    This game is perfect!!! please don't listen to all the people who are review bombing this game because of the way the rebalanced the game with the introduction of the last dlc, they already said they will fix all of that and its not worth it to review bomb such an incredible flawless game for just a tiny mistake they are about to fix very soon.

    its 2016 doom turned up to 11. fast, violent and alot of fun. Way better than doom 2016.

    Doom eternal is the best shooter I've ever played. It forces you to think, but also gives room for a lot of creativity once you learn how to use your tools. each level is beautiful and the shooting feels amazing. I really recommend it for people who love skill based shooters. I also suggest coming in with an open mind. There are a lot of mechanics to learn but the game does a good job ofDoom eternal is the best shooter I've ever played. It forces you to think, but also gives room for a lot of creativity once you learn how to use your tools. each level is beautiful and the shooting feels amazing. I really recommend it for people who love skill based shooters. I also suggest coming in with an open mind. There are a lot of mechanics to learn but the game does a good job of teaching you with tutorials (you can turn them off if you want to, but I suggest playing with tutorials on for first time). the tutorials are short and do a good job of explaining the mechanics. Once you get in to the gameplay loop and get in the zone it feels amazing to play and I haven't played a shooter that was so much fun in a long time… Expand

    I doubt I could write anything that others haven't wrote before. The game is excellent. It is artistically and technically amazing. The music is so good I sometimes left the game running with sound on while doing something else, the main tracks and ambient background music will stay with you for years.     If you know, then you know. There's a bit more of a learning curve compared to the previous one. You gotta get used to spending the rechargeable chainsaw for the ammo. Once you get that reflex in, doesn't matter if you're hardcore, or more casual, you'll be able to make your way through the game. Git gud! And then rip an tear until it is done!

    The music is just awesome, even listening to it in my playlist.

    You can't have more fun killing lots of Hellish Creatures.

    If you're looking for a solid single player shooter that will help you become better at shooters in general once you learn to work with the game rather than against it. Look no further. From a community that is normally very helpful(some not so great nerfs kind of has a fire under the communitys ass atm) to the AMAZING Developer team that always has an ear to what fans are saying. Doom Eternal has outstanding audio design and the visuals will take you from breath taking beauty to stomach turning horror while always looking pixel perfect no matter where you are ripping and tearing. I have MANY hours played in this game and im yet to touch the multiplayer mode so that should speak for itself on the replicability of the game. Pure fun all around, definitely would recommend to anyone at any price. If you are fortunate enough to see this game on sale, don't be a fool.… Expand

    Easily the best single player FPS ever invented. Throwing cover out the window and heavily embracing a brilliant system where you gain health by killing enemies... I have never had my heart race with such intensity while gaming. Each kill animation is a delight to watch. This is my 2nd time purchasing DOOM ETERNAL (I had it originally on ps4) and its so much tastier on pc. DAMN WHAT A SPICE!

    Excellent combat. One of my most enjoyable gaming experiences. Even after completing the game, I needed to go back and replay the levels so that I could unlock as much as possible. On top of all of this, the soundtrack really completes the game. Now I can tell my friends about the great times that I had slaughtering demons while headbanging!

    - proper sequel to Doom(2016)

    - super tight movement, the addition of the dash mechanic is one of the reasons which makes this a superior experience compared to its predecessor.

    - map design is out of this world, incredibly fun to roam around.

    - game runs super smooth and seems very well optimized

    Great game was really fun. With that said I though marauders were going to be this game breaking tough enemy lol? The marauder isn't hard people, come on. There countless strategies to beat him on youtube. People are babies today.

    If you're looking for a deep and thought-provoking gaming experience that changes your outlook on life, look elsewhere. However, if you want a fast-paced, visceral shooter full of non-stop action and outrageous violence, you can't do better than Doom Eternal. If you liked 2016's offering you will love this follow up. It's a hell of a good time.

    Like Jason Statham’s character in Crank, Doom Eternal needs adrenaline every waking second. So long as you drown hordes of demons in their own blood, it feels like a perfect GOTY contender, but during quiet moments, Doom Eternal withers and forces you to ponder unpleasant questions. id Software needs to course-correct, otherwise we’ll be playing Super Doom Slayer’s Bros in a few years.
