Sep 5, 2023I have not played the other parts of this series. I decided to play the third part because I read that it has elements of SoulsLike. I didn't finish it to the end. The gameplay didn't catch on. The story wasn't interesting either. Didn't like the controls. The game is not bad, but it didn't grab me.

Jan 15, 2023Has lost its charm from Darksiders 1 and 2. Combat has been dumbed down for casuals and difficulty spikes are very soft. The sense of epic battles between divine creations is no longer there and you cannot help but feel the future of Hack and Slash games is just being cut down.
I feel sad about what they have done with this one. -

Dec 15, 2020If you have no idea about the franchise you'll most likely love this game.
If you have expectations, however, I don't recommend it -

May 12, 2020This isn't a great game. I would never recommend purchasing it. It's a hybrid of a Souls Game and a traditional hack and slash and does neither very well. I think it is decent for what it does, but it lacks the polish and fun gameplay of a God of War or Devil May Cry,

Feb 26, 2020In the middle of the game, I was starting to boring. I felt like I played on a lope. Btw, It was a great experience. If you want to play an action game with a normal story, it will be a great chose that game.

Feb 12, 2020Nothing special. Game is just ok. Good thinngs - overal style, slightly generic but looks beatiful. Combat repetittive and boring. Checkpoints ala dark souls are anoying. Better to play as part of series, not separately. Normal mode becomes prety challenging to the middle of the game. In general prety borring, very generic game. Interesting parts are universe and style.

Dec 6, 2019Es un quiero y no puedo en TODO SENTIDO, además un rendimiento pobre en pc y con crasheos.

Oct 7, 2019A very boring and unattractive hack and slash. Not next-gen graphics by any means. I played this thing for about an hour and feel like I saw all I needed to see.

Jul 20, 2019Darksiders III somehow floats between Souls-like gameplay and the generic hack and slash formula, and it executes it somehow well enough to be engaging. While the story is very mediocre; the gameplay is what truly makes Darksiders III a game worth trying out, even for franchise newcomers.

May 20, 2019Beautiful story and atmosphere. Successful boss designs. Fighting system is good. Soundtrack and voices are nice. BUT Checkpoint system and loading times are frustrating. The difficulty level is unbalanced. AS A RESULT, Darksiders 3 is not great but a nice game. It is obvious that it will satisfy his followers who are following the Darksiders universe.

Mar 21, 2019A really nice game, I enjoyed it a lot. Graphics are nice and story is also fine. I'm not a fan of puzzles, but here it wasn't that annoying. Fighting is probably the most enjoyable thing about this game along with many bosses.

Dec 4, 2018I think Darksiders 1 was the best and Darksiders 2 was so-so ! but this Darksiders3: nah!
a few bugs/ bad FOV (can be fixed with mod) / short story line / lack of equipments and its not open world actually.i see no gunfight !! the bosses are good/ the fighting method is good / and the puzzles in game are so easy!! its just 3-4 puzzle in whole -

Mar 5, 2019Darksiders 3 does a lot of stuff wrong. True fans will be grateful that it exists, but this game is a below average action platformer that tries to be something that is not.

CD-ActionFeb 6, 2019Darksiders III feels like a trip to a museum, which of course doesn’t have to be a drawback. Its antiquated design has a certain charm and made me realize that I miss simplicity and compactness in bloated modern open-world games. Unfortunately Gunfire’s effort is messy – it’s rough around the edges, it made a step backwards in terms of RPG elements and environmental puzzles, some design choices are dubious, the combat system is imprecise, and there are a lot of bugs and glitches on top of all that. As a result Darksiders III can compete neither with modern action titles, nor with previous games in the series. [01/2019, p.82]

Jan 22, 2019There’s precious little to elevate Darksiders 3 to the level of the previous two games, let alone its peers in 2018. It’s a game that offers few surprises, few challenges, and few moments of greatness. What it does, it does to a satisfactory level and never kicks on from there. But there’s something about Darksiders 3 that still sort of works though. It’s a B-tier production, without a shadow of a doubt, but it’s the sort of thing that doesn’t actually come along all that often these days. Fans of the series will no doubt get a kick out of the continuing story and there’s just enough here to help Darksiders 3 stand out and make for an entertaining playthrough.
