This game should not have been released in the state that it was. Its just not up to standard even without the hype train. The bugs, abysmall AI and general feeling of incompleteness in all aspects of the game is just too prevalent to ignore. Ruins the entire experience.

Podre! História pouco imersiva. Jogabilidade nada inovadora. Impressionante como 8 anos de desenvolvimento e eles não conseguiram finalizar o jogo e entregaram uma experiência inacabada. Muitas promessas e pouca entrega no produto final! Não recomendo. Dinheiro jogado no lixo.

The feel of the city, the atmosphere, the story, the vast amount of quests and content etc. Combat felt wonky to begin with, but after roughly 50 hours its butter smooth, so its something to get used to i guess. Overall a great game, just to bad that last-gen console players cant experience. But this is a PC review, so a solid 9/10.

(Sidenote: I've seen quiet a few console reviews on this PC review, please keep the reviews to their respective platform. I acknowledge that there are bugs, but please do not bring console specific issues to this review)

The bugs I experience with a good PC rig, are mainyl graphical and not game breaking, although I had some that needed a bit workaround. But I think those can be fixed, from the stupid loot (literally too much loot), to the AI that is unresponsive at best and through so many scrapped features. I still think it will need some polish, but as it stands, on the PC, I really like the game and the more I play it, I like it more. It was lukewarm at best at first glance, but it really needs time I guess.
That being said, the console launch is a disaster and huge stain on CDPR's reputation they need to face and more importantly, fix the damn game, so even on consoles, people can play it.
Solid 9/10 so far, will see further on.

edit: I finished the game. And then I replayed it. And then it clicked me. This game is mediocre at best. From the first playtrought I wasn't so sure about the replayability, then I replayed it. And it has none. There are no decisions that matters, simple as that. Going throught the apologies and with how much had been promised... The more I played the more it became evident that this game is just hot mess. A well marketed hot mess with plenty of things scrapped. Fix the game, add the features, otherwise it will die out. Just like Anthem did. 5/10 at best. That describes how mediocre the game is, if I played on console I cannot even pretend that I would have given more than 0, since what I read, it is near unplayable.

I can tell that there is a decent game to be had within the muddy, janky mess that flopped out of my screen. Let me start with the thing that irritates me most. The game was created for pc, xbox one and ps4 and was slated to release well before the next gen consoles. It was pushed to next gen so they could show ps5 and series x a day before it came out, with the previous versions being the high end pc versions. The majority of pre- orders came from xbox one and ps4. I think they did the console crossover as a preemptive apology. Thankfully this started a trend in the gaming industry with many other companies following suit. Only, it comes at the cost of the consumer. Unfortunately this consolation does nothing for me as I am getting a ps5 while currently owning an xbox one s. To further the frustration. They refuse to release the console reviews, so I'm warning you here. I will not accept the "we are using the money from the sales of the game to make the game better". No, thats what the success from your previous titles are for. That's the EA way. See #fixmaddenfranchise. The only reason I compare is because they are trying to come off holier than thou, throwing shade at companies like bethesda, EA, and Naughty Dog. Seems rather hypocritical. Besides the bugs and crashes, there are some odd choices of omission for control scheming. There is a sensitivity lag to kind of ease you into your set sensitivity that you seemingly cant turn off. I don't like the hesitation and hope they fix in the future. Driving is loose, unresponsive and just a chore. No fun at all beyond the music and sound. Neither of which effect the mechanics. Shooting sounds good and feels ok when the frame rate isn't dipping as low as 15fps. You cant enter most buildings, the melee is terrible, the items are overpriced based on currency received from missions, both side and story. The textures are secluded to the main character and the main npcs and the rest are muddy original xbox worthy sadness. The freedom and fun of being able to-switch weapons, add mods, and obtain new skills, switch cyberware" craft and more-are all hampered by a bad user interface. Just as bad as the Witcher 3. The map is cluttered, and everything on the map is red so it all looks the same. The user interface and letters are red.. The text boxes and font are small enough to have to strain to see. I will continue to trudge through the crashes and bugs because my spent money says I have to. Bugs like, running over a lady who was sitting on an invisible chair six feet off the ground. Or the lady playing an invisible electric guitar. Or the game breaker, ending the ripperdoc quest. Or every time I run up to any door guards or main NPCs their faces are sculpted from mud right in front of my cyber eyes. The list goes on, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. 2/10. Final thought: This game needs patches O'Hoolihan Expand

    In trying to create:
    - a first person shooter,
    - with the hacking element like in watch dogs (but way to complicated and just horribly executed)
    - an open world RPG like GTA
they've ended up creating a complete mess. The game does absolutely nothing well.

The game is clearly unfinished, and underperforms even more for console players like me. It should be delayed for at least one year more. I couldn't imagine how it was in the original release date back in April! First, let's start with what doesn't depends on last gen hardware:
A TON of bugs. No traffic AI at all. No Police/enemy AI. Constant crashes. No things to do in the city besides the quests. Quests that bugs and requires restarting the game to continue. Nothing interactive in the world. Configurations that are lost everytime you load the game. NPCs and ambient textures that don't load. Bad and unresponsive driving physics. Unresponsive and lifeless NPCs. Poorly implemented and inconstant lights and shadows. When dialing the Radio, it constantly freezes the game for a moment. Slow and unpolished menus. Bad implemented audio, like for example: when entering/exiting a car, the radio sounds are at 1 or 0, no realistic transition of sound.
Cars that pop up glitching with the floor, other cars or NPCs. NPCs that spawn in the middle of the road, frozen, or going through the ambient/cars. A lot of other stuff, that others are posting everywhere and I can't remember right now.

Now lets talk about graphics. I know that in a base PS4, it would be realistic to assume that graphics should not be like new gen, but man, its awful:
Poor, blurry and glitchy textures. Blurry textures on buildings on very close fow. Panoramic views that relies on fog to not show long shots, and even then some surfaces bugs.
And blaming the consoles is simply laziness.
This is the same hardware that GTA V, Red Dead 2, Death Stranding, Last of Us 2, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima and other open world games were competent. Even Fallout 4 and Mafia 3 looks better, by a long shot.

I will not refund, expecting that in a year or two, the game that was marketed as revolutionary arrives. But right now, this game is my biggest disapointment in games. I do not recommend buying at the moment.

To finish, this is another clear message about the ineffectiveness and harshness of crunching.

Ive also played on the One S and yeah it's not a great time. If you fall into the opinion of docking a game down in score because of glitches and bugs and so on, by all means go for it. I understand that a product should be shipped when Finished and this stuff is too common in this industry. It sucks but try and remember that this is not entirely CDPRs fault. They've busted their bums and are continuing to do so on this game and it absolutely shows. I'm completely engrossed in this world. If people were reviewing this game based on the actual game itself no doubt it'd be all 9s and 10s from everyone. Truly I am floored by this game. I can't be salty about the poor user score because again I understand the frustration but man cyberpunk is a huge testiment to what videogames are and can be. That being said if you do not have a next gen console or PC w good specs do not buy this game, as it is running so terribly on the old stuff. Again, not CDPR's fault. It really was worth the wait and still worth waiting for if you plan to upgrade. Lastly I think its important to mention that when they do iron out all the bugs and stuff and say it's in it's "final build" I can not see this game running well on the old gen hardware. It's very much a current gen game through and through. Ive never wrote a review for a game let alone go this hard in a review for anything so this is no doubt a nuts experience. (for me at least :D)

Optimization: This game was launched with GPUs like the 30 series in mind. Do not get mad when you cannot run this at max settings with an older GPU, you would be stupid to do so. It would be like getting mad that you cannot run a game made for a PS4 on a PS3 with max settings. Accept that as tech and games progress your system many not be able to run every game at max settings and move on or upgrade. If you cannot run the game well enough to satisfy yourself on your own system but have solid internet and 5$ a month, use NVIDIA Geforce Now. It is worth it.

Bugs: So far 33 hrs in, I have encountered some minor visual bugs such as a lighter appearing as floating, a gun appearing in a hand when it shouldn't during a cutscene, and similar issues. I have never encountered any game-breaking bugs (those that would soft-lock the game) or major bugs of any kind. I do not believe that the minor visual bugs I have encountered detract from the game.

All in all, great game. If a review comments on bugs or optimization, please keep these points in mind.

The player choice is off the walls. Even in the intro missions before the main store kicks in you can do at least 10 different options for just one mission. Kill everyone, do no harm, stealth, talk your way through, you name it. The gun game play could use some work but the complexity of the guns are above amazing. The smoothness of aiming a gun play is perfect for my play style. The character customization really needs to be re-done. You can customize your genitals but you only have 12 options for a hair and 6 options for a nose. Only a set number of options for anything you can customize no color wheels no size adjusters just set choices. The customization is lacking and I hope they change it in the future. The skilled trees are ginormous. The skill points in skill tree points help keep the game individually very apparent. The amount of guns and cars in the game are astonishing and the different kinds of people you interact with throughout the game NPCs of all kinds are diverse and very interesting. You can talk to literally anyone whether they will actually want to talk to you as the question. You can see people talking and you can walk up and snoop on their conversation. The cyberpunk body mods are so cool so much you can add to your character and customize. Boss fights don't feel like a traditional boss fight feels like you've just come across a very tough guy makes it feel more realistic. Don't get me wrong the boss fights are still as difficult as a normal boss fight they just don't look or feel like a standard Zelda or kingdom hearts boss fight. Overall the game has literally a 100,000 hours or more of repayability in it. if you like fallout Skyrim or any of the other Bethesda titles I bet you cyberpunk 2077 will be your next go to RPG. It has so much to offer I've probably barely scratched the surface just playing the hours that I've played. I'm giving this game a 5 out of 5 stars, because even with a little bit of errors, glitches and bugs that do see the game still outperforms all of those issues with its story, characters, role-playing, free roam, and pure and utter freedom to choose what you want to do. All that makes this game the best one I've seen in my life. I can't even put it down when I come home after work. Cyberpunk gives players a lot of options for how they want to play so the first few hours can be daunting as you learn the interface and figure out your preferred strategy and style, but once you get past that the game has an absolutely incredible depth of story. You can run through the main story in 20-30 hours, but you will get a LOT more out of the game if you engage in the side missions, which often impact the main missions and add richness to the story.

Combat is decent, not fluid like a FPS but with an absolute ton of options. Want to play as a goon who pulverizes opponents with her bare fists? You can do that. As a futuristic techno-sniper? Yup, you can do that.to. You can play as a tank, a ninja, a netrunner, a terminator, an explosives expert, or even my personal choice as a pacifist who blends elements of other styles. The styles and specializations are endless, and many of them generate unique content which encourages you to play the game multiple times to see it all.

Another thing that has to be mentioned is the vibrancy of Night City. I have never seen a game with so much going on. The city is packed with people just living their lives. They go to work, hang out with their friends, head out to the clubs. Just living their lives, and so many of them have little storylines going on that you can eavesdrop on by listening to their conversations. Just walking around and people watching is practically a mini-game. It all adds to that immersive feeling that you are living in a real city.

There are some bugs, but I wouldn't let that stop you from playing. Most are visual and the majority I encountered were fixed in the first few days with patches. I haven't crashed at all and only had one broken side mission bug which was fixed as well. My opinion is that the bugs are a consequence of how ambitious the game is; trying to create a AAA title this massive and complex means you could either decide to accept that you will have to release the game with some rough edges or scale back the game to the point where polishing is a more manageable task given the release time restrictions. Personally, I'd rather have the rough edges that gradually get fixed than lose that ambitious depth, but YMMV.

The bottom line for me is that this is an RPG game, which means it's about the story and being able to mold that story with my choices, which the game succeeds at perfectly. The bugs are unfortunate, but I think that the story and depth of play more than compensate for some temporary annoyances. Just follow the mantra of "save now, save often" and the impact until they're fixed should be minimized. That way you can focus on the story and gameplay, which are awesome.

So many details are missing, the story is just OK, nothing fancy, dialog options are not making big difference. The looting system is just stupid, so boring, the one thing I hated in Witcher 3 is now in Cyberpunk. Overall mediocre experience related to every aspect of the game. Not immersive at all. Graphics are good, artists did a good job, no a GREAT job. But everything else is just a joke. Oh well, it's 2020... Expand

Don’t listen to the negative reviews.

This game has blown my mind in every way possible, it’s the most immersive game I’ve ever experienced. I can only admire how much work CDPR has done on making the world look and feel so alive. Graphically, the best looking game that makes use of raytracing at this moment. But you will find that this game is definitely not meant for last gen consoles.

Throughout the game there were moments I felt emotionally connected. The story is exceptional. I had hoped it to be longer, besides the main story you will still be able to continue your adventure but it does feel a little disconnected from there. The ending was my least favorite moment in the game, even when there are multiple outcomes I don’t understand how after the main story the DLC will continue from that point.

After 80 hours in, I still find it hard to stop playing Cyberpunk 2077. It has some bugs and oddities in the UX, but this won’t break your experience to a point that is currently told in reviews. For me this is one of the best games I’ve ever played in my life. It has surpassed any expectations I had. I really hope we get to see more story and diverse features in the upcoming DLC.

This city is so full of fantastic adventures and stories. Game play is so fresh and creative and just plain fun. There are so many things to do, so many great experiences to make, so many different paths to take, so many decisions that affect the outcome of side stories or even the main story. But the amount and detail of all these side missions is what makes this game a true masterpiece. If you want, you can rush through the main story in 15-20 hours. But you will miss the best parts of the game. I needed about 70 hours until I saw the credits for the first tame but still I had to come back to see more of the stories of Night City and to unlock more (and totally different) endings to the main story.

Despite all the flaws, this game and this City is a true masterpiece.

The game is littered with more bugs than a Bethesda game, and is missing more promised features than the original Watch Dogs, ultimately leaving the game with gameplay that is below average even if you are somehow able to ignore the bugs. Even more than half a year after it's initial release.

The gameplay is stale and uninteresting as it brings nothing new to the table, the game has a lot of different gameplay styles to offer but its average at best in all categories, think of driving, shooting, melee, hacking and to be honest we can't really speak of any opportunities for stealth in this game due to the lacking AI.

The story, worldbuilding, and lore of the game is however very good, which is no surprise due to the large amount of source material available to CDPR. Its really easy to get completely immersed in the world of the game.
However where they lacked was in the differences between the starting points of the game, CDPR gave us a choice between 3 startingpoints of the game: nomad, streetkid & corpo. These were supposed to have great impact on our story, unfortunately the only change it offered was the very beginning of the game and later on a few dialog options which ultimately don't do much.

The game is just in an unfinished state right now. As stated earlier there are a bunch of promised features just straight up missing from the game. But you can see in the game however that they were planning to implement them, there are plenty of areas where you can see in the level design that certain features were supposed to be used, like using gorilla arms to break open doors, or mantis blades to run on walls. These details in level design remain even though the features themselves got scrapped probably due to insufficient time for development. It goes much further than just those however, players have already found completely decorated interiors in otherwise inaccessible buildings like clothing stores and barber shops, showing that at one point during development they were planning on implementing these into the game.

Overall this makes the game just not what people suspected it to be nor what CDPR had promised to deliver. Even more than half a year after it's initial release and CDPR promising to keep improving the game after release. The best they have been able to do is make small changes to how the police spawn around the player, some animation changes and a bunch of bugfixes which the player barely notices in the ocean of bugs that still remain. Although I appreciate the initiative to fix those bugs, there has not been an attempt to improve the actual gameplay itself.

Ну а что касается самой игры:
    * фиаско с багами на релизе;
    * нагриндить на кучу бесполезных машин чтобы потом они взрывались из-за того, что при вызове спавнятся в одном месте, Плотва нервно курит в сторонке;
    * дорожная карта, которую разработчики сами выкатили и на которую сами забили;

    * вместо того, чтобы игру чинить, они решили удариться в политику, браво;
    * инвентарь делать так и не научились за столько лет.

Didn't have fun. Didn't enjoy the controls or gameplay itself. It feels like an RPG sim where you're watching boring dialogue with 2 choices that both give the same results, followed by 5 minutes of walking around in a terrible MYST-like game with basic stealth and driving elements that could easily have been left out.

Got refunded so I don't hate CDPR. No performance issues.

They cut everything from the game, only bugs left.
    - RPG content is very poor they put more work into the looter shooter aspect, yet you cant preview armors and change cosmetics
    - Corporations are nonexistent, there is only one that has some major role, the rest is just mentioned here and there with no impact on the storyline - Gangs are here just to look nice, they have no impact on

    - So many unskippable depressing QTE

I have an XBOX ONE X, arguably the most powerful last generation console. This game runs horribly on it. The game performance and graphics are noticeably worse than RDR2 and the graphics are on par with or worse than GTA5, which came out in 2013.

Gameplay is clunky, NPC’s are lifeless and leave a lot be desired. The AI in this game is terrible. Overall a disappointing game with so much

Aesthetically this is cyberpunk only in the name. This game is supposed to portray a degenerate future DYSTOPIA, but from what I've seen, CDPR hasn't addressed this almost at all, but instead have romanticized or idolized Night City as some "Cool action city with cool tech and cool characters". No critique of human nature/unnature, nothing about moral decay due body modifications etc. OnlyAesthetically this is cyberpunk only in the name. I can't believe they released this game in its current state, it really is awful. The AI is probably the worst AI I have seen in a game. Its full of bugs, I wasn't able to shoot at the enemy because the game rendered it as friendly. I could go on and on. The game runs like garbage, I have a rtx 2070 super and it struggles even on this on a couple of scenes.

The game had another 2 years

The game had another 2 years of dev time, and I say this as a software engineer myself.
It really could have been a great game, I see the potential there, it was just executed extremely poorly.

It is bonkers that critics game this game 90+. Compared to almost every other open world game this is half baked at best. So many things are underdeveloped, so many systems just don't matter. It's a pretty world but a bad game.

This is without question the buggiest game since No Man's Sky. I'm 3 main story missions in, the game has crashed on me 3 times, I've been stuck inside objects twice, I've noticed countless graphical glitches, bugs with NPC locations, I've got a persistent audio issue with the main protagonist's voice that makes him drastically quieter than everyone else, I've had enemies shoot me by bugging their hands though walls, rooms with debris on the floor that instantly killed me for no reason, and to top it all off if you're playing on PS4 or XB1, performance is absolutely appalling.

CD Projekt Red has in one fell swoop destroyed their reputation and proven that no matter how good your PR, and no matter how grass-roots and down to earth your company acts and claims to be, corporate greed wins out in the end. They knew this game wasn't ready, and they knew this game required more performance and should probably have been a PS5/XBSX title, yet they sold it to us anyway.

I'll be returning my copy, to send a message that it's not ok to sell an unfinished product with the promise of fixing it later.

So many fanboys or just plain dumb people that want to defend their investment and pre-order. It is painful to see such hypocrisy when not long ago people were all hating on Bethesda for Fallout 76 which actually was playable and was interesting and you could do a lot more than in this dead uninteractable world.
Everything is closed, no choices matter period. I mean I could go into depth

It is painful to see such hypocrisy when not long ago people were all hating on Bethesda for Fallout 76 which actually was playable and was interesting and you could do a lot more than in this dead uninteractable world.
Everything is closed, no choices matter period. I mean I could go into depth and say how stupid and blind most fanboys are since Witcher 3, but what's the point. People won't read this and they will downvote this cause I am basically canceling their prized possession which was available for free to pirate day 0.
Even in the Witcher they all made a lot of fuss about choices mattering. Did they? No. You marry Triss or Shani and then in the second game you're with Triss regardless. Then you dump them both and run after Yen.
The main difference is that the Witcher was not an impossible game, they had the story and they had the characters. They wasted a lot and made one single story rather than maybe 3 different whole stories as they should because they sold out for consoles, like they did now also. They are not the "good guy" they are just a money hungry company that sold well and had a good product.
"Hurr durr 19 free dlc" yea most of them were ONE SINGLE COSTUME or something of the sort. Also I feel like later patches ruined or broke the game, they turned the DLC bosses into **** souls like bosses regardless of the fact that you were super strong already.

Now for Cyberpunk. If you do not have a 20 or 30 series GPU you get 4 times less fps FOR NO REAL REASON. Maybe just because the company made deals with GPU sellers to do this on purpose since the game was so overrated and marketized. Even Keanu sold out for this pile of crap, I am so deeply disappointed. Hopefully he had no idea how bad the game really is.
Now unlike most games or Fallout 76 where many bugs were man made, probably used cheat engine to break the game and then post videos for likes and renown, in Cyberpunk literally from the first second (5-6 PATCHES INTO IT!!!!) you see all those bugs. Characters don't react, drivers don't react. 10 year old games or more like GTA vice city had better AI. Not just that, let's say they didn't want that. The bugs where cars just explode or run into walls and such, I saw that myself. I wasn't even driving, I didn't do anything, I just ran to another location, I go to the street and I see explosions and fences broken and rubble into the air.
So basically a 2080ti is 40% AT THE VERY MOST better than a 1080ti. Unless it's Cyber****. Then you are looking at a 300% performance gain. From unplayable 11 fps at max settings, to a 45 "playable" fps. If that doesn't tell you that the devs don't give a **** and hate players or want you to spend tons of money on overpriced GPUs right now, I don't know what is. It wouldn't surprise me if they owned a store for PC parts honestly, it's a gold mine for morons that think this game is good or even want to try it.

Characters are bland. Game is bland. Design is bland. The skills and attributes are horrible.
Game is not an RPG, it's an action story game made for consoles. I've seen more interaction and open world in worse games. Everything is closed, nothing you do matters. I don't think this game can be saved like at all. Fallout 76 doesn't crash for a long long time, has decent stuff in it but the game kinda died because of all the negativity around it. No man's sky was as predicted by me, a flop and a lie (like Cyberpunk) but people claim they worked on it (I would too if I would still sell the game at full price and already made tons of money on it) and it's okay-ish. But this one? I doubt it. I doubt they would have the time and patience to personally modify every building and every place to be unique and interactable as they promised. IT's disgusting how the devs were laughing and lying to our faces, just like the NMS guy. At least Todd did it once, said it was 16 times the detail bla bla bla. And then that was it.

Shameful that the playerbase actually like this and recommend this considering how bad it is, just shows how deluded or defensive of their purchase they are. Honestly the game is so boring and bland I didn't even have the patience to play it that long. It's just horrible. You can't even just kill someone who has a bounty on their head and loot them for goodies like ANY NORMAL GOOD RPG. They drop **** loot and you die in 2 seconds cause someone 500m away is shooting you apparently or cops teleport behind you.
Horrible game. Glad I didn't have CDPR in my top 3 companies, now they will never make it there.

CD Projekt finally bit off more than they could chew.

As a studio they have a long standing reputation for charging headlong into problems, verging on the brink of bankruptcy, throwing crunch and "can-do" attitude at it. And it has worked for them in the past; Witcher 2, Witcher 3 and Thronebreaker are highly regarded games. As are the Witcher 3 expansions. Even Witcher 1, despite its many bugs, shortcomings and clunky control issues at the time, is mostly remembered fondly these days.

But the day finally came when Icarus flew too close to the sun, when throwing crunch and man-hours at a problem wasn't enough. With Cyberpunk 2077 the studio forged into a completely new territory for them; completely new visual style, new weapon mechanics, driving mechanics, hacking mechanics, completely different lore and universe etc.

The smart thing do to would have been to make a smaller, tighter story-driven game in the cyberpunk universe. Something to dip their toes while figuring out shooting and driving mechanics and how really big modern cities work. But no, that apparently isn't the CD Projekt way. Their new game was to be the biggest and boldest interpretation of a modern future city ever conceived, intended to make Rockstar look like wannabe upstarts.

But sadly it didn't work, whatever the failings of Cyberpunk 2077 are they aren't to be blamed on the developers but on the outright hubris exhibited by upper management. You can't make such a big studio turn on a dime and have them develop a type of game they've never developed before. Or maybe you can but it's an extremely high-risk play and in this case here the end product has suffered enormously, the reputation of CDPR has been forever tarnished and I'm sure there are hundreds of developers who wonder if it was really worth their time.

CD Projekt needs a serious management overhaul, as a studio they've grown massively over the years but they've seriously underestimated the long-term planning and steadfast vision required to run such a studio. They managed to make Witcher 3 because it was a universe, setting and collection of tools they were familiar with. But when the time came to go in a new direction they grossly underestimated the difficulty of doing so, this is not a sign of good management or leadership.

I would recommend to CD Projekt that their next game be a Witcher universe game with a smaller scope and tighter plot than Witcher 3, and make it perfect and bug free. Something to get back on their fans good side again, and patch Witcher 3 with better graphics and a few bug fixes and tweaks for free. Then in 6-7 years time revisit Cyberpunk again, and this time make the game you actually wanted to make because clearly you didn't manage it this time. The new Cyberpunk 2 team should start now.

The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
