    All this game is is a cash grab by Blizzard! NOT WORTH MY TIME! I hope Microsoft will fix this when buyout is all said and done and fires all the people who think this was a good idea to milk money during a global recession and people are living pay check to pay check and just wanted something to take their minds off of a crap world right now.

    Not worth the 70 dollars. Campaign is cute and probably worth 30 dollars, the late game is like a job, and a really boring job at that.

    I started playing this game but promptly deleted it once I learned about the completely immoral game design with predatory lootbox micro transactions. I get that it's free-to-play and Blizzard has to make money somehow, but this is just completely immortal and shameless.

    The core game-play is mediocre at best and the game actively punishes you for not paying real money in both PVE and PVP. But wait! There is more! The game even screws you over if you pay! Wish to not log in for a single day? Well, gone is your day 30 reward from the boon of plenty, unless you subscribe for another month! What is that? You want to pay to get better gems?     The worst thing to ever happen to western PC gaming. Blizzard manage to burn their ethics, reputation and the Diablo franchise and simultaneously open the door for mobile style monetisation on the PC in one fell swoop.

    First, when I heard about this game, I was super hyped. And so excited for the future of mobile & PC cross-play / cross-progression. And I was hoping the game would just offer Cosmetics in the in-game shop. But oh boy, I was so wrong. It's rare I see a game that is so much P2W, that it's become a huge MEME on the internet.

    The worst monetization model in a mobile game industry and with that also the most predatory one. Game is made in a way that pushes you towards the cash shop with multiple methods.

    The only thing that is fun ingame is the combat. Everything else is a disgrace to the Diablo franchise. Sound quality is very low (probably because of high compression) and sounds like 128kbps. Graphically is nothing special. Cutscenes are average and probably outsourced anways. Quests are boring and repetative. PvP doesn't have any value since it's P2W. UI doesn't support mouse wheel scrolling or right click and it is too large in 4k resolution. Auto-navigation feature just shows that endgame is meant for lazy grinding on same maps over and over (except rifts).

    The worse thing is that the game is good, D3–like but P2W shop is completely destroying any fun and after reaching level 60 you simply MUST pay for emblems to progress further.

    Ruined what could have been a decent game with the most egregious monetization I have ever seen. The sheer greed is breathtaking to behold. More manhours probably went into the monetization model and consulting with psychologists to prey upon human weaknesses than the actual game. There should be a special place in Hell for the people who made up this monetization model.

    This game feels like you are on Rails, just follow footprints and button mash, the game has a complete lack of Player Agency (green arrow means upgrade). If you are looking for a way to dump your money into Pay To Lose mechanic, this game nails it. Not worth investing your time or money into.

    Is this game good? Yes. You will enjoy the gameplay.
    Is this Diablo's sequel? No. If you played it because you're a big fan of diablo's gameplay, you will find it disappointed. This game more like dungeon brawler, you load into dungeon/mission, kill all/do objective.
    Should you grind this game?No. This game is heavily pay-to-win. Paying for drops is just disguisting

It is a sad trend to see legendary studios try to churn out 4 cash grab micro transaction addiction machines versus a single solid full length full feature game. The sad thing is that the foundational gameplay is pretty alright ! but its monetization andThe most important thing is to vote with our wallet.     This game is a tough one.
    First, I have to say under all the microtransactions there is a good Diablo game.
    But the microtransactions are the worst I have ever seen, which killed my fun.
    This game will ruin your life if you are vulnerable to addictive behaviors.

    Basically it's nice looking casino disguised as a game. The art team as always did a good job and really its a shame that their work went to waste.

    Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
