    Alas, it fails at everything it sets out to do, and it can't even manage to adequately imitate genre progenitors from nearly a decade before it, let alone do anything to surpass them.

    The idea of WWII espionage and sabotage efforts on the Eastern Front is ripe with possibilities for a game, but Death to Spies bungled the execution on this one.

    The Soviet spy uses Hitman techniques and changes as often as him, but his moves aren’t half as cool. Sneaking past legions of suspicious Gestapo thugs soon becomes tedious and boring, and while the armory is full of things that go boom, using them is pure suicide precisely because said boom brings the whole damned Wehrmacht on your head.     This is an horrible game. Yes, the idea is good because you are a soviet spy in Germany and other places, but the AI is absolutly horrible! IfThis is an horrible game. Yes, the idea is good because you are a soviet spy in Germany and other places, but the AI is absolutly horrible! If you make yourself seen even the soldiers from the other side of the map can see you and you are dead in 2 seconds. It seems that the soldiers has a common mind: if one identifies you, than all the German army knows where you are and what is your desguise.
    And the weapons are a lot, but what you really need is more silenced guns! And you can bring principal weapons only if they are german, so when you ever used english weapons like the Springfield '03? And there are only the MP 40 and the K 98 you can bring without being uncovered!
    And there is NO story, only a mission after the other! And nobody tell you who you are, why you are fighting... Nothing!    … Full Review »

    Nice game. Story and the sounds are okay, the graphics a bit old. One of the best spy game and a bit hard. You can save, so no para. :D
