin thing was pure marketing. Sorry, but open worlds and riding horses is not innovative at all.

Feb 26, 2022Graphics from 2013 year. Cant play with lags, freeze, black screen. I wait it game 2 year...and?
-
Feb 26, 2022Another terrible port from FromSoft. Nearly unplayable with the lag, stuttering and freezes, locked framerate, no ultrawide support in 2022. They said they'd do better with PC, they didn't.

Feb 26, 2022Overall I think this is just Dark Souls with open world, but with ability to jump this time (which isn't really utilized from what I feel so far like in Sekiro where you have sweep attacks for example that can only be dodged by jumping etc.).
-
Feb 26, 2022What can i say, the game is literally broken and wont launch...atleast i could play cyberpunk 2077 at launch...

Feb 26, 2022how is this game a 10/10from critics?? it has an empty boring open world with graphics from ps3 and the worst performance as well as outdated animations. couldnt even put in 2 hrs and ive played every souls game. DO NOT RECOMMEND
-
Feb 26, 2022Another generic trash RPG where you can't do anything that is not PC. Compare it to last weeks Lost Ark, pure trash. Where are the games where you are free to create a character? The last game was Skyrim where you were at least able to suffer in jail for being a problem in the ingame world.

Feb 26, 2022Unplayable game stutters on PC. I am a huge fan of the franchise, and greatly disappointed by this release. Shame on you From Software. You should be embarrassed.
-
Feb 26, 2022Really bad PC port. Bad performance, no Ultrawide support, 60 fps cap. It's a triple A release, there's no excuse.
-
Feb 26, 2022Worst version after Xbox version. The performance is a joke and makes PC gaming look like a waste of money.
-
Feb 26, 2022This has to be one of the most lazy excuse for a pc port i have ever seen. No good it being an amazing game if the user experience is a 0 out of 10.
Fromsoft have always negleted pc, always have awful ports but this one takes the cake. No ultrawide support, fps lock, awful controls for k&m uses.. these are are to name a few. -

Aug 29, 2022Elden Ring is an experience that will not be forgotten in a hurry. It's a tremendous, hulking, massive achievement but because it is tremendous, hulking and massive, it is one that comes with many caveats. The shelves in CeX and conversations with people who stopped playing at Stormveil castle can certainly attest to some of those caveats. Much like any FromSoftware title, it's not going to be for everybody, but paradoxically it is one of their hardest and one of their most accessible to date. It offers huge value in one package, and perhaps is a little too much value, only becoming clearer when nearing the endgame. Don't be mistaken by the criticism, though. This is a phenomenal achievement with a moment-to-moment that is incredibly engaging and immersive. No doubt it will be deserving of the end-of-year accolades it will inevitably receive. One pushes through Elden Ring as one pushes through life, with all the highs and the lows that it brings.

Apr 28, 2022Elden Ring is massive, sometimes to its detriment. A thorough walkthrough might take up more than 100 hours to complete, and at some point it becomes clear that From Software did not have enough manpower to produce that much unique content. Still, it remains incredibly addictive even after those 100 hours pass…

Apr 14, 2022It’s hard to review Elden Ring without being comparative; that’s because Elden Ring is an evolutionary step, not a revolutionary one, and one can’t help but see how it’s built on what came before. Here is a massive undertaking of a game, not for the sake of chasing trends but as the natural progression of the style the company has been fostering for over a decade. It’s amazing how smoothly the transition to open world was and how much of the Souls identity is still present. In the short time since its release, it has already left a cultural mark, no doubt a result of the game’s increased approachability. Even after sifting past all the hype and grandiosity, there’s still an excellent game left and Elden Ring is a clear showcase of FromSoftware’s outstanding expertise in the field. Elden Ring really is just that good.
