    Very good graphics, world design, story and soundtrack.
    Core systems like character progression work well.
    Optimalization is really bad so you need a decent hardware, and there are a lot of glitches. Why the score is so high then? Those problems aren't "critical" - that means they can and will be fixed but it will probably take developers a lot of time.     Should you buy it? - If you like fallout, you spent a decent time with witcher, you enjoy borderlands type combat and you like great storytelling then you will probably like it - If not you probably need to look for another review.    … Expand

    I like the story, the sound, music. Good graphics on high and ultra. Good characters.
    P.s. Critical bugs will be fixed in daysweeks. So this is not a problem for me.

    Maybe I've been oddly blessed, but I've run into a single game crash and a handful of non game-breaking bugs. Especially after the crazy patch they put out on day 2, the game runs smooth as silk for me. It looks incredible on my 1X. The frames are good and the load times aren't bad. People have a right to be upset about the videos I've seen on original xbox 1 and ps4, but critic bombing it like EA's Anthem seems extreme to me. Maybe that's just me. I would give this a 9/10 for the problems I encountered at launch, but I'd like to try and combat the stupid amounts of bombing just for the sake of joining a trend in cancel culture. I also haven't played it all the way through. TLDR: It's exactly what I expected and sometimes more, so I'm not upset in the least.    … Expand

    Been playing for a couple of hours and so far not a single bug or graphical issue. Running on an 9th gen i5, 16GB ddr4 ram and a gtx 1660 super at 1080p. Thoroughly enjoying it so far. Story and gameplay are excellent, as well as the general atmosphere and setting

Конечно в наличии много рпг условностей, вроде футболки с броней больше чем у бронежилета, но главное что это всё работает и не влияет на восприятие.     How to have this game look good and run good:
    1. get it on Computer (or next gen console but I'm unfamiliar with NGC's hardware specs)
    2. Have a PC that would run basically any game on ultra
    3. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ACTIVATE DLSS

    oh, and entirely unrelated but a side note nonetheless, my gawd I can't wait for the DLCs!!!    … Expand

    Just a really good game, better than TLOU 2 for sure. Bugs? Lol every game has bugs, skyrim beiong market for how many years? Having much more bugs than cyberpunk on release. Optimiisaion? lol if you playing on a toaster in next gen game - ofc your wooden PC can't handle it. Mine i9-9900k + RTX 2080super having over 110-130 fps (outdoors and indoors) on high settings with 1440p, so stopJust a really good game, better than TLOU 2 for sure. Bugs?     I love this game a lot, it's beautiful and interesting, so many details, great story and side quests. I miss such games after other's game companies' **** that bring only disappointment

    Personally I think this is a whole new level of a video games designing. My PC is pretty strong so optimization problems don't include me although yes - there are a lot of graphic glitches, but i haven't experienced as many of them as described by the others. The story is just amazing and addictive. Dialogues are natural and well written. Night City is one of the best designed cities in whole industry. Driving model? It's ok. First available cars are frustrating, but it feels good when you'll buy more expensive cars. Mixed feelings about shooting though. Cyberpunk is mostly RPG, not FPS so you won't one shot enemies. It is often compared to Borderlands model of shooting. I'm using sniper riffle which allows me to one shot enemies so it doesn't really influences me, but i've got to admit that you can feel power in those weapons despite enemies are "sponges". Well designed skill system that allows you to play your way, but don't make you to take useless skills like skill trees does, Minuses? Glitches (but i guess this is 2months to go) and working problems on weaker PC's, minimap (Witcher 3 experience - too much question marks and low readability), some scripted scenarios, too much loot. Pluses? Goddamn story (try side quests they're even better than main storyline), small details (you know that youtube videos about witcher 3 secrets five years after release? It gotta be same with cyberpunk), city design, skills, and a lot more. Conclusion? If you like Witcher 3, you'll love Cyberpunk (and i've never liked sci-f and always loved fantasy so i'm surprising myself with this conclusion). Maybe yes, wait couple of months until it's playable, but really guys TRY IT because this is indescribable experience that sets a bar even higher.… Expand

    The most addictive game I have ever played. Unforgettable atmosphere and story, great weapon choice and crafting. Great progression system. Just after the launch experiencing only minor graphical glitches. Hope people will calm down a bit after patches are released (especially for consoles) and can have fun and appreciate this gem.

A lot of what I've seen complaining about jank in combat etc, is really just the standard dice-rolling mechanics of an rpg (why does everyone think all RPGs have to be competitive shooters now?) and as you level up you're dice rolls improve. I can understand the frustration at bugs and crashes (but really look at the game how was it ever going to run on your 11-year olf gen-5 card? that's on you. min specs exist for a reason, tech moves on.) but get past that and you have a true wonder of storytelling experience

    This game is a masterpiece. The city is alive, everywhere you look there is something going on. I can pratically breathe the air of Night City. The characters you interact are full of details, their own personality, their own way of dealing with things.

    Vamos a empezar por las cosas buenas: Graficamente es lo mejor hasta la fecha. El diseño y ambientacion del mapa son hermosos. La historia principal y las historias de las misiones secundarias estan muy buenas y enganchan mucho. Los personajes son carismaticos y estan bien hechos, realmente te interesa seguir las misiones para conocer mas de ellos y el mundo en general. En muy pocos juegosVamos a empezar por las cosas buenas: Graficamente es lo mejor hasta la fecha. El diseño y ambientacion del mapa son hermosos. La historia principal y las historias de las misiones secundarias estan muy buenas y enganchan mucho. Los personajes son carismaticos y estan bien hechos, realmente te interesa seguir las misiones para conocer mas de ellos y el mundo en general. En muy pocos juegos te dan ganas de leer cada texto que encuentres para saber mas del lore del mismo. La banda sonora y los efectos de sonido en general están muy bien. Muy originales todas las armas y bastante personalizables.

    Cosas no tan buenas: La historia no varía tanto en relacion a las deciciones como habian prometido, las opciones de dialogo son añadidos para conocer mas de la trama pero en general no llevan a ningun lado (las unicas que te van a hacer avanzar en la mision son una o dos, por lo general una sola, resaltadas en otro color), siendo un rpg tiene muy poca libertad en ese aspecto. La casi inexistencia de minijuegos hace que el mundo se sienta medio vacio a veces, con pocas cosas para hacer fuera de lo que es trabajos. Cosas malas: Los interminables bugs que ya todos conocemos. La IA del trafico, policia y sobre todo enemigos es horrible. Esto arruina la experiencia de juego porque basicamente para disimular el problema pusieron angulos y distancia de deteccion completamente absurdos en los enemigos, esto vuelve al sigilo casi imposible. Si no estubiera acompañado de una historia intrigante, seria bastante dificil encontrar la paciencia para ponerse a pasar las misiones. Todas las mecanicas de juego se sienten muy toscas en general, un juego muy poco pulido.

    Por ultimo, si bien no son "problemas" hay que destacar que hubo muchas promesas que resultaron ser mentira o simplemente cascaras vacias. A destacar por ejemplo todo lo que es interiores. Se daba a entender que a demás de la ciudad, ibamos a tener interiores inmensos dentro de las torres en los que hacer cosas y al final todo se reduce a simples pasillos (y pocos) De promesas así o cosas que se dieron a entender y al final no fueron está lleno. aunque para mi no afecta a la nota del juego, si no a una decepción personal con la desarrolladora. El juego está "bien". Si no tuviera tantos bugs y mejoraran la IA podria estar "Muy bien" tal vez un 8. Pero no es ni por asomo un juego revolucionario, no trae nada nuevo, es un rpg mas y los hay mucho mejores. Parece un mal sueño, es dificil entender como CD prokect se tardó facil 4 años en hacer un juego que está tan roto y que roza lo generico todo el tiempo.    … Expand

    Cyberpunk is a great game, but in throw I play and I saw some bugs in translate and bad optimization, this is a little **** for a game to 7 years in production to finally throw but thanks god to deploy a new retraining, I don’t finish the history mode but have so much to be a “year game” I’m loving the game, graphics and all, thanks CD Project for this raw work, raw material. Sometimes it just laughs. I play pc and judge for this platform, sorry that the game works badly on old consoles. I ignore this and give it to novice, but when it comes to the experiences of PS4 users, it was broken by 2 points, but I believe it will be the best with updates. - Translate

    I play it on PC with a 1080 and can say that it is rly bad optimised compared to every other open world game. Also the Bugs are not a minor thing which could be easily ignored. I got a complete new system back in October in anticipation of this game, and it puts it to work but oh does it look pretty. It's got some bugs, but I'm okay with that on a new game, especially with one that has so much going on with it. I've crashed a few times, but nothing with regularity. I can't wait to play this through over and over again trying out all the different options and choices. It may take a beast of a PC to play on, but oh if you have it, it's AMAZING.     I'm a player from the 80, i played tones of less or more buggy games, but i have not played such a good buggy game ever. It is Miles ahead of Skyrim, but bugs are not game-breaking. I Love the experience i get, complexity of character building and storytelling is exceptional.     By far the best game i have ever played and by the best company in the industry that care about there players. yes there are a few small bugs here and there rare i might add but these will be fixed nothing that ruins the gameplay or story.

    I buyed this game with that in mind that all major AAA game publisher lie to us. And it was good thinking. I got game that looks and sounds stunning. The history also have me very interested in it. But bugs oh don't get me started on this. Its buggy mess that shouldnt be selling right now.     Then there are problems with the game i have from a gameplay standpoint: -Cars drive like **** -Minimap is zoomed in way to close so you always miss your turn if you are going a    Ok first impressions around 10h in.     -You can buy braindances but not watch them?

    -Crime doesn't result in pursuits.
    -Missions are structured a bit unlogically at times.
    -You can find TONS of weapons but almost no ammunition which means you sometimes have to simply run through enemy fire instead of fighting them, which works pretty well actually but just feels totally stupid.
    -Stealth is not really enjoyable and often just doesn't work.
    -And a lot more small things that just rub me the wrong way.

    But then there are the good things:
    -The world is brilliant. It is absoultely huge and offers a lot to explore. It feels vibrant and alive, though not as much as a Rockstar open world.
    -Characters are mostly pretty interesting and seem more or less "human"
    -Voiceacting is pretty good
    -The game looks awesome, even without RTX

    Would i recommend buying this game? Well on PC maybe if the setting is for you. On consoles HELL NO! People report terrible things about it there. Honestly i would wait a few month. Enjoy the game without the bugs.

    Is this game game of the year worthy? Nope. Plain and simple. It is just not as great as anticipated. But that's probably the crux if you hype something for 8 **** years. You will never fullfill peoples expectations.

    Anyways thats my first thoughts after playing for a while. I will update this and write a more thorough review once i've finished it. Though to be honest the game doesn't quite pull me into it's ban enough unlike say RDR2 which i simply only stopped playing to eat, sleep and work.    … Expand

    I can't speak for everyone, but my experience with this game has been amazing. Although my PS4 Slim has had a few "hiccups", it hasn't detracted from the overall experience of this incredible game. The city sounds, the ever-changing population on the streets, the weather effects,...all of this has created an immersive environment that I have never seen before. Obviously game needs some optimization and few interface changes to make it easier to navigate all the menus but knowing CDPR they will listen to feedback and improve over time.     The only downsides right now is that it lacks as an open world game. The civilian NPC's are simply cosmetic and have no ai, crouch down when there's a loud sound and remain there until they disappear.
    The police spawn right behind you and the wanted system is nowhere near games from three generations before. The game also has many bugs, however running on a high end system, I am yet to find any issues myself, other than it running poorly on ryzen systems    … Expand

    The aesthetic and the story of the game is great, that's literally the only reason why I want to keep playing. BUT, it is very discouraging to keep playing with performance issues and game breaking bugs. In addition to this, the combat AI is TERRIBLE, it feels like a 2009 indie game where enemies won't see you, even if you are standing in front of them.

    Knocked one point off because I don't want to play as Johnny Silverhand. This is my story, I want to play my character. I played the original tabletop game and the story of Johnny Silverhand is in there, and so I knew the outcome before it happend. .5 for the bugs i ran into. There where a few minor ones. I know that I got off easy    40 Hours into the game on PC. Solid 8.5 out of 10.

    Overall a great game and one I highly recommend for anyone who loves cyberpunk, Fallout, or FPSRPGs. This is the game that I have wanted since I started playing CP2020 many many years ago.

I really enjoyed the game, my first play through was a street kid and I was lucky enough to not suffer from bugs, glitches, and constant crashes. To be honest the game was a little to hyped up and I think it could’ve used a little more time in the oven to cook. The story and side quests are amazing, and nothing can compare to the open world known as Night City, the characters felt like real people during their respective side quests and that doubles for romanceable characters, but once finished with their quest lines the people you romance don’t text or call even to check in. This game lacks in RPG elements and more favors a looter shooter type genre, your always picking up weapons and armor that have a higher DPS then current, it also has a expansive but hollow skill tree, but a good crafting system. I really wanted this title to be the true benchmark of next generation gaming, it has true potential for an amazing game, but CDPR needs to stop apologizing and start getting to work on future patches and side content. If you don’t have a beefy PC or next generation console I beg you to wait until February and then play so you get the full feeling of this game, because it’s a truly addicting immersive experience that I just can’t put down. I am about to start my second play through as a nomad and I can’t wait to see what the future will bring for this game and it’s developers. J.H.… Expand

    Combat is my favourite. I really wanted to play a stealthy character but the combat is soo good, I end up shooting everyone (non-lethally).
    The reason why the combat is good is the music. It is pumping, fitting the theme, it just makes me want to engage and flow, jump thorough covers, aim etc.. The gun sounds are great, especially the big guns like the SPT32 GRAD.
    Cars are great, although I have to admit I only like a handful of them, but they are enough. I like that you need some skill to steal cars from people, but not much that it would be a problem.
    Both main and side stories are interesting and there's SOO MUCH of them.. nearly all of them can be completed in many different ways, sometimes a stealthy quiet approach even earns bonus rewards.
    Plus the game where you can wield a gigantic **** AND up upgrade it with inhuman speed boosting mods, is an automatic win.
    On the negative side I do have to deduct a point for the following:
    - Bugs (obviously) - but I've not seen anything truly game breaking. Frequent and many autosaves ensure that you never loose too much progress. All the people **** about the obviously have no idea how games are made.
    - So far I've only seen 1 hooker. I think the romance options are very limited also, there should be more.
    - I couldn't find a way to upgrade the rarity of my favourite stuff. I really wanted to keep the Corpo look, but due to the fact that I have a ton of legendary punk gear, I usually look like a circus clown.    … Expand

    How one of the best game and RPG (Witcher 3) was developed in just 4 years (NOT 8!) by the same studio that made this **** is unbelievable!     I'm more than 50 hours in and only encountered 3 notably non game breaking bugs(lucky?). I expect many more hours to come as for the first time in years, I feel like I'm actually being rewarded instead of participating in some endless grind..

    Sad to see all the problems people are having however some of the criticisms due to personal taste and the game not being on rails are unjustified. Admittedly the aesthetic isn't for everyone but there have been enough previews that people should be objective in that sense instead of needlessly offended by a work of fiction. Hoping this gets a sequel as well, even through the massive backlash because this is the first truly next gen game in generations in my opinion.

    CDPR probably needed more dev time to fix bugs and make it work better on last gen but when you sit down and look at all the work CDPR put into the detail of the open world, the writing and so many other small things that amount to a groundbreaking next level RPG, I can only say one thing; Good work CDPR!

    By far the most fun playing a game that I have had in years. Running on PC, been playing since day 1 and haven't encountered a single glitch that caused me more than a quick reload. No crashes in over 30 hours if gameplay. Enjoy the game or not, that's up to you, but the glitches will be fixed with patches.

    If I could i would rate this game 11+/10. It's huge, amazing and breathtaking. CDPR has put a lot of work in this game. Main storyline is just mind-blowing. In some quests i had shaky hands and i couldn't sleep beacouse i was thinking about what happend in the game. Main story is much better than the one in the Witcher 3. Side quest are gorgeous too. There was a time that for like 20-25If I could i would rate this game 11+/10. It's huge, amazing and breathtaking. CDPR has put a lot of work in this game. Main storyline is just mind-blowing. In some quests i had shaky hands and i couldn't sleep beacouse i was thinking about what happend in the game. Main story is much better than the one in the Witcher 3. Side quest are gorgeous too. There was a time that for like 20-25 hours i was doing side quest and exploring Night City without doing the main story beacous it's so gripping. And Night City feels like a living organism. It's the best city i ever seen in a game. This game is a real RPG beacouse you can beacome anyone u can imagine. You can be a netrunner, a solo, a solo-netrunner, a tech guy with lots of implants, a silent assassin and mooore. Progression and modification system is soooo huge too. You can modify every weapon, implant and gear you have and you can modify it on many ways. Shooting amd driving is a little bit worse but it's very good too.
    Music is pure poetry. I'm talking about music that you can hear in the background and in the radio. It's the best spundtrack i ever hear.
    There are some bugs in the game but they are not catastrofy and i don't care beacouse they can be fixed in any time and good things just eclipse those few worse. And if someone things that new game will run on 7 years consoles like on PC or new generation consoles is just in very big mistake. There is a lot more to see and do in Night City, i won't write everything beacouse it would take more than 8 years ;)).
    In conclusion it's the best game i ever played, before realase i had very high expectations about this game and it go much better than my expectations.
    Love you CDPR, don't change yourself, fix the bugs and go make new game changing game like Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk 2077. Don't forget about expansions to Cyberpunk ;))).

    This game is amazing ! I do not understand all the negative posts on the optimisation (on PC). I play it with a i5 / GTX 1060 / 16GB RAM laptop and its works perfectly (average details, 1080p, 30fps). The story is amazing and there is so much to do in Night City ! Sure there are some bugs, but, after 20h, nothing prejudicial. So, please, just play the game before criticize it !

    The game runs fine on a Geforce 1080 + Intel i7-6700, 3.4Ghz with the latest drivers and 1.04 patch. There are some glitches but nothing that is showstopping. To be fair, I have mostly been doing side missions and have not really been progressing on the main game.

    I might be missing something but I am really surprised by the amount of negative PC reviews.

    People on pc shall not have much to complain about, other than the small bugs. This game is fantastic! It will even get better as the developers fix it entirely. I think the score is this low, because console players rate on the wrong game. The PC version is another game than the console ones.

    I can understand critics about bugs and problems in oldgen versions (and i agree with you, it's a shame), but if we have to talk about the game itself and nothing else you can't give less than 9 to this game, it's a masterpiece in almost every aspect.

    Best game I've played in 10 years (Witcher 3 aside) I've had minor visual glitches, but that doesn't hinder me enjoying a masterpiece of our time. Well done CDPR.

    I've played 30 hours and 56 minutes of Cyberpunk 2077 on my RTX 3080 and Ryzen 3600 system, and unlike others, I actually enjoy the game. The story is pretty good so far, not as good as something like the Last of Us (Part 1), but I wasn't expecting something as great as that game's story. A lot of people have complained about the enemy's AI, but I kind of like it, mainly because I suck at shooters and super advanced shooting AI would be too difficult for me. There are some bugs, but considering how the internet cyberbullied CDPR to release the game now, it's understandable. We are probably going to have a No Man's Sky situation where the game will slowly be patched into something amazing.

    The console launch was very controversial. In my opinion, it's the players fault for thinking an advanced game like this would run well on a 7-year old PS4.... but that doesn't mean I'm letting CDPR off of the hook for them hyping up the game on old consoles. They should have told us that the game wouldn't run well on the system. It's not CDPR's fault it doesn't run well, since there are many visual effects that must happen, but they should have said something. [Link omitted per site rules]

    If Cyberpunk 2077 isn't working on PC even after all of those fixes, I'd recommend buying the game on Stadia, it runs pretty well at a mix of medium and high settings, so I guess the tier list would be:

    High end PC > Stadia > Xbox Series X > Xbox Series S > Xbox One X > PS5 and PS4 Pro > PS4 > Xbox One and Xbox One S.    … Expand

    No więc gra jako tako prezentuje się bardzo dobrze. Night City wygląda pięknie, a sama fabuła jest jak dla mnie w porządku. Trochę denerwują bugi, ale nie występują w takich ilościach jak jest to opisywane. Gram na stadii wiec nie mogę się wypowiedzieć na temat optymalizacji. Polecam!

    Wonderful, breathtaking storyline that gets you really into this immersive world! It is well-paced with twists and the way you play impacts on the events :-) Despite the technical flaws, I’m giving it 10 out of 10 for the fascinating city, level design, characters and the variety of the gameplay mechanics.

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
