    I put here 9 in advance. I know you will made it, CD Project RED, the company which respects players and in behalf of all true RPG players i want to pay respect to you. Graphics bugs etc can be fixed. Scenario, atmosphere, dialogues: nothing to do with that, and you made it well. Go on and shut this annoying whiners(if it even possible).

    Very nice game, awesome story, not best optimization, but without rtx on high settings i have more than 70 fps on rtx 2060 and ryzen 5 2600

    Its the best game what i played. I like it. There are so deep plot because of the basis. I recommend to pass this game. Yep of course there are many bugs and no optimization but i never experience this feel. Of dark future with differents skills and this game is cool. If you cant run this game its doesnt mean that the game is bad. Try to use geforce now or another online service

    Most disappointing game ever. Sorry to say but the gameplay is not good, the main story after 4 hours so boring, IA stupid, bugs everywhere, interface and menu so confusing. The amazing environment of the city doesn t compensate all the above. Hope it ll improve a bit going forward, but I just HATE this game so far.

    So much disappointment... game in pre-alfa state sold as finished product. Not even glitches and crushes are bad, but play in general. Awesome storyline with graphics and few scenes like car and npc with hand-scythes doesn't change overall experience - kill enemy, pick up loot, kill next, pick up loot, pause in elevator, next enemy, next elevator.. and if you get bored of shooting you canSo much disappointment... game in pre-alfa state sold as finished product.     Gra nie jest idealna. Ale ma gigantyczny potencjał. Im dłużej gram, tym bardziej mnie zachwyca. Rzeczywiście są problemy z optymalizacją ale wiem, że zdecydowana większość niedogodności zostanie usunięta a gra z czasem przejdzie do historii. Klimat jest breathtaking!

    This game needed maybe another year or maybe shouldve been brought back to the drawing board it feels like it wasn’t thought out properly. It feels like a mixed bag of random thoughts people had that they thought would be great but the execution comes off as lazy, rushed and unfinished. As someone who’s spent over 200 hours playing    The game is buggy to the point of it being unplayable.

И это не рпг даже близко, в диалогах можно жать, что угодно, а иногда можно и не жать вовсе. Игра пестрая, это не очень приятно, стрельба и езда отвратительная. За что ей можно 10 поставит?     This is one of the most beautiful games you can find today. Art, graphics, whole first sight atmosphere... it is incredible. On top of it story is really interesting and keep attention.

As soon as you try to step out of story and wonder around whole world seems so empty and without any reaction to your presence, without ai, possible discussion or even reaction to your presence. This leads to big issue, once main story is finished there is nothing to be done as emptiness of world is preventing any wish to explore it as there is nothing to explore. Point a gun at driver, he doesn’t care, steal cop car, they don’t care, do something wrong police is magically appearing as no chase there... Whoever expected gtav in future will be sooo disappointed. But for single player story driven experience expect same as 5 year old witcher 3 experience - do your story and forget about open world.

    Technical issues are not worth mentioning as I expect them to be covered in upcoming patches, but game mechanics will remain the same and it is really underwhelming after all videos - what you can do in cyberpunk. Actually nothing that is not scripted as part of story,    … Expand

    Впервые пишу здесь что-либо. Я верил CDPR и очень любил их игры... Я не хотел брать киберпана, но увидев системные требования игры я её предзаказал. Комп у меня не топ, но заявленные минималки превосходит. По итогу я получил 20-40фпс (скорее 20, чем 40) на минималках и тонну багов. Более веры всем этим ребятам из игровых корпораций у меня нет и с предзаказами связываться больше не стану.Впервые пишу здесь что-либо. Я верил CDPR и очень любил их игры...     At this time it's just not playable, bugs, glitchers, freezes, all that stuff. Graphic is ugly. The interface is very inconvenient. RPG is more like an action game.

    As CP2020 fan I waited 8 years but without hyped expectations and I love the game. I have quite old PC with i5-2500k, 8GB DDR3 and GTX 1050 TI. It runs way beyond my expectations and I didn't encounter any bugs yet.

Fps постоянно проседает , картинка мыльная , вагон багов , бойовка оставляет желать лучшего , интерфейс не удобный и не продуманный . Эта игра явно не стоит своих денег , и почему кто то платит за игру на релизе 50 долларов , а кто то на ПК ещё до релиза пиратку может скачать ? After playing it for 4 hours is not that "breathtaking" experience i expected.     Yes it has occasionally crashed and has the odd wee bug but it's a massive RPG they've made run on 8 consoles(OG Xbox, Xbox S, Xbox one X, Series S, Series X, PS 4, PS 4 Pro, PS 5)and the wide variety of pc hardware. Fwiw it is incredible on the Xbox-One X I played it on, can't wait to try it on Series X.

    Playing on the Xbox Series X, game looks and feels incredible. Sure there are a few small bugs but with the 1.04 hotfix being released so quick, I’m sure they will all get fixed soon. The story itself got me interested and playing for hours.

    Like the game and Im having fun, Driver update fixed the graphics glitch I was getting.
    Have had a couple of items that I could not pick up. One out side V home under a cardboard bed.
    Running on I7-8700k, GTX1080Ti with 32g ram. On a 240Hz. Have not used a FPS counter as the game looks brilliant and Im running it with all setting set to highest. I also did not get into all the hype    Like the game and Im having fun, Driver update fixed the graphics glitch I was getting.

    Это очень красивая и стильная игра... Специально покупал видеокарту с RTX, но он тут почти ничего не решает, а вот DLSS реально работает и очень сильно повышает fps. На релизе много багов, но я пришел сюда за графикой.

    Wanna drive a car? Just say no. It's absolutely horrible. If you're speeding and crash into the rear of the car in front of you, the car will go right above you as if you slid under it causing little to no damage and letting you carry on driving like nothing happened. For crying out loud, it's not a tank, is it! The cops magically spawning behind you despite there not being enough room (say, you're hiding in the corner).

    The city is dead, definitely not bustling with life. There is nothing to do. The dialogues such - no matter which option you pick, it'll always come down to having only one choice.
    How are they going to fix all that? Build the game from scratch?
    I've spent barely 3 hours playing it and requested a refund. You better not waste your money.    … Expand

I don't really fancy the Menu and Inventory System and sometimes the "Bro" Humor of my streetkid character is a little over the top, but apart from that, I love Night City. Its not a GTA, thankfully not a UbiSoft-like Game and also not really a Witcher Game, butI'm having lots of fun until now.     As for the technical state of the Game: Yes, there are some bugs here and there, but I've yet to experience any game breaking bugs. Worst I've had was a quest bug, where the quest did not continue for some reason, but a simple quick safe reload fixed that. Performance is alright, I'm getting round about 55fps with RTX OFF, Ultra Details and DLSS ON (Playing on a RTX 2070, Ryzen 1700, 32GB DDR4 3200 RAM, SanDsk Extrem Pro m.2 NVME SSD, Windows 10 1909, Newest Nvida Drivers, Game Version 1.04). RTX on drops me to 40 fps. All in all, on PC, which is what this section of Metacritic is for, I don’t think it’s as bad as some people want to make you believe. Then again, I might be one of the lucky ones, so your milage may vary. I can't talk about the consol versions, they really to look horrible, so maybe avoid those....    … Expand

    Amazing game! Played over 15 hours without any real but or issue. Really!
    History is amazing, characters are well developed, combat is fun! Overall mechanics are a step ahead of other games.

    People lost the sense of reality when they complain that the immersion is broken when one simple object does not behave exactly as they expect! Serious go live in the Matrix!

    The best RPG I've ever played in my life. It is among the top games I have ever played. This game is a masterpiece, I enjoy every moment. The bugs everyone is talking about - I don't see them. I'm not saying they don't exist at all, but this is a huge game at the beginning of its existence. Let's give them a moment more, two or three more patches and the experience will be even better.

For the record - I would give the base ps4/xbox review a low score, it is quite frankly uplayable, but this isn't the a console review, its a PC review, and that wont change my opinion on how good it is to play.

    Story is great. Fully voice acted everywhere with some of the highest quality voice acting ive seen, including excellently cast main characters, side quests. average joes on the street. Big bombastic moments with great tension but not afraid to get slow and emotional as well.

    Gameplay is fairly good but not standout, you wont be buying this game purely for the driving or combat, they are serviceable and fit in nicely, never felt draining to have to drive around or get into a gunfight. Plenty of things to see, conversations to overhear, quests to find and so on.

    Sidequests and quests and romance options and general role playing elements were definitely highlights, I genuinely couldnt wait for some phone calls or text messages from some of my favourite characters. Some sidemissions in CB2077 could easily pass for a top notch main storyline in some other games so nothing but praise here.

    Customization is actually very nice. You can spec very hard into a specific role and they are are all definitely viable. Out of all the rpgs ive played this customisation feels fresh and fun, and the combat sequences as well as various skillchecks (be it in combat or out) allow you to roleplay and add depth. I specced as a cold-blooded stealth handgun user, my stealth critical headshots with an iconic upgraded suppressed revolver do thousands of damage per hit, but as soon as s**t hits the fan I turn into a wet noodle and have to rely on other things ive picked up, it actually feels genuine with a good risk reward factor, allowing me to play how I want, and as I said most scenarios allow whatever method you choose to work.

    Sound is another great aspect, with banging tunes that fit the style, plenty of varied radio stations, lived-in atmospheric sounds like driving in the city at night in the rain, it feels good, and as I said before the voice actor is fantastic.

    Visuals are ground-breaking - if you have the PC hardwdare to back it up. Thanks to a myriad of options you can fine tune the framerate to visual standard. I played on a 2070 Super + i5 10600k to a stable overclock and managed around 60-80 FPS in heated moments on 1440p Ultra, no raytracing and DLSS on quality. Its absolutely stunning with great views with actual variation in locales, you can definitely tell where youre going based on each districts distinct visual style. Make sure to turn raytracing off unless you can really afford it, and DLSS is a huuuuuge game changer if you have an NVidia card that supports it.

    There are bugs, no beating around the bush but, whether Im just lucky or they havent really been that annoying, I personally didnt see many issues. Nothing game breaking or progress stopping for sure. The game autosaves frequently if you forget to manual save so if youre in a weird position (like if you fall of a motorcycle and get stuck in a wall on occasion) or seem to have encountered a bug, a quick reload usually does the trick. Some slight animation glitches or t-posing models asserting their dominance.. yeah its a bit of an immersion breaker but thankfully not too frequent either. Some of these bugs im sure would lower the score for others, but theres already been 4 patches since day 1 as of the time of writing (which amount to like 8 GB lol) and im sure they will continue doing their best to make it the best version of the product they can. Again, these issues didnt bother me enough to ruin my enjoyment or lower the score, a great game all in all, though not a mind-blowing revolution of gaming like people hyped it up to be, as im sure most reasonable people expected.    … Expand

    Tiny bit premature but ive yet to have experienced anything that doesnt scream average game, with 1 caveat ~ray tracing~ with a huge buy in. Would my opinion change if i saw more pretty new graphical techniques, i dont think so, i'd likely still pivit to the game features, to which i have yet to be impressed, am i missing the meat and potatoes? im half way through.

    CD Projekt has done it again. They did the world building perfectly in The Witcher 3 and while the game was buggy, CDPR worked hard to fix this asap. This game is very similar in that regard. The world building, quests, characters and music are insane. The game is a little buggy at times (on my PC) but those are mostlysome funny glitches which will be patched out soon.

    1)cops spawning next to you
    2)kids who are immortal (why ffs would you add kids in the game just to show that they are immortal?)
    3)Terrible AI :cars are strictly following fixed paths, npcs act in the same way...

    This game is awesome! The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is fun and the story is great. I can't understand how people can write that CDRed should quit developing. I think most people that rated that game have no clue how hard it is to develop a game.

    I started with a 1080 card before changing to an express 3080 to enjoy more details and more framerates, I can easily understand that one can be disappointed that it didn't optimize for smaller configurations but that doesn't count in my note.

I'm only about 20 hours into the game, but all I want to do is to dive back into this world as soon as possible.
    I'm making the most of discovering the zones by myself before the game takes me there, as well as the secondary missions. The facial animations, the writing, the cut scenes, everything is at a new level.

    The only thing I found average is the secondary missions.
    They are not all transcendental, sometimes very funny, sometimes repetitive, sometimes innovative. If you play them in stealth mode it makes them much more interesting.    … Expand

    To be honest I don't know if the game is fun or not, because I can't see the city or the npcs on xbox one. Everything is blurry, and the frames drop as soon as you move. I don't see how this could ever be fixed on old consoles, considering they had 8 years to do it.

    It really feels like they're joking with this whole release.

    Empty lifeless open world, bad coding, extreme amount of bugs, awful fps (you get 39fps GTX 1070 on medium/1080p). This game had extreme overhype for nothing, it's average game at best.

This game is bland, the way it introduces characters is not interesting, it launches you into a cut scene in the first hour of the game which shows your **** character having fun with an NPC that you know very little about.     The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
