    Game's Graphics look good, Game world seems strange, blocky and small, like the Human Revolution,
    Gameplay is clunky and exactly like the original Human Revolution, movement mechanics are hampered by clipping issues, and terrain snags off of changes in terrain/texture, show how badly coded the movement mechanics are, its shooter mechanics seem clunky and basic.     Gameplay is clunky and exactly like the original Human Revolution, movement mechanics are hampered by clipping issues, and terrain snags off of changes in terrain/texture, show how badly coded the movement mechanics are, its shooter mechanics seem clunky and basic. This game feels more like an expansion of Human Revolution, than an entirely new game. The atmosphere is disjointed and unimmersive, from a character perspective, yes the lore is there but that is it. This is a far cry from what this game could have been and what I had hoped this game would be. 4 out of 10 for the graphics, the fact that it is Deus Ex which we needed more of but it fails to deliver, anything beyond the 2011 Human revolution, I dare say that HR is still the better game.    … Expand

    I want to like this game, I really do...

    But I am getting stuttering and framerate lag and can't play the game. I am using a Fury X GPU, and I can't even get a stable performance on low quality. Terrible optimization.

    The game felt flat compared to Deus Ex and Deus Ex HR. I HATED the fact that I got stuck with this Very White Character and not have the option to customise his appearance like in Deus Ex and Deus Ex Invisible war.

    The game seemed to take away my agency as Player and planted me in this dismal city and totally unfamiliar enviroment. Moreover when I solved and pieced together things    The game felt flat compared to Deus Ex and Deus Ex HR. I HATED the fact that I got stuck with this Very White Character and not have the option to customise his appearance like in Deus Ex and Deus Ex Invisible war.

    The game seemed to take away my agency as Player and planted me in this dismal city and totally unfamiliar enviroment. Moreover when I solved and pieced together things before an event I was STILL forced to go threw reading the terminal message and go through the event. The game in several belittle a good players ability to figure out things on their own, unlike in Original Deus Ex

    Ta gra w ogóle nie powinna być wydana PC w obecnej postaci. Jak zwykle ostatnio twórcy zatrzymali się na etapie beta testów i przenieśli się w czasie o 6 miesięcy do przodu po czym wcisnęli magiczny czerwony przycisk z napisem "więcej kasy".
    Rozłamu ludzkości raczej nie będzie, jest za to kiepski port z brakiem optymalizacji i licznymi błędami. Nie tego oczekiwaliśmy.     Loading, glitches, loading because of glitches, glitches because of loadings.... This game has some serious problems and it's a lot of times frustrating to have to load and wait 40s to 1 min to reload, mainly when you are trying to get the ghost achiviment in the mission or just into some really heavy fighthing... Besides of that, there are a lot of glitches and too many actions are takenLoading, glitches, loading because of glitches, glitches because of loadings.... This game has some serious problems and it's a lot of times frustrating to have to load and wait 40s to 1 min to reload, mainly when you are trying to get the ghost achiviment in the mission or just into some really heavy fighthing... Besides of that, there are a lot of glitches and too many actions are taken by the same buttons. So let's say that sometimes you are in the middle of a fight, has to reload, but ends up hacking that keyboard next to you when you hit the X buttom (Xbox One)...

    + Objects Graphics are really detailed.
    + Weapons design are cool with some upgradable Specs. Cons: - Character's graphics are horrible (PS3 graphics alike). - Attachments are not able for all weapons. Why does suppressor make weapons weaker? - The content is terrible by the glitch or OVERCLOCK game's effects. - The game's audios are bad, too hard to hear even with headphone.    Pros:

    Don't listen to all the angry kids it isn't a pay-to-win at all, microtransactions are even pointless.
    The PC is a SHAME FOR THIS STUDIO, the graphics are cool and better than human revolution though. The main problem is : 20hourrs compared to the 40s of Human revolution then DLC day 1 ? Metacritic how the hell this game could obtain 83 ?? The whole deus ex    I finished the game.

    The story is ok
    The world is fine.
    The engine is complete **** It doesnt run well on any hardware and there are still so many crashes that it is unplayable.

    After I played Metro Exodus I could not play this game ... It is neither RPG nor FPS ... It is a confusing game, in summary it is a very bad game ...

    Terrible, interminable cut-scenes that seem to be more about the game developers frustrated Hollywood ambitions than the game itself. A boring main character, who is like a walking trope magnet. A universe that's about as subtle and realistic as He-Man. Micro transactions. What's to like?

    This is an incomplete, buggy game. Some of the side quests do shine and the game play is very fun when it works. That said:

The planned DLC isn't going to be incorporated into the story and instead will be standalone missions. I was super excited for this game and looked forward to it for 5 years, now I just feel sad to see what Square Enix has done to one of my favorite franchises.    … Expand

    They completely ruined the message of original Deus Ex. Mass augmentations? Ridiculous, if you ask me. The first game was based on this, real world. Not the fictional one, like DX:HR and DX:MD. The first game was about people and their real problems and not fictional, anime-styled "augs vs normal people". Any    I'll not even speak about technical problems of DX:MD. They're obvious.

    Full priced AAA game with micro-transactions. Avoid!! Yes, they are not "needed"... that's a load of bull... You paid full price you should get a full game, and improve as you're supposed to... by playing the actual game!!! -10 to the greedy idiot that had this idea on a full priced game... I was also gonna pre order FF XV... better not... until i'm sure they don't pull this kind of bull... again

    - 1 use microtransactions

    - **** up mouse controls
    - **** up performance
    - **** up weapon balance and handling in general
    - useless weapons
    - dumb AI
    - 1 **** Ending only
    - your choices in the game doesnt matter at all
    - numerous bugs that prevents you from progressing the story
    - stealth gameplay gives the highest rewards, people who goes in like rambo wont even get half the points a stealth player gets
    - boring story
    - boring characters with no depht at all
    - unbalanced skills

    and I could go on with that but I would run out of space before Im finished.

    The Pros are obvious. The setting with the conflict between naturals and augmented is highly interesting and well implemented in the game.
    You will really feel discriminated by the NPCs in the game.
    The city of prague with its many faces and places to discover will invite you to actually use your new skills to find new and hidden spots.
    But the crown jewels in this game are the sidequests. Each of them are highly interesting, well written and with possible choices that makes you think of it twice.

    The Cons however drags this game into the hole (too) close to games like Ride to Hell or Mindjack.
    The day 1 DLC and the 1 use microtransactions for singleplayer (!!!!!) makes you feel like a cow thats milked by the company. Next thing are probably day 1 single use DLCs which forces you to pay every single time you start a new game. Its like you buy a new car with all the fancy extra things like autopilot, a powerful air conditioner or more comfortable seats. But then you have to pay for it everytime you use them even tough you actually bought the entire car.

    No idea how they managed to **** up the controls and the performance but they did. The mouse sensitivity is a complete disaster. The sensitivity in the game is complete different than the menu and inventory ones. The mouse sensitivity in the minigames is also a complete different one. And even when you aim down sight the mouse sensitivity suddenly changes making precise shooting hard to impossible.

    The weapons are completely unbalanced. A unarmored and not augmented enemy can eat up to 10 shots from the pistol or 8 shots from the assault rifle but goes down with 1 shot from the battle rifle or the sniper rifle.
    The most pointless balance choice are the doors in this game. Each of them can eat more dmg than some of the best armored enemies in the game. And you cant shoot the lock open, you have to deplete the HP bar of the door. Yes! The **** doors in this game have visible HP bars.
    This makes the SMG for example completely useless in the game. And you will have to find or buy your ammo yourself. It doesnt matter you are working for Interpol, obviously it was budget cutting time again.

    The performance is shameful, the FPS sometimes will go down to 5 in the batlles and probably kill you more than just 1 time.
    The AI is dumber than white bread. Enemies even on the highest difficulty level will only be dangerous trough their superior numbers. FFS these idiots dont even flank you if they have the opportunity.
    And the bugs just break what was left of the good stuff.
    The most severe I have encountered prevented me from finishing the game and probably even corrupted several of my savefiles. (Google M14 subway crash bug if you want to know more)

    The story in this game is almost generic and your choices during the main quests have no actual consequences.
    Example: In 1 mission you have to get past the police to gather some evidence. But even if you dont kill or touch anyone your boss will still **** on you for murdering police officers.
    After 3h top you wont give a **** anmore, not even about yourself. The characters in this game are all completely replaceable. Some voices in this game are just cringeworthy.
    And the freedom of operating how you want is just an illusion. You will get 20 points, 40 top if you take out an enemy in stealth. But going in loud will reward you only with 20 points for every kill. Plus 10 maybe if you hit his head. At the end of the game stealth players probably will have 1 or 2 levels more than other players. Seriously dont buy this game. If you do wait 6 months once they fixed the majority of bugs and maybe fixed the performance. This game wasnt worth 50 bucks. It wasnt even worth the 35 I have paid to my north korean keytrader. Wait until its like 30 or 25 before you give it a shot. I would have given this game 4 points but since I can even play the last 25% cause of the said bug it will totaly get 3.    … Expand

    The ugly story that does not move the story of the game world , the hero of a single step . Two final selection killed my every desire is not something that pereprohodit , and even run this hack . Why do something to choose or do in an RPG where no consequences ? Why do we play in this?

To by se nelíbilo asi nikomu, jak se komolí názvy, jak se špatně vyslovují slova, jak je naše hlavní město prezentováno jako nějaký totalitní stát.     Prošli jsme si totalitou fašistickou, s okupací od Hitlerova Německa už v roce 1939!
    Desetitisíce lidí byly odvlečeny do koncentračních táborů, byla vyhlazena celá obec LIDICE.
    A pak i vnucenou totalitou komunistickou s okupací v roce 1968!
    Na což asi nějak autoři pozapomenuli, na protest proti okupaci se upálil Jan Palach a další.

    To, že jsme si tímto vším prošli, neznamená že jsme dobré místo pro nějaké další pokusy, to je vyslovený cynismus a neuznání našich obětí. Je to plivnutí do tváře všem dotčeným rodinám a národu.

    Příště ať si autoři zasadí děj do Vancouveru, a udělají si tam vlastní totalitní stát!
    Nebo příště mohou udělat hru jak na pláži Juno v Normandii umírají hadroví panáčci, padají jak domino, a křičí: „Hepl“ „i watn to liv“. Bude to vtipné? Zábavné? Bude to povzbuzující?

    Ale tak do malého se snadno strefuje, malí málo křičí, a malí nikoho nezajímají, přijdeme k nim vykrademe jejich města, duši, lidi, a pak z nich uděláme nějaký hnus. Klasika. Jak se u nás chovají vaše korporace - pracoval jsem v Kanadské firmě, a ta se tvrdě bránila vzniku odborů, až u soudu.
    Co to jste za hnusné pokritce!?
    Využít nás celé od hlavy k patě, jako nějaké otroky.. a pak si z nás ještě dělat legraci a pokusné hry.
    Jestli tady někdo zavádí totalitní chování - jste to vy.

    Vaši hru mám chuť vyhodit, i když jsem si ji koupil.

    A step down in nearly every way over Human Revolution. I knew it would be bad because of what I had heard from fellow gamers, but playing it for myself was incrediblly awful. I could never have imagined it would be this much worse than the previous entry. It may be a good thing they are never making anymore of these. Epic Fail.

    La anterior entrega, Human Revolution, ya me pareció muy sobrevalorado, era un juego muy inferior al Deus Ex original, un juego demasiado lineal para llevar el nombre de esa franquicia y con errores de diseño muy habituales en los juegos modernos como los ataques semiautomaticos o los qte, además del pésimo diseño de los combates contra los jefes. Pues    "Consolización" de juegos de PC.

    La anterior entrega, Human Revolution, ya me pareció muy sobrevalorado, era un juego muy inferior al Deus Ex original, un juego demasiado lineal para llevar el nombre de esa franquicia y con errores de diseño muy habituales en los juegos modernos como los ataques semiautomaticos o los qte, además del pésimo diseño de los combates contra los jefes. Pues bien, Mankind Divided no mejora nada de eso, el apartado jugable está mal diseñado y claramente centrado en el control con mando de consola ("consolización" de juegos de PC) y es aún peor en la historia y los personajes (que tampoco eran demasiado buenos en HR), por eso queda un juego muy mediocre. Muchos han centrado su crítica en que es una estafa llena de DLC o que el juego tiene muchos bugs, todo eso es cierto, pero si no los tuviera seguiría siendo un juego mediocre. 3/5.    … Expand

    Звук в игре ужасен я слышу как храпит какой нибудь бомж за 100 метров от меня будто он у меня под ухом и каждый человек или машина в игре орут мне под ухо, но не Адам Дженсен который в каждой сцене говорит исключительно шепотом, что это вообще такое???

    Физика в игре в разы хуже чем в Deus Ex: Human Revolution это заметно в самой первой миссии в Дубае. После сцены оглушения врагов они взлетают, улетаю в разные стороны. Сам Дженсен будто передвигается не на своих двух, а на роликах или может быть коньках. Прошлой части можно было простить отсутствие ног, когда смотришь вниз, но с таким неприличным бюджетом неужели нельзя было этого сделать?

    Если проблемы, что я описал выше не дают тебе насладится игрой, то атмосфера полностью убивает желание играть дальше. В прошлой части погружение в игру происходило практически моментально, а тут даже за 6ч игры ничего подобного не произошло и каждую минуту проведенную в игре я всё больше хотел вернутся в прошлую часть и пройти её ещё раз.

    Очевидно, что из игры пытались сделать сервис. В игре есть какой-то магазин, тебя просят скачать какое-то мобильное приложения для данной игры которая к слову уже с позором удалили со всех площадок, Идея о игре-сервис с бесконечными продолжениями высосанных из пальца провалилась с треском, что не может не радовать.    … Expand

    I play games to take away any anger and to relax. this game did the opposite.
    I started it feeling intrigued, I ended up shutting it off feeling enraged and irrationally violent.
    I don't know what the designer were thinking but they clearly had zero interest in introducing the character or the world or the gameplay in any sensible way. I have no idea who this guy is, what he does, what    I play games to take away any anger and to relax. this game did the opposite.
    I started it feeling intrigued, I ended up shutting it off feeling enraged and irrationally violent.

I have zero lead in to learn how the game is structured, what the game style is, what the focus is, what i can do, how to do it, what are the advantages, disadvantages, etc.
    The director of this game needs to go back to school.

    First, it is a port, and PC should've been the main development platform, then port to consoles, ends up with better games for all involved.

    They are far too greedy, the game was already way more expensive, for a mediocre console port, that tries to gouge more money out of you with micro-transactions and paying for non-existent future content.
    Save your money, wait a year until it's on sale, all content is available, and the bugs are fixed.

    Prague is amazing and the game shows immense promise but it is hugely broken. Objects clip through the floor and, even though it was already an already unstable game, each update has made it more buggy. Random crashes all over the place.

    Human Revolution had a story that was clear. Characters that had depth. Plots, character archs, conclusions. This game is great as far as the tools from Human Revolution being fleshed out. The scope has been drastically shrunken down. DRASTICALLY smaller feeling than Deus Ex, and Deus Ex HR.

    The game is still better than any non-Deus Ex game, but basing the game on its own merits it falls short story wise. That is a main, actually, it's THE main part of Deus Ex that sets the series apart from the rest of the plebian games around.

    If you don't play good games you'll love this title.
    If you've played and really liked and held Deus Ex and Deus Ex HR high, then you'll be left with an empty feeling at the end.

    TLDR. 1 hub, unclear stories, unanswered quetions, Microtransaction blindside, and the game ending when it barely felt like it had started. Buy it if you want, but don't expect to feel whole at the end of it.

    5 - 3 = 2 potential spoiled by Square Enix splitting dev team into 2 to charge for 2 games instead of 1 whole game. Followed by forced pay game Breach, and forcing devs to add microtransactions. Sad day for Deus Ex and the devs whose hard work was spoiled by Square Enix.    … Expand

    But what the actual **** is that main story. it is equivalent to human revolutions first chapter. just when you expect things to get serious you fight a random subvilain and BAAAM curtains down.

    ****ty graphics this game isn't a new gen game , disastrous performance on high spec .

    So let me put this straight in the last five years you spent creating the game you achieved :
    -better gameplay
    -better sidequests (we are talking about 10 of them)
    -moderatly good city hub

    But you failed to upgrade your graphics , create a good story , and finish the ****ing game.
    whether you chose not to or you couldnt finish, this is unacceptable.

    i finished this game in 20 hours (all side quests possible and a little of exploration) 5 of these hours spent in the metro with the incredible long wait time to get from zone to zone.

    and i still dont get why they did the 2 districts instead of one exept for boosting the on paper play time.
    Plus the marketing scandals of the day 1 dlc , the preorder and mircrotransaction isn't something that really surprised me , as i'd always know square enix as being first grade **** .
    I bought the game +season pass for 70 dollars dont make the same mistake i did , and dont buy this pilot episode    … Expand

    Mankind Divided rewards exploration and respects your choices throughout its hefty campaign. The city of Prague is absolutely amazing with great details and visuals. The gameplay is also exactly what you expect from a Deus Ex game.

    There is almost nothing you can complain about regarding the Mankind Divided gameplay. To achieve a greater score new Deus Ex lacks a better story and the possibility to "turn off" Czech language. [Issue#267]

    Despite the "Can't stop the progress" tagline, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is pretty much a rehash of the previous game.
