    The game was marketed as something completely different! CDPR either were lying from the beginning or towards the end but they sure as hell were lying!

    Game is so immersive and interesting,super open-world RPG, definitely recommended-must buy&play *(on good PC or Console), so far in 20h37min no game crash, for me seen about 10 visual bugs , but for me game runs smoothly (i9 9900k/Gigabyte RTX 3070/ storage m.2/ 16 GB RAM on 1440p high/ultra settings, RT ON all 3/Psycho, DLSS auto)

    One of the most immersive open worlds i've ever played underlined with good quality writing, soundtrack, and enjoyable combat. Driving feels a bit undercooked, but I would hope that can be addressed in future updates. Enemy AI is probably the most disappointing element, but it feels like that can be improved a lot with inevitable patching.

    CDPR have definitely got something special here and it's a shame they had to push it out with so little polish - because despite that it is a fun ride on a decent pc.    … Expand

    I will fight anyone who says Cyberpunk doesn't have the most visually striking and detailed game world of all time. It's just a shame that the game that takes place inside that world is mediocre AT BEST, and an absolute bloody mess at worst. It's abundantly clear that the game has gone through a seriously hellish development cycle, with large chunks of the game being scrapped and rewrittenI will fight anyone who says Cyberpunk doesn't have the most visually striking and detailed game world of all time. It's just a shame that the game that takes place inside that world is mediocre AT BEST, and an absolute bloody mess at worst. It's abundantly clear that the game has gone through a seriously hellish development cycle, with large chunks of the game being scrapped and rewritten along the way, resulting in what feels like a Frankenstein's monster of a game, cobbled together from whatever semi-functional pieces they could find on the cutting room floor. There are features that were advertised mere WEEKS before launch that were cut from the game, and most features one would expect from a AAA open world game like this are simply not present here. It is a husk of the game we were marketed all these years, and the biggest sin of all is that Cyberpunk 2077 fundamentally fails to adapt it's source material into a video game format, and there is no amount of hotfixes or DLC that will fix that.… Expand

    It had huge potential huge at the end its mix of few games and not the strongest in any of them. Add many bugs, average plot, ok graphic and here we are with one of the biggest disappointment. Music is great tho.

    Bueno, primero es inegable que el juego no estaba terminado del todo en el aspecto de pulido se refiere, los bugs son muy molestos algunos, el rendimiento despues de parche que sacaron a los dias del lanzamiento arreglo un poco el rendimiento y anda mucho mas fluido.

    En cuanto a la narrativa, me parece un juego muy bueno en cuanto a ello, las misiones secundarias del juego    Bueno, primero es inegable que el juego no estaba terminado del todo en el aspecto de pulido se refiere, los bugs son muy molestos algunos, el rendimiento despues de parche que sacaron a los dias del lanzamiento arreglo un poco el rendimiento y anda mucho mas fluido.

    En cuanto a la narrativa, me parece un juego muy bueno en cuanto a ello, las misiones secundarias del juego perfectamente podrian haber sido misiones principales de otros juegos, muy disfrutable con el conjunto de mejoras que le puedes hacer a tu psj con cada subida de nivel y todo eso, a nivel de jugabilidad los bugs nublan un poco eso pero en si es buena, el manejo de los vehiculos si debo decir que es algo malo salvo por el "porsche 911 carrera turbo" que tiene un manejo por lejos de lo mejor del juego, pero tambien una cosa mala es por ejemplo que no existe un modo para personalizar tus autos, con 8 años de desarrollo no barajar un aspecto asi es como meeh cuando tienes tiendas de comida por todos lados las cuales en mi opinion son un desproposito, por que la comida la pillas tirada en todos lados literal y ademas no te dan un plus en nada, no es que debas de comer constantemente para no morir o algo por el estilo como para tener tantas en el mapa, en las 100 hrs aprox que jugue nunca me toco comprar nada de comida por que en las mismas misiones te pillas por doquier consumibles, bueno esas tiendas perfectamente podrian haber sido por ejemplo talleres mecanicos para personalizar tu auto y por ejemplo tus partes mecanicas ya que estamos, tambien la nula opcion de cambio de look posteriormente a que te creas tu personaje, muchas veces quise cambiar un poco el estilo pues me entere que no... y es un poco ilogico que no puedas cambiar tu corte de pelo pero si puedes ir a ponerte unos brazos de gorilla y unas pantorillas hidraulicas...

    Terminando es un buen juego pero le falta pulir un par de aspectos claves empezas por los bugs y todo lo demas, pero que su narrativa es excelente un juego disfrutable pero que te deja un sensacion de poco una vez que lo terminas,    … Expand

    This game is cool,but everyone knows about optimization and bugs,but in a respect of CDPR (because of Witcher 3) i will not mention,so about the game:
    -Main Story with unique narrative , and not bad story
    -Gameplay also not bad , but stealth mechanics are not working too well, in my opinion -Optional Quests,most of the optional quests be like:Find and kill;Take a ride with someone;Kill    This game is cool,but everyone knows about optimization and bugs,but in a respect of CDPR (because of Witcher 3) i will not mention,so about the game:

    In as a result that game is good,but dont worth the expectations about that.

    NOT AS ADVERTISED. 2/3 of the game is missing. After playing all endings, took me 35hrs btw. RDR2 took me 200hrs to finish the story so its save to say CP2077 needs 2 more years of development. They call this Gold status lol. Thats how corporate greed looks like. They might aswell ad microtransactions to the game, i don´t even care imo. Savefile gets corrupted when playing to long lol.     We have tons of content, places, characters, weapons, vehicles, clothes. A lot of different side missions. And the main story it’s pure gold.     There wasn't some many bugs in the beginning and by any day there is less. The game is really good and interesting, but I started to notice that during the dialog sometimes I have few options to respond but all of them are the SAME!! It's not making it a bad game but i was expecting more from it.

    It is very strange how everyone keeps saying they don´t have any problem on PC. Here I am on a high-end PC and there are bugs in pretty much every mission. Controls are terrible. And it is clearly an unfinished product. If I could refund it I would.

I have a 3080, with no processor or RAM bottlenecks in sight. Game running at 80 FPS still looks terrible. Quests bug out and can't be finished, gun audio cuts out and breaks, objects appear out of nowhere,Game is broken and unfinished.     The AI is so dumb that they just stand if a car is parked in front on them. Shooting water does nothing so you can expect the damn low details. I play on 2060 with ray tracing and there are many games that look better. Absolute rubbish for 60$

    There are bugs, but these are temporary difficulties. And on pc, they are not critical. The plot is great, the gameplay is great. The game fused my expectations.

    Absolutely stunning graphics and a story that is unparalleled in 2020. Performance could be a bit better tweaked though. Not even a 3070 can reach 60FPS stable in all environments right now at 1440p. What a shame, that console players feel the need to ruin the PC User Score as well.

    Even with these bugs the story and the world don’t lose on climate and the night city have its dark but interesting atmosphere. Great game to relax and forget about everyday problems.

I think it may be the nature of a fully voiced game, but you do not really get to craft your personality. Your choices in dialogue seem to boil down to two things: which person to side with (and consequently who do then piss off) and how many questions do you want to ask before you let the story continue. As for choices in gameplay, you have two: shoot deadly weapons and swing sharp swords, or shoot nonlethal weapons and swing blunt weapons. Stealth doesn't work well, and there are not really any options to act rationally and diplomatically. If like me you expected to make a slick talker who can get out of any jam with his wits, you will be disappointed. You are a gunner/slasher and that is what you do. If you don't invest in combat, it's going to be a heck of a slog. 10 bullets to the head to kill a man... anyway, the writing really saves this game from the above and other unmentioned issues i had. Just do your research and know what game you are getting into. If you want roleplay and stealth done better in a sci fi shooter, try the metro series. Bonus: they actually run decently.    … Expand

    Cyberpunk 2077 is a good game with a story that had me hooked from the start. However, the longer I played the more disappointed I became. Immersion breaking and game breaking bugs/glitches and performance issues are frustrating but nothing compared to the merely average core game mechanics.

    I personally love games that allow the option to focus on stealth and coming up with alternate    Cyberpunk 2077 is a good game with a story that had me hooked from the start. However, the longer I played the more disappointed I became. Immersion breaking and game breaking bugs/glitches and performance issues are frustrating but nothing compared to the merely average core game mechanics.

    I personally love games that allow the option to focus on stealth and coming up with alternate strategies. The core stealth mechanics of this game are practically non existent. If you want to play a game focused on Stealth, Hacking and cyber implants... play Dues Ex: Mankind Divided.

    I also love FPS games and sometimes there is no greater satisfaction than going in guns blazing. The core gunplay mechanics are clunky and underwhelming. If you want to play an FPS "Action Adventure" play Far Cry or Fall Out.

    I also love driving round game worlds and immersing myself in the lore and atmosphere of an open world RPG. Although, the game is now labelled as an Action Adventure it was marketed as an RPG the world is empty and entirely superficial. If you want to play a great RPG play, Skyrim, The Witcher, Assassins Creed or GTA.

    Finally, I love the feeling of constantly earning better and more powerful loot that affects play style in a meaningful way. If you want to play a great looter shooter, play Borderlands instead.

    This game takes aspects from many types of games but fails to deliver anything more than sub-par on any of them. I am keen to play the story all the way through to experience it, however I have no intention of returning to the game for the foreseeable future in the hope that it can changed into something remotely similar to the next gen game it could be.

    In my opinion, wait for the Steam Summer or Winter Sales, as this game is nothing close to what a £50 AAA game should be.    … Expand

    But after playing it myself I honestly and objectively can say that this is the first game this year that got me hooked so much. I'm a seasoned gamer and I don't have much time to play anymore but I'm almost 30 hours in and enjoying every moment.

    The story is interesting, the atmosphere very immersive and the visuals stunning. There is so much to see and do and just sightseeing on foot feels incredible. I personally enjoy the driving model (so much better than Legions for example), the gunplay and the RPG elements. Game is hard (I play on hard difficulty) but it makes the whole experience even more rewarding. Took me 3 hours to finish The Heist mission on non-lethal :)

    Yes, there are bugs but nothing game breaking for me so far. A few clipping issues, glitches etc. Having said that I play on i7 8700k and RTX 3070 pulling stable 60fps with RT on 3440 x 1440p gsync monitor. Unfortunately this game was made for powerful PCs and next gen consoles...

    I feel very sorry for PS4 / Xone / midrange PC gamers who waited for so long but now struggle so much with the game and see CDPR as a cursed villain. I can only imagine how disappointed I'd be if it was me. Devs should not have released this game on PS4 / Xone in this state. I hope it gets fixed so gamers of all platforms can enjoy it.

    But this review is of my experience on PC and my experience has been 10 / 10 so far. Can't wait to go back to Night City and keep exploring!    … Expand

    The bad things in this game is definitely the AI , they just seemed to be placed there and feels like they are dumb people just walking around. Have heard about game breaking bugs in this game but the game never crashed for me or did something to make me hate it or not play it.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games of the year if not one of the coolest games ever made. Yes there are some bugs on PC but I can't think of a single game that is bug free on a PC release. When you take into account the size and scope of the game I believe the bugs are on the lower side and people are complaining for the sake of complaining.

    It have strongh narrartrive, beleivable characters, incredible moment of emotion, beatiful map and very good gun-play/level-design but it suffer from verrrrrrry bad IA, police, optimisation, LODs (2d cars 100m away from you) missing features (thermal katanas, cut content in the main story, metros etc...). I think without a doubt that i    Cyberpunk is a really great but unfinished game.

    Story is **** I have played a couple open world games which are bots (400 hours) and red dead redemption 2 (300 hours) and are way better than cyberpunk. I have about 40 hours on it and have completed this **** game just because I didn’t want to waste my £50 spent on it.

    Long list of bugs aside, the game is incomplete and just bad. The first few story missions are pretty good, then they just stopped trying. The voice acting, particularly Johnny Silverhand, is atrocious. The combat is boring and way too easy, even on the hardest difficulty setting.

    Once you look past all the chrome and glitches in the system there is a gem to be found here. There's tons of great little stories and the game play is solid enough. I would rate the game 8 but since there's lots of 0's I have to give it a ten to even out.

    Game wasn't finished, buggy as all hell, performance is trash, and I the fps gradually degreades so I have to restart the game every 90 minutes or so.

    gameplay and quests 3/10! most overrated game! we expected too much from CD Projekt RED and to my regret these expectations did not come true a little more than completely.

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
