  1. The buggy, like the rooftops, is a temporary form of safety. All of the enhancements in the latest edition – new loot, new levels, new end-game excess – are icing on the cake. Dying Light is about creating moments of safety, empowerment and comedic triumph in a world that wants nothing more than to tear you down, and The Following is a perfect expansion of that central tenet.

I really liked the Dying light game. So I had to buy the expansion pack when it came out! I was hugely disappointed! What makes his experienceI really liked the Dying light game. So I had to buy the expansion pack when it came out! I was hugely disappointed! What makes his experience bad, is what the developers added. Its the ability to drive a car in the game world. At first this is a lot of fun, but after 2 to 3 hours of gameplay, it becomes a chore. You have to drive from one side of the map to the other, this makes it very uninteresting. it got so bad, that I lost complete interest in the game after 7 hours of gameplay. Full Review »

However, with the parkour element effectively diminished, you lose half of what made the game great. The buggy is alright, but spending hours driving around the admittedly large map gets dull. The combat has also been nerfed, so if you've worked hard to max out your levels, and enjoy cutting off some walker heads in one swift blow, you'll be disappointed to find even max level weapons can take 3-4 hits to take foes down.

All in all, it's a decent way to waste some time, but without the fun and thrills provided by the vanilla experience.
