    Awesome game made out of love. Must buy for RE1-3 fans.
    The atmosphere is incredible. The voice acting is comical but the story is a nice tribute.
    The plot twist on the helicopter and what happens after! If you are a fan of RE1, you will REALLY appreciate this. It is a solid 6-7 and maybe a 8 if you are a true old RE fan.     As a fan of original Resident Evil trilogy i can say that this game is 5 times better than RE 3 remake

    Es un gran título, un gran homenaje al Survival Horror y claramente a Resident Evil. Posee un gran apartado juego con algunas mecánicas particulares como la recarga de los cargadores de forma individual, entornos realistas bien estructurados y una historia bien orquestada. La única flaqueza que puedo comentar son las animaciones en las propias    90/100. (Recomendado // Recommended)

It has a great game section with some particular mechanics such as recharging magazines individually, well-structured realistic environments, and a well-orchestrated story.     This game is flawed, but considering its budget, I can't help myself rating it 10/10. This game is better than most of the AAA games of 2019-2020 and has unique details in it despite negligible budget:
    - Great OST that makes you swing or feel threatened.
    -Bullets actually fly, have speed, and don't reach the target instantly. - Great inventory management - not only do you need bullets,    This game is flawed, but considering its budget, I can't help myself rating it 10/10.     - Some puzzles are a pain in the ass to the point of full 1998 immersion, but some of them are genuinely fun - it was a pure pleasure to try and crack Morse code sitting in the headphones.
    - Most bullets are slowed down to the crossbow bolt speed, you can clearly see the delay between the shot and the hit.

    - Cheesy voice acting spoils the great lore of the game.
    - Clunky, sometimes ridiculous animations.

The variety of enemies is quite limited, in the second chapter we already realize this fact. And the accuracy of the gunplay could be better polished so that sometimes the enemies do not catch us unfairly.

    On the positive side we find a game that will give us 10 or 15 hours of classic survival horror with a pretty good graphic aspect, in general. Well designed scenes and ingenious puzzles that will keep us hooked for a while. Its price is reduced and this is also a plus. So my overall rating is good.     Buen juego, 8 horas lo he terminado. Tiene bastantes bugs pero se puede jugar bien, recuerda a Resident Evil.

    Ill suport games like this that strive to be great like the origionoal Survival Horror games over the boring walking simulator puzzle games we get from cheap iut studios like Blobber.     By far the worst game I've ever played in my life. A full of bugs and glitches piece of **** game, which are not only visual but in many cases game breaking, for example, once I got stuck in a computer and I had to reload my latest save making me go back like 15 minutes ago. That is the main problem whenever there is a game breaking bug, of which, there are dozens, you have to go back toBy far the worst game I've ever played in my life. Aside from bugs and glitches, the character models sucks together with the lypsinc, whenever there was a cinematic I felt like I was playing the last Mass Effect of how poorly animated and synced it was. Not only this, the story is boring as hell too, a **** cliche, all the characters are boring flat ass character that don't develop at all. The movement is no good either, in a game where you are supposed to move like a gazelle this game's poor development forces you to move like a **** rhino. Finally this game confuses difficulty with enemies that are bullet sponges *cough* The Division *cough* and retarded puzzles which 80% of the time don't make sense and force you to look them up online. There's one where you need to write a code by using a Greek alphabet keyboard and comparing it to yours and because my keyboard key layout is different I had to look it up online.     This game is just not worth it. You can play the real thing instead of this supposedly RE clone. Instead of interesting characters, better gameplay and better ammo management, you don't get neither in this game. These zombies are bullet sponges and you get very little ammo and your enemies don't drop any ammos for you to manage either.     Also in some sections you have like two or three strong zombies altogether. You have to beat them in order to access the puzzle and then and only then you can go forward. So you can't run too fast and you have to fill the bullet sponges with ammos that are scarce already and your melee does almost no damage to them. And you don't have other weapons you can use like grenades, etc that are available in RE2. So it's a crap fest filled with re-loads, re-tries but you inevitably ends up with not enough bullets to kill your enemies and gets frustrated.    … Expand

    Yo se que tiene sus fallos, que no es perfecto, que es incluso casposo pero supongo que a todos los que les gusta los Resident les gusta un poco eso, porque ninguno es perfecto, todos tienen una trama un poco floja en mi opinión pero aun así me siguen gustando con lo cual lo recomiendo a los nostalgicos de la saga porque es muy divertido si te gustan este tipo de juegos.

Jogo fabuloso, bem construido, menus classicos que me fez me sentir muito bem, recomendo a todos , jogo que merece uma continuacão, nao deixa a desejar, quantidade de tiros certos em certas partes dos corpos dos inimigos, esquema de combinaçeões perfeitas, jogo que da aquela vontade de quero mais, tenho 40 anos e digo que apesar de ver muitas pessoas criticando e comparando com outros classicos, aqui agora vemos um novo classico que tem muito a crescer , jogo de um grande mérito.… Expand

    I think Invader Studios did an amazing job with this one, and I look forward to the next! I personally love zombies and loved the 90's survival horror atmosphere.

    This game is far from perfect, but the passion that the developer had during the development was huge! I followed Invader Studios effort since the RE2 fan remake and they really are an amazing team. The game is still one of my favourite game of the last few years, try it you will not regret it.

    this game spread love to all the fans out there! The atmosphere is so good and scary, the graphics are also so cool, considering this was the first Invader studio's game. Gameplay works fine, i love the reloading system , the menu interface and the old school enigmas. The facials animation are not too good, but considering this is an indie game, i recommed everyone to give it a try. Ithis game spread love to all the fans out there!     One of the best indie titles! The atmosphere and lights are truly beautiful, the story is very intriguing and full of mystery. If only 10 people did it, I hope in a sequel with the most advanced team!

    It's really hard to find an indie like this one these days. You can see the love that was put into it. It has some flaws, but if we compare it to some other games out there, it's really a rough diamond.

    A game really well done, counting the number of people who worked on it! On the PC it makes much better, but also on the PS4 it has its beautiful sight! Congratulations to the team. To be an indie game it is truly a masterpiece.

    you can clearly see its an indie game with some problems BUT is way better than re3 remake. i picked this after playing re3 and i was surprised by how better this is compared

    I just don’t understand all of the hate for this game. It’s exactly the 90s nostalgia game I was hoping it would be. It feels like an updated version of the old school Resident Evil games. Looks good, classic setting and story, and just a lot of fun if you grew up play classic survival horror games.

    Terrible controls. The walk is unnecessary and slow. Those who made this game are clearly no players themselves. After 1 hour, I gave up.

    The 10 / 10, 9 / 10 reviews are clearly paid and I really mean it.

Invader Studios сделали всё возможное, чтобы играющим было чем заняться в их проекте, вплоть до заигрывания с информацией, которую надо хакать через свой смартфон в отрыве от толковых головоломок с тучей фан-сервиса и мини-играми с напряжёнными потасовками. Вот только наряду со всеми восторгами, даже уникальнейшая система перезарядки слишком зелено подана. Ворох шероховатостей выдаёт любителей, но даже так, в оперативнике с позывным Lion вычурность характера во многих моментах завораживает больше, чем вся одиночная компания юного Леона Кеннеди от CAPCOM.

    Boring as (insert bad word that starts with F here) not recommend. The controls for starters will get you crazy. The gameplay's a joke. This game needs a lot of polish to even be called a game.

    This game is really good, because it plays and looks exactly like resident evil 2 remastered. Daymare is one of the best indie survival horror games i've ever played at the moment and I think it will be!
    The puzzles were easy but interesting, there were a bit bland spots in the game like the forest but all in all it was a good game and there should me more like this one!

    Just the characters looked plastic for example the facial animations and the voice acting was stupid, but that didn't matter when the killing and getting surprise attacked by zombies was fun.

    10/10 recommend this game and want to play more games like this.    … Expand

    Daymare 1998 successfully emulates everything the Resident Evil formula does. In fact, playing it right after Resident Evil 3 Remake I have had a very similar sensation in the playable. If you are a genre lover it is a required title, a Resident Evil can call it. Daymare 1998 is worth playing for its history, its puzzles, and the design of its levels. However, despite trying, we did not manage to bring anything new to the genre and we faced economic limitations in its development. It would be desirable to see a sequel with a bigger budget that allows the people of Invader Studio to unleash their talent.

    Daymare 1998 looks like a vintage game. Its atmosphere reminds of some great Resident Evil vibes, but we would have more risk taking, because the general proposition deeply lacks identity to pay homage to the series created by Shinji Mikami. Gameplay perhaps a little less rigid and more original ideas would have played in its favor. Nevertheless, the 90’s lovers will feel some old, dusty, but charming memories.
